If I could give a 0 star, I would. My daughter and I went to pick photos up and after my daughter told Beverly her name, Beverly repeated just her first name (very rudely), like I need your last name too (which she had already said) . She told us to follow her to the front to check out and she was irritated that I didn’t know to enter my zip when using my reward $. Beverly is very rude and needs some training in customer service. I will continue to use Plymouth as my go to Walgreens store and bypass Rochester.

Do you want terrible service and a store that doesn’t care when your kid needs meds then stop here. Just close the doors and everyone can go to Webbs where they actually care about helping people.

I realized they file a claim on medicines when they are closed.They filed a claim on my nitro pills on Sunday (the pharmacy was closed) I went to pick them up on Monday they didn’t have it ready. But if I wanted to wait they would work on it.I called the pharmacy talk about rudeness…. After these 2 are filled I will go elsewhere. I called corporate left message still waiting, the local tried to call, I don’t want to talk to local, I tried that.I have called my insurance fraud department and they are investigating.

I went the pharmacy to pick up my sons prescription from his wisdom teeth removal and the technician told me that they never received the script which I understand happens. I then called the doctors office and they told me the prescription had been sent over an hour before. The technician shrugged at me and told me she couldn’t do anything. I felt so helpless with my son sitting in the car just out of surgery. I had ice packs and gauze sitting on the counter in front of her and she just ignored that. All that I could think to do was leave and call the doctors offices to send it to another pharmacy. Thankfully Webb’s Pharmacy was able to help us. I will never go back to Walgreens if I can help it.

Hi my mother went in there to get three cases of soda at the Walgreens in Rochester Indiana which was on sale for 9.99. because she had a neighbor take her to the Walgreens here in Rochester they assumed that her and the neighbor were married. Well as my mother told them that basically he was a neighbor and that they were buying soda for two separate households they became belligerent, argumentative, and confrontational. She even told them to look at their license she said we have two separate addresses he's a neighbor who's taking me to the store and we could even type in our phone numbers and it'll pull up our information for Walgreens rewards card. As I called to explain the situation an employee named James who works there said that he was a corporate employee and that he was corporate manager. He refused I asked him to give me his name he refused I asked him to give me the name of the cashier he refused and hung up. I called again and I said sir you're being unprofessional and I go I am making a complaint and I am getting a hold of your corporate office and I would like to no your ID number so I don't mix it up with a different employee they threaten to call the police and said if you don't like it you could go shop elsewhere will then finally on the third phone call he said I'm not the manager the manager will be in Monday. I had multiple friends who work there at Walgreens who have left because of the incompetence there in Rochester's Walgreens I've seen their incompetence and how unprofessional they are and I am getting a hold of corporate but for the way they treated my mother who is Spanish Italian and Indian was wrong because she is not white for people to be treated that way is wrong on so many levels and I am so sorry for anybody else who was treated that way by the Walgreens here in Rochester Indiana!

Photo center has decent customer service, but terrible quality. Christmas photo cards without envelopes because they were out?!? Photo canvas was terrible quality and no refunds. Will not shop there again.

I tried to come to this store for some quick shopping so I didn't have to drive across town. The manager was standing at the front yelling at the cashier for not doing what she wanted. I heard the cashier ask the manager what she wanted of her and the manager wouldn't tell her... slammed her hand on the counter and walked away. Unprofessional!

You guys sign needs fixed really bad but I don't think you have much to control that I do have a problem with your customer service I don't like getting weird looks when I walk in there but it is what it is and the post before that you can't save your store if it's s*** take their advice and try to learn and fix the customer service problem
