Good thing about it pet friendly. Paid for 7 nights ended up staying 1 night owners didn't want to give back the money .So as you can see that WAS gonna be one expensive stay . Out of $600 stay I received $200 back.So that's why my scores so low.

The whole building smelled like marijuana, and the smell was strongest by the front desk(making me believe that the person running the hotel was smoking in the room behind the desk). Our room hadn't been cleaned properly. Beer caps laying on the floor by the bed, some kind of liquid spilled on the mini fridge, white powder all around the room, stains on the toilet and bathtub. I didn't even bother with the pathetic breakfast that was offered. Definitely would not recommend, not gonna stay there again.

I arrived very sick and was experiencing difficulty to walk. the staff was far beyond courteous and accommodating, fast, efficient. The owner and his staff were very genuinely kind and made my staff more than comfortable.Rooms: Very clean and smelled great. The beds and pillows were such a excellent sleep for me.Nearby activities: Lots of dining and shoppingSafety: Lots of security cameras everywhereWalkability: Everything for fast food, convenience, fuel, pharmacy, grocery, major retail literally a 2 minute walk away.Food & drinks: Breakfast was boring but extremely cleanNoteworthy details: Thank you to the owner for your kindness.

I wondered why the motel next door had a higher rating than a Quality Inn ( I've always enjoyed my stay at Quality inns before). Now I know why. Service desk was horrible. Room was even worse! I've never felt so unsafe at a hotel before. Zero sleep. Room was disgusting. Found bugs. Bathroom disgusting. And breakfast was disappointing. I would recommend you try another place.

This location is a bit run down and dated. The lawn apparently hadn't been mowed recently, the TV in our room didn't work when we arrived, the ice machine had a sign "broke down", and the rear door security feature was disabled so no pass key was required to enter. The continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever experienced. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience at a hotel that has seen better days.On the upside, the friendly front desk lady was able to get the non-HD TV working after discovering the power cord pinched behind the refrigerator and trying several different remotes. I felt sorry for her as she was trying to do her best, given the poor condition of this aging Quality Inn.

This place is awful! Very dirty! The room smelled like dirty butt and feet. The bed spread was very nasty stained. Walked into the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold! Floor looked like it wasn't swept. Asked for a different room. The hallways were filthy not swept in a long time! The other room didn't have mold but still stunk. The towels had nasty stains. I give this place zero stars! To even charge any amount is robbery. Wasn't even going to try the breakfast. Imagine what could be in that kitchen after renting rooms like I got. Better off sleeping in your car in walmart parking lot! RUN FROM THIS HOTEL

So stayed here last night, first thing after I checked in we got the jacuzzi tub and had to go to the store to clean the tub before using. Then went to fill the ice bucket, the ice machine is broken so off to speedway. Then this morning house keeping tried coming in at 8:30am this is the first time I could sleep in, in months just to be very loudly woken up. She closed the door then knocked again. Completely waking me up now. I'm livid by this point. Not happy at all. Oh no channel guide in the room and there is like 200 channels and like 15 work but randomly throughout those channels. Annoying. Oh and the breakfast sucks.

Was in town to officiate a funeral. After laying out my cloths, reading, and showering for the night, I sat on the edge of the bed only to find a used condom wrapper between the bed and night stand. Snapped a pic and headed to front desk... they were sorry but offered no real resolution. My concern was the cleanliness of the bedding. She assured me that the bedding was changed and clean... but I am curious, how do you change a fitted sheet and not see this on the floor.Hotel is dated, property not well maintained... but it is the best that Rochester had to offer.

BED BUGS in Room 214! I’m sure there are many other rooms with them as well. We found some bed bugs on the bed and there was powder sprinkled around the bed, on the side of the nightstand and on the backside of the table lamp. Room was decent and needs some cosmetic repairs. I’m assuming they knew about the bed bugs because of the powder. They need to EXTERMINATE the CORRECT way. We were booked there from insurance because our house needs repairs from winter and I’m sure my insurance isn’t happy about this either. They are now looking into finding us other accommodations from 2weeks-4weeks. Quality Inn lost that good booking reservation. ALWAYS look at the bed before you do anything in a hotel room, regardless of how the hotel “Quality” is. Look on top and under sheets, pillows, pillow cases, under mattress, around and under the seams of the whole mattress, bed skirt, headboard, on the wall by the bed, eland even towels and chairs. LOOK! It will cost you WAY too much time and money if you bring bed bugs back with you to your vehicle and or house. Yuck! Check your animals too! We had our dog with us last night as well! I’m beyond disgusted, disappointed and exhausted. I was looking forward to a good nights sleep last night. I can’t say it enough!!! (LOOK!) Bed bugs aren’t too small but they aren’t big either. If you’re unsure, look on Google images. You will know what they are for sure! Yuck yuck yuck. The hotel is in a great location, right off the highway and by many store and restaurants although their main sing-age for the hotel is hard to see anywhere.I assumed this would be a great stay because it’s at least a Quality Inn and not Super 8(yuck) or a Days Inn(yuck).Step up Quality Inn and clean/exterminate the correct way.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Looks like upgrades have been, new carpet and new bathroom counter. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, coffee, and oatmeal. The AC was very quiet, which is great. The beds were clean and comfortable. Don't think there's an elevator, if there was, we didn't find it. Overall, great value for the money and a nice place to stop.

I was half way through a 5 hour drive and got a headache that hurt too bad to drive. I stopped here with my dog and the staff was very helpful. I slept for a few hours in the cool AC and then was able to continue on my drive.Food & drinks: Vending machines are cash only.

I love this place. I come here when I work in town. The staff is smiling and it is all very clean. Front desk is very helpful. Good quick breakfast Jacuzzi suites are about the same price as a regular room!I stayed next door once, and the beds are more comfortable here. Choose this one!!

Nice & quiet area. The room was clean. The only issue I had was there was no elevator & I had to carry a carseat with a baby in it, a sleeping child, plus all of our over night stuff up to the second floor. Breakfast was bland with not much of a choice or options available. But for a quick stop & only staying to sleep the price & cleanliness was good.

The first room was not clean. The front desk explained the staff had a 16 hr+ day. Acceptable. The second room was made up but there are some noticeable things. 1. There is a missing window treatment. It doesn’t impact my sleep. 2. There are no zipper style mattress protectors. I checked with a flashlight and did not find critters. 3. It is humid and kind of musty. This is where I had to drop a star. The moisture level is not acceptable unless we were hoping for a rainforest experience. 4. The guest washer is broken. 5. Parking is free and there is a Walmart, McDonald’s and Speedway fuel station within walking distance.Update - went back up a star because the AC is so cold and got rid of the rainforest feel within an hour.

Very courteous staff, quick sign in, Wifi is slow but worked with no password but don’t gripe .. use personal VPN and internet security options, bed and room was excellent, bathroom excellent. NO BED BUGS, TV worked fine. Did not use coffee maker. Breakfast was more than a mere continental. If you want more quit trying to get it for $80. Quit griping … Go pay $130-150 a night. This is more than a 2.5 star motel.

Beds were extremely comfortable after wheeling a truck for 7 hours that day. Very friendly staff. Little sandwiches and pastries for breakfast due to restrictions in the area but overall for the price great stay. Keep up the good work.

I would give the zero if I could. The hotel is beautiful. The lady I spoke with on the phone Friday evening was pleasant and very accommodating. When i went to check in on Saturday I was told in a very rude way that I was way too early. Then she proceeded to inform me that it has always been 3:30 check in. I told her it was my first stay there she just said oh. I had told the lady on Friday that I had a dog. She said the pet fee was $20. When I got there I was told it was $50. I told her to forget it and went next door to Super 8. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Can't beat a three star review for a two star hotel. This hotel is the best in town because Rochester isn't quite a tourist town. The decor is very, very dated... as in green (the kind of green in which the perfect name for it would be 70's green) and mustard colored comforter. Not worth the upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. That being said, the most important thing is that the place is very clean. Beds... super uncomfortable and just as the decor, have probably been there since the 70's.

I didn't stay here. Wanted to. Was impressed with a discount offered for being a senior and a cdl driver. They even have truck parking available.Th man on the phone was pleasant.THEN, we talked about pet-friendly. They wanted a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE for me to have my under 10 lb. dog in the room with me!!A deposit for that amount, I could understand, but a non-refundable FEE that's almost as much as the rate I was quoted for the room?? NOT happening.

DONT STAY HERE! It’s a joke! The room we got had a jacuzzi😊, but the front desk woman our second night of staying was SUPER GROUCHY to my son and I.Went to extend our room and got a “ you probably won’t get your room tomorrow since you are extending your stay day by day and we have military coming in” Me: okay np, is the pool or hot tub open? “ We don’t have a pool and haven’t for 10 years” I’m sorry I seen the pictures on your website, that should probably be updated since it was from 2 years ago.…I get customer service will never be the same but what did I do to her to deserve short rude answers and no respect?Everyone else besides her seems to be having a better day though with friendly smiles☺️NIGHT TWO: they called the cops on us for using a vape on the way out the outside door… the cops even thought it was a joke!

The owner is rude toilet leaked in the room don't stay here because they don't know how to treat there guest also they don't know how to refund your deposit paid a $100.00 deposit and it's been a week since it said it would have been returned still not returned to our account and the carpet is nasty stains on it.has not been cleaned in a long time burn holes in sheets and pillow cases nasty will never stay there again.Dont do it you will regret it I promise.Rooms: Nasty

We stopped last night on our way home to Mo from a vacation in Michigan. We were pleased with everything & would stay there again if the need arises. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, & good price. (Would rate higher if the doors were in better shape & the tub had a stopper. )
