I went in there today Feb. 26 2024 about 3 p.m. looking to buy a single 2.25" L-bracket for a project at home. I was in there for ten minutes before finding the bin where they were supposed to be. There wasn't any. Nobody offered any assistance. Then I went and looked at the household cleaning stuff. It was ridiculously priced so I left. When I got through the door to where the carts are I stopped to look at a community bulletin board they have there. So this lady who works the register came out and asked if she could help me. I said (with a smile), "No, you guys don't have what I need and I didn't see anything that I couldn't live without". Instead of offering to help or ask what exactly I was looking for she instead asked if the tape measure that I had on my pocket was mine. I said of course it is. She said, so you brought that in with you? I said absolutely, and left. After spending thousands of dollars for wood pellets at this store in the past, I won't spend another cent in this store ever again. I know it probably won't matter to them, but it won't matter to me either. Done!

This place is locally owned and operated and you can tell that when you walk into the store. They have a really good selection of goods with a variety of large name brands. Their pricing is actually very competitive compared to Indianapolis and the sales they have are phenomenal.

I ordered a patio set online, I paid $20 to have it assembled (for obvious reasons 😅) we drive down to get it, and the staff were amazing! They helped us load it up, and were extremely nice! I will definitely be going back! Thank you for your great service!!

After spending thousands of dollars at this store, we had a defective gas pipe that didn’t have the proper threads upon purchase. We tried to return it, and they refused because they said we tampered with it. Yes, after it was already defective we tried to work with the threads. After it wouldn’t work initially, we would have to drive quite a way to return it and exchange it. The manager refused to exchange or give money back, so we had to buy a new one. We are done with this store until they make it right!

Lugged a heavy Air Conditioner from the back of the store to the cashier. An employee walked past me and pretended he didnt see me struggling to carry it. Got the the register to check out, old man standing there with his arms crossed as both cashiers could not be bothered to be helpful or friendly. In fact, mine was outright rude. Unacceptable. I spent $395 and was treated like TRASH. You get an F for customer service. 1/5 is too high of a rating.

The employees aren’t helpful at all. If you ask where something is, they say random isle numbers and just ignore you afterward. They also send out coupons in the mail for specific stores, and the ones they send out for this store, you can’t even use in the store. We got a coupon for $5 off any purchase made in store, and no matter what we tried it on, the cashier said it doesn’t work on that. So we gave up and tried a candy bar, but nope, that wouldn’t work. The cashier was like “Sorry, guess you can’t use it.” So we read the back of the coupon and it had no restrictions besides lawn mowers and home appliances. Why send out coupons that you can’t even use?

Employees get treated horribly, especially by managers. Managers are the worse part. Especially the lady, she’s so rude for no reason. The whole place is dirty. This is not a great place. Is horrible.

Went there and made a purchase with my debit card 2 weeks later they withdrew the money again. Said it was a system issue!!! I don't like that!! Will never use a debit card at one of these store again!!

Well organized store with just about everything you need in hardware.The young female cashier was yaking with her friend. I had to wait a while to check out and there was no one else in line, annoying.

This is one of my favorite hardware stores in this area. I shop here often. When I need help they are very good and when I want time to look they are fine with that and not pushy. I really appreciate that in any store.
