Easy to get in and out of. though it's limited in tractor trailer parking it's well lit up and open. They don't have many showers but the showers are clean and the one I was in was huge. Like five people could have showered at the same time lol... Joanna the young lady running the cash register at the main counter was very considerate, respectful, and eager to help me find what I was looking for. The store is very clean and well organized. They have an open cooler with plenty of healthy food to choose from. The PJ Fresh marketplace has some home still cooking (meats and veggies) to choose from and the famous pilot and flying j pizza. There's also a Dunkin donuts. They have plenty of tables and seating for customers to eat, relax, and enjoy themselves. As I sat down to eat my meat loaf with sweat potatoes and mac & cheese I noticed they have charging strips for customers to use while in the store. I wish the pilots and flying j's I've had to stay at throughout this week were this nice and the staff as welcoming and friendly. i will for sure save this one in my GPS for the times I'm in the area and need a nice place to shut down for my 10hr break😁

Parking lot and inside facilities are clean. Lot is well lit but it’s a bit on the smaller side. They played My Chemical Romance on the radio so 5 stars

It's new and clean, what's not to like about that? Has a Dunkin Donuts and a PJ Fresh Market. Pretty convenient access off US 31. Not very crowded at all on a nice Sunday afternoon. Just stopped for a quick coffee. Didn't even know the place was here til I saw it.

So I stopped at this Pilot on Thanksgiving day because it was the closest truck stop from the Tysons plant I'm picking a load up from the next day and it is very clean not to many snack varieties but I expected that from other reviews I read. Wasn't expecting any hot food since it's Thanksgiving but to my surprise they had a few choices at there fresh and hot area, but the choices were almost gone and old so I asked there supervisor on duty "Tracy" would they be making any fresh pizza soon she called and asked and a young man came to the counter and said he could but what kind would you like I said pepperoni ,he said sorry that's the only kind he doesn't have I said okay thank you. Came back 40 minutes later and what do they have out fresh pepperoni pizza, so I purchased what I wanted then asked Ms. Tracy hey I thought you guys were out of pepperoni pizza she said well is it over there well I guess we're not lol. Then proceeded to tell me how she doesn't know what goes on back there and what do I expect from her? I Just Expect For A Truck Stop To RESPECT us Truckers Thank Tou!!

We had a lovely experience at the Dunkin' donuts inside the pilot.The workers were fast and friendly and kind and our order was accurate.Everything mini bagels made fresh the order and the husband said it's the best iced mocha he's ever had and I would agree about my iced caramel!

Nice store. There are several fast food options nearby, including a Walmart..unfortunately you can only access the Walmart on foot. The fast food options are close, but the area is not designed for foot traffic. Nothing to brag about. The usual; some of the employees are friendly, others dry and snarly. The kitchen was closed, so there was no hot fresh food. This store has no laundry facilities.

4/1/2023 Stopped in to fuel up and rest for a bit. 730 pm I parked near a beat-up blue car. I was checking my wallet for cash to purchase something to eat and a young woman came out of the store, threw her car door open, denting my $37,000 car. She looked at me with indifference as I sat there seething.SO CARELESS AND DISRESPECTFUL.She sat in her car, smoking/texting like a fiend.I didn't realize she was a store employee until I went into the store to get food.I was wearing a red fur hat (it was very cold that night) and I saw her laughing at me/my hat/who cares.Absolutely shocking.She's never seen a hat before?There was a deli at the back; a man and I stood at the deli for about 5 minutes, waiting/looking for help. Then we noticed a very small sign that listed the hours - yep, they are closed for the day.I turned around, hoping to find a sandwich or something, almost anything, to eat and that same young woman who damaged my car stood at the counter smirking. Really, you couldn't save two people five minutes and maybe offer something else "We have sandwiches/nuts/whatever ..." I ended up eating trail mix in my car that I kept in case of emergency.Is this what society has disintegrated to? Deliberately refusing to help, mocking the guests? THAT'S THE JOB, LADY!Really, miss unfriendly couldn't call out and say, "Sorry but that's closed today ..." She was the most ignorant person I've experienced in my life. FOR SHAME.Avoid this location, below substandard behavior, veering into ugly and abusive staff.

I went to get gas the other night and o if no where it isn't going into my car but all over the ground. $25 with before I can stop it! I go in and explain it to the attendant. She says "you should have known it was broken we won't give you your money back?!" Umm...how should I have known? A sign would have been helpful!! 😡😡😡 I will never get gas here again.

Stopped at 6pm no hot food besides what looks like day old pizza on the warmer the ice machine is broken for drinks, coolers are half empty and 5 people in line to checkout with only one cashier

I am really trying to like this place but... Look I get it, you all are busy 24/7. That being said, you ALL knew this before applying to this store... I am in here a few times a week during day shift and unfortunately more often than not the employees are EXTREMELY rude and act as if they have better things to do then assist customers. It gets exhausting trying not to match that energy in here ... save the hassle go down tge road to speedway I will from now on ...

Very nice. It's a new facility. 3 CLEAN showers but not very good water pressure. Staff very friendly. Hot deli. Not much parking. Walmart, Kroger, Goodwill, several fast food places and a good sit down Mexican restaurant nearby.

Love this place. Its always so clean. Bathrooms are clean and modern. There are a lot of tables so if you order from there decent food bar there is usually a seat available. They have showers in the back part for the truckers as well.

This is my favorite place to go for a healthy salad or sandwich. Great fuel prices, clean restrooms,and an incredible staff. I have been so impressed that I have started memorizing employee names. Kudos for hiring such good employees. Misty, Joy, Matt thank you for making me and my friends feel welcomed as well as thank you to those who I don't know their names yet. People who are traveling and come in off the road are greeted and treated with such a wonderful hospitality. I have had a chance to visit with some of the people. One couple who were visiting the states from Paris, France said as they are traveling they always try to find a Pilot as they go. A few other people near by over heard the conversation and also agreed. I would recommend this Pilot without hesitation. We are really happy that Pilot chose to locate in Rochester. Thanks, R. M. Very clean bathrooms! They have this amazing soap that even takes off paint (not sure why you'd need that at a pit stop) and has great exfoliating power. They also have a good food selection. Though I didn't try any of it, it looked tasty.

Nice clean pit stop. Always good coffee at pilot travel centers. Staff was friendly, and a nice selection of snacks and quick grab food selections. Would recommend stopping here if you need a quick place to rest or fuel up. Pilot travel centers always have competitive gas prices and a clean fuel center.

Staff friendly, food good, clean bathroom. Good place to stop for 10 hr break with Walmart within walking distance. Truck parking is at an odd angle but plenty of room to back in, can make majority of parking into straight backs.

I've been throwing up and out both ends for two days after eating the meatloaf from the there. It's the only thing I ate that day and I'm still sick. Truck drivers shouldn't have to worry about food poisoning from a truck stop.

Great location! Walmart right next to it and a Good Will store across the street. Not to mention all of the eateries and other shops in the area. The Pilot going itself is relatively new. It's clean and has a host of amenities.

Very very small. Everything is fresh and new, which is great, but only 3 showers. We waited for an hour to get a shower stall. The meals from PJ Fresh are very expensive. 33 parking lots and a very narrow fuel entry area. Overall not impressed.

I love this quite place. There is a REAL prize here that I respect. The small pond has Otters, yes Otters. Last time here I spent hours watching them chase away geese. This time, I only saw them once come out to chase away a Hugh crane.It's ashamed that truck drivers don't use the trash cans provided. Anyway, gotta see.
