Today I got cash back at the self checkout and completely forgot to grab it! Luckily a customer got my attention right before I got into my car, I thanked her for that and went back in. The cashier had already taken it to customer service. I got my cash with no questions or worries. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and reasonable there when I go. And the store is always neat and stocked. One of the best Walmarts I’ve been to, and sometimes you might even see a horse in the parking lot to boot! :)

They are okay for the size store they are ‼️ But in my personal opinion. If it was a super Walmart and had more options it would be nice. And the parking lot needs better parking as far as the way it's set up.

They stand over top of you at the self checkout and watch you pay for everything then they stop you for your receipt every single time they make you feel like you're doing something wrong when you are not every single time like be discreet about it at least .It is very very irritating and embarrassing. If their going to stand over top of you like that they might as well just scan the stuff themselves

This is the craziest, stupidest Walmart I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I use a wheelchair due to a muscle disease and drive a minivan with a side deploy ramp therefore I use the handicap parking regularly so I can get in and out of my van. The hash-marked areas give me the space I need for my ramp to deploy and space at the end of the ramp to get around. This Walmart has "OFF DUTY" police officers who they hire for security reasons and these officers habitually park in the handicap parking hash-marked areas. This is not an isolated incident or occasionally happens, this is a daily occurrence by almost all of the officers they hire. I have brought this to the attention of the officers (who don't care), the Walmart location (who says it's not their business) and Walmart corporate (who has done nothing). I have posted just a few of the many, many pictures I have of these officers illegally parked. As you can see, it's state, county and local, marked and unmarked, all are guilty. The officer who drives the white unmarked car even threatened me. I am in a wheelchair and this officer threatened me because I brought his stupidity to his attention. Am I the only person who has a problem with this?

When isn't Walmart a good time? For me, it's usually a dreadful time, but wearing headphones makes it much better. I have anxiety so anywhere in public is dreadful. Walmart is a one-stop shop so it's my go-to. CC Walmart is better but Warsaw is closer.

My daughter and I walked in got dog food then off to the Uscan and pay for it. All while the door greater stood right there are watched us pay. I looked up and watched 2 different sets of people .walk out before me.. So we are going to walk out and the store person says receipt check. I said no thank you. This has happened more then once by the same person and her and other walmart employees watched me pay for it.

This is by far the worst Walmart anywhere. Produce is loaded with fruit flies and is rarely fresh, they call themselves a super center but there's nothing super about it, I always end up having to go to the grocery store across the street to get everything that I need. They maul you at the door for a receipt (even when you clearly use THEIR Cashiers - who by the way are usually chit-chatting - to check out. I'm saving myself future aggravation and just going Meijer in Warsaw when I need to shop.

They did not have some of what we were looking for, but no problem. PROBLEM: 3 employees chatting, but one asked my hubby what he was looking for...he answered that he found it, but it was on the top shelf, truly unreachable. The reply...oh, yea....and right back to talking. We went to their competition and purchased two of the product.

Clean little Walmart. Unfortunately just went in for a 5 gal water jug exchange and they don't have one even though it's listed on their website. Refill station was also out of order.

Got a watermelon and it was not edible at all. Of course service desk was closed by time I found this out. I absolutely hate this walmart. Plus a lady checking receipts even after you go through checkout. I either tell her yep I've stolen it all or I should get paid at self checkout for doing their job. Boy they don't like that. But hey truth is truth. Pay cashiers instead of a bunch of people to stand around and talk to each other and check receipts.

This location is too tiny and carries too few items to be considered a "Supercenter". I had a problem with a return and the manager was rude. The only reason this location stays open is because no one wants to drive more than 30 miles in either direction to go to an actual Supercenter to find what they need. It's just easier to get on Amazon and purchase what this store won't and can't carry due to their tiny space.

I found that all the employees I came near were friendly and seemed eager to help. How refreshing! The store is smallish compared to others but they had a set of metric sockets that I had to use all my willpower to put back on the shelf. I did escape with only buying a set of metric open end/box wrenches. Update on 9/27/22. Prices are higher at Rochester than Plymouth.

Horrible customer service, managers don't care about customer needs. Slow service, I've heard managers yell at customers and deny helping them through their problems. And there is usually never any workers at their departments. I would have to rate this one of the worst Walmart's I've ever been to. They just don't know how to work as a team and get things done.

The store itself wasn’t bad. The only bummer was having my husband park on the road bc they don’t allow big rigs in the parking lot to get basic stuff and leave. (Not saying staying overnight just a quick run in and get what you need for the road and leave)

This is a smaller Walmart Supercenter. They still have a decent amount of items in grocery and on the home side. They have clothing too. The service is always friendly here. I am in Rochester on Tuesdays and occasionally stop here. I have never had a bad experience.

My 102 lb wife with back issues tracked down and asked 3 employees for help getting a 100 lb entertainment center. All of which let her wait over 40 minutes. At which point she got frustrated and tried sliding it across the floor to the register. Then several male employees watched her push it and didn't offer any help. Thank goodness 2 other customers were kind enough to help her check out and bring it out to the car. This is inexcusable. What if her back gave out or she got hurt. The workers here don't care about their customers and have no sense of customer service!!!
