I had a nice visit with Drew when I dropped off my donation to them. She's is very nice lady. I was on a $10 budget. . I found 2 pair of short shorts that fit perfectly. These bags and some pictures o had stored in my garage I gave also. Today .Here are my size 7 shorts and blk size 12..I've put on a little weight lately. But I tried these on today.. style size run different.

I usually find something to buy every trip. Prices vary, sometimes they are to high & sometimes they are really cheap. Customer Service has always been friendly.

I never make posts like this, but I was blown away at the awful customer service I received today from a young lady who made me feel so rushed and unwelcome. It was clear she was ready to be off of work, which I do not blame her for that, but her attitude completely tainted my shopping experience, and this is not the first time. Other than that, I enjoy 50% off days since the prices have been raised, and other workers have been polite.

Walmart is cheaper. 8.99 at Goodwill for a George shirt that I seen right across the road for 2 dollars cheaper. All of this stuff is given to them, how does it warrant such high prices

Great customer service. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Good selection of items. Don't think it's fair that the guys shirts are only $1.99 & the ladies are $6.99 and that they mark name brand stuff up higher. I don't think the employees make that decision tho. Other than that great store and awesome employees. They also have various sales every month AND every Sunday and Monday it is 75% off a certain color ticket. Different color each week!

I’d give this store a 100 stars if it was available!!!!! While out shopping I stopped here. i was greeted by the kindest little lady Carmen who was cleaning the isle making the store look so nice tidy and well put. Once shopping the Manager Kathy T was so helpful treating customers and her store employees with so much respect. The prices were delightful store was extremely clean and tidy and everyone looked so happy to be shopping or working there. That staff especially Manager was hard at work but always found time to help me and others with questions of where things might be placed in the store. Overall best GoodWill i’ve been to so far and i’ve been to many all around Indiana.

Cleaner well stocked store. This goodwill participates in a rewards program that is free to enroll in, (or you can buy a membership for $5 that is better) the free one includes you in a points program that gives you a rewards dollar for every $50 you spend. Also includes you for special 50 % off sales (usually Saturday twice a month) and weekly 75% off specific color tag on Sunday sales. Staff is always working & friendly. Easy to shop, new merch is always being stocked. Selection varies as does at all thrift, mainly a clothing store with about 15% not clothing/shoes. Points programs vary by store locations as do sales so ask before you complain on high pricing.

DONATORS PLEASE READ: Prices are way to high, people donate this stuff for people who are less fortunate and can't afford to shop in retail stores. I used to love shopping Goodwill, but they are taking the fun out of it with the ridiculous pricing. People need to stop donating here and look for Christian organizations who don't take advantage of their customers.

I love good will .. over the weekend I bought a pair of white sketchers for $49..00And 2 pair of sandals for $5.00Each.. I really couldn't afford these so I took them back to shoe show in Plymouth on sunday.. today . I had to be at woodlawn hospital for my female mammogram .. it went well .. while in Rochester I decided to stop at midwest Eye. I wanted to see if they could repair my good blue frames metal frame glasses. No luck!!They are no more after I tried to put a pair of safety shields on them given to me from crib ronnie at gulfstream where I work.It broke my frames apart trying to put them on.. working at Hoya optical labI only had one pair of brown safety glasses leftAnd forgot them this day.. O

I thought their clothing inventory was pretty nice and prices were reasonable. They don't have the furniture and bric-a-brac selection that some thrift stores like Salvation Army stores have. Lots of nice linens and good variety of books also.

Im 48yo. When I was a teen I would earn less than 100wk and would spend $60 on a pair of jeans. I now earn over 5k/wk and spend less than $50 a visit at goodwill and salarmy. I enjoyed my shopping exp at the Rochester Goodwill. I love the UAW Rochester T-shirt. People often ask me if Im a member, I just smile and say I bought it at Goodwill. Just my positive comment.

This has been one of my go to places.. but when I was in there Friday.. the selection was not great... Writing higher prices on things that are not worth it.. it will be a long while before I go back

There prices should be cheaper than any other stores since their stock is used but many times the prices are the same or on occasion higher. The manager is rude, mean and cruel to disabled people. Don't go here, use any other Goodwill but not this one.
