This cvs has the worst customer service I've ever had from any pharmacy I've ever gone to. They treat you like you are waisting their time when they wait on you. It doesn't matter what medicine you are picking up they treat you like a junkie or something. They all have condescending attitudes. If it wasn't for my insurance and the fact that I have to come here for 1 of my medications, I would never set foot back in this pharmacy. I do all my other pharmacy stuff at Webb pharmacy where they are nice, informative, and all around much better. Would never recommend.

Horrible experience with the pharmacist. I received a text message saying my prescription was ready. She was incredibly rude and glared daggers at me, telling me it was not ready. I apologized for bothering her and informed her about the message politely, wondering if she was just having a bad day. She rolled her eyes at me and told me it would be 10 more minutes. Never had an experience like this so I was kind of blown away that someone could be so rude to a customer.

Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. Any pharmacy but this one. The pharmacist has been rude to my wife several times for no reason. Just read the other reviews. I went as far as to contact CVS corporate the service here is so terrible. People of the community deserve better.

Pharmacy staff are rude. Waited in drive through line for over 20 min with only one car ahead of us that was at the window. Went inside and heard Pharmacy staff being rude to a customer at the drive up window and refused to help them.

Just recently started using cvs again and they dropped the ball already was supposed to fill one of my prescriptions auto and now here I am without my meds because they didn't feel it.byebye cvs never again.called today to get them to fill it and guess what closed.

The Pharmacy at Cvs in Rochester IN is horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. They are extremely and I mean extremely rude. They refuse to fill medication that I've had filled at another Cvs and other Pharmacies with Good RX because of my insurance. They've made me wait days and days for medication that I've needed. And when it comes to controlled substances they make you wait hours and hours for them to be filled. They are just extremely rude and mean. I will be leaving Rochester Cvs Pharmacy. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I haven't talked to not one nice employee. Its extremely sad when Employees that work at Pharmacy treat people with major mental illnesses and disabilities like they are a piece of trash. I have no choice than to go there to get my medications. I have to have those medications to function on a daily basis. Those employees at Rochester Cvs make it difficult for me to even get my medications and then make me feel bad for needing my medications. I didn't think a Pharmacy could be worse then Peru Cvs. But I found it.

I am only commenting on my experience with the photo department!! I had a order online to pick up there and they were out of my canvas. The Manger Alex was personal, friendly, and went way above to help locate the exact canvas I needed for a Christmas present from another store location. The other photo staff was also helpful and friendly when I went in for my photo Christmas cards. I will keep getting any of my photos projects from Rochester location. I Recommend them !!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. Denisa and Ansam (pharmacist) are always nice. Rachel is the WORST. Always has an attitude and when I called her out on it she kept the same attitude. Hate to leave bc of one person but they may just lose my business. Tired of dreading the trips to CVS.

The pharmacy is terrible. Open bankers hours during the week including an extended break for lunch. But as if their exhausting 5 hour work days during the week weren’t annoying enough they’re also closed Saturday. I need my medicine!!

Honestly not sure how this place stays open, they close at random times and don't rely on the hours of operation.Rachel the Pharmacy tech also told me my prescription was ready at Noon, so I went there on my lunch break just for her to act clueless and say they never ordered it.

Closed Saturday and Sundays. Have to wait until Monday to get Antibiotics. Good way for sick people to get sicker. Is this because Noone wants to work weekends?

My husband gets his prescriptions there and the pharmacist, Barb I think her name is, is always rude to us, makes us feel like an annoyance instead of customers and even takes it upon herself to call doctors offices not to be helpful but to meddle.
