Took my gold ring band in to be resized and it is now ruined. I brought it in, tried different sizes to see what I wanted, and they said they would call me with a price estimate a week before the repair to make sure I agreed on the price. I waited two weeks before I finally called and asked what was up. I find out they did the repair without calling me and that there were some issues during the repair. Many excuses as to why they didn't call and even more excuses as to why they messed it up. "We don't typically get these kind of rings and we were not sure how to do the repair. If we had known more about the ring before we took it we could have done a better job." Followed by: "We get tons of rings everyday for repairs and it's easy to get sidetracked and forget to call." Tons of rings everyday but for some reason had never seen anything like mine, a simple gold ring band. No intricate designs, no stones, no markings. Just a band.I finally go to pick it up to find they completely butchered it. It's no longer smooth and shiny, it's bumpy and warped. Looks darker and more like a hammered piece of gold shaped like a ring. It looks nothing like what it was before. And to top it all of, it was too small. They didn't charge me anything and I honestly would have refused payment if they had.I will never seek business there again. They devalued my ring which meant a lot to me even if it was just a simple band.

I took my jewelry into Arnold’s for cleaning and asked them to check for repairs that might be needed. The Rochester store staff did an excellent job. Repairs were made in a timely manner. I also purchased a gold chain for myself and two men’s bracelets as gifts which were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Arnold’s for your jewelry needs.

While I am very pleased with the work and grateful to wear my wedding ring again, am sorry to report a key piece in service was missed. Money is tight and I requested an estimate to ensure I would be able to pay; however the his didn’t happen. I received a call stating that the jeweler missed the estimate note, my ring is finished!Thankfully it all worked out; everyone is happy. Thankful I was able to afford it.

Shopped in person with my daughter on video to find the perfect ring for her golden birthday. They were very accommodating and even looked in books and online til she found one she liked. The end result is a precious ring for my beautiful girl!

I took a simple gold chain that a link had broken. They repaired it and I wore it 2 days and it broke again. I took it back and they repaired it again. They charged me again. Once again it broke after wearing it 2 days. I took it back a 3rd time and once again they charged me even though they said they would not. I have paid $100 to fix one link. The same link. The lady told me that each repair was a different link. It was not. Something here reeks of mishandling and poor craftsmanship not to mention very peculiar that a chain I take in to get repaired all of a sudden has links breaking right after its returned from the jeweler. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this jeweler. Very poor quality and business.

I bought my daughter a birthstone ring. They kept us up to date notifying us when it was ordered, when it came in, when the sizing was done. When we picked it up, it was more beautiful than we expected. She loves her ring. I love the great customer service and smiles on everyone's faces.

There selection of jewelery was low an when I bought an engagement ring they still charged me for it to b resized.. Kay's jewelers offers free resizing and free maintenance every 6 months on purchace.

My experience here was overall delightful. We looked at some jewelry had some laughs a bracelet found a new home on my wrist plus getting some jewelry repaired and getting some personal touches done definitely going back the staff were awesome! Had a wonderful experience when I first purchased a ring here but today two ladies were less than professional when I brought the ring back in for a loose setting issue .. I now wish I had went to a jewelry store I’ve used for years with much more dignity and class than this store had today .. Sometimes people are judged on appearance of not having the ability to purchase anything they have but being a former auto sales consultant I was taught never to miss judge anyone and give all the first class service!

The ABSOLUTE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE & SERVICE!!!!💍💍My Fiancé and I will never go through another jeweler! We have a major busy schedule, and as we all know so does Jerry Arnold, but somehow when my Fiancé was searching for my perfect engagement ring that he surprised me with, Jerry made the time and effort to drive almost 2 hours to bring him the ring.That’s not it, after he purposed, the ring was still a little to big for my fingers so Jerry came back and retrieved it from me at my home to take it and size it. I went in a week before Christmas and tried to place an order with Angie. Gave all the details regarding my order and requested someone call me back after Christmas to set up payment arrangements because I no longer live in that area. I called almost 2 weeks ago because no-one had called me back and was told someone should call me. Here it is January 20th and still no call back. Maybe you should get reliable staff that actually want to help the customers instead of blowing them off.
