The best place around for doggie day care, boarding, and grooming. We’ve been going here for 3 years and they are hands down amazing . Each time we go we are treated with the same great hospitality and customer service. They treat all the animals in the care with such love and fun. It’s a worry free experience and I trust them with providing the best care for my fur kids. My boys go to day care every week while I’m at work. It’s so nice they don’t have to be in their puppy houses all day and can run and play. I don’t have to worry. When I pick them up they are tuckered out.If you choose they can have a spa and doggie day care . They get a bath and groomed while at day care . Their groomers are top notch.They go above and beyond and even do fun activities with them just like human day care only for dogs . I won’t go any place else . Thank you Zach’s Pet Service . We need more places like you.

Absolutely incredible! I have a sweet dog who is 6 years old, but she is difficult with new people. They were amazing! By the end of her week boarding she had made a few friends! I will scream from the rooftops how great the staff are and how comfortable they made me feel about my crazy dog!!

My favorite boarding facility in the Fort Wayne area consistently provides excellent, thoughtful service. They've been incredibly accommodating, especially during our recent move, which has been a great help. I never feel guilty about leaving my dogs there for trips, as they always return happy and well-cared for!

I will always recommend Zach’s when someone asks about boarding their dog (or cat). I know my Daisy Mae is in the best hands when I need to go out of town. Where do I even start? We have always trusted Zach’s Pet Service for our dog. He was excited for every visit. The staff is super kind and you can tell they love animals!We took Otis to them on our last vacation. We had a major tragedy and lost our daughter on the trip. Zach’s reached out and offered Otis to stay as long as we needed free of charge. It was nice to know we didn’t have to worry about our dog while navigating this new world.As a small token of appreciation we decided to get several bags of food for them. Just something for any dog that didn’t have enough. When we arrived, to our surprise, they had a huge basket of items for us prepared. Some for our dog, some for us and some for our son. I can never thank them enough for this kind gesture. It warmed our hearts.Do not hesitate to take your loved pets to Zach’s. I guarantee they are in good hands. They even sent us pictures during his stay to let us know he was happy. Unbelievable.

I first boarded one of my dogs at Zachs a few years ago because it seemed like a nice facility and was right down the road from where we live. she came back happy as ever and although we were missing a few kongs Zach offered to replace them. I started working long hours and I have a high energy dog that needs exercise so we looked into daycare with them. she passed her evaluation & goes at least 1x a week. she gets really antsy if I don't take her at least 1x a week to romp with her friends. the staff is always friendly, kind & they take care of my girl. yall should see her cry when the staff is walking out to the car to get her, she's such a doll! our dogs will always be boarded here & I'm gonna be so sad when we move we will have to find another place to keep the animals if we ever go out of town. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES! I pray for Zach & Jenna and that they keep doing wonderful things for their customers and running an amazing business❤️ Nova loves everything about ZPS and so do I!

My ex decided to steal my dog and boarded him here at Zacks. After calling around trying to locate him, I found out he was at Zachs. So when I called Zachs to my my dog back, Zach decided to lie to me and say he wasn't there. My ex then had him moved to a shelter down by Indy where they put him to sleep. I had all his paperwork proving he was my dog and he had been a part of my family years before I got with my ex but because Zach decided to lie my family's one less. I know it's not directly Zach's fault but he played his part and that lie cost my buddy his life. So thank you Zach for knowingly help my ex kill my best friend.

Zach’s is my pups’ home away from home!! I can’t begin to say enough good things about the staff, the communication, the cleanliness, or the care provided for my fur babies. I drive to Roanoke from Ossian (which has 2 doggy daycares of its own) to bring my dogs to daycare at Zach’s and I also board them here when I am traveling. Zach has welcomed my own pup, my (former) unsocialized foster dog, and my latest rescue (who is scared of men) with open arms - and they have all ended up loving it here! I would recommend Zach’s to anyone looking for someone treat your pups as well as you do, when you’re not around.

I love ZPS - having a flat faced pug, I love that their caring and wonderful staff are trained to understand his needs and care. Pickles gets so excited if I mention going to Zachs and I love knowing he will be well taken care of and loved. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Zach's Pet Services! Our two doodles go to daycare every other week and they love it! Our older dog Sadie didn't do well at the other daycare place we were taking them and was ALWAYS scared to go. At Zach's, she LOVES it and can't wait to get out of the car and play with her friends. It warms my dog mom heart to see her happy. Thank you, Zach's Pets, for being so kind to our girls and us every time we walk through the door. :)

My husband and I are so happy we found Zach’s Pet Services. We took our 1 year old bernedoodle here to be groomed and he looks perfect! Our dog is very timid and the staff were very understanding and helpful when I dropped him off. We are looking forward to bringing our Bernie boy here for additional services in the future.

If you have a puppy that is up to date on shots but not had all boosters, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE. ZACH'S WILL NOT ACCEPT DOGS UNLESS THEY ARE FULLY VACCINATED! Our puppy has had all rabies, distemper and bordetella. She is getting her last distemper booster in 2 weeks. Because puppies get progressive shots and the vet said she is good to go. Apparently Zach's disagrees. SO, NO PUPPIES! CHECK OUT POSH PUPPY, also in Roanoke!

Changes brought about a need to start boarding my beloved Zara who deals with a few challenges! She’s never been boarded and hates being in kennels. #2. She is not particularly friendly when she first meets new ppl and #3. Hasn’t spent a ton of time around other dogs…. So started the search and research for a place that would meet her needs and mine, a place that was highly recommended by other pet owners, clean and willing to work with my 9yo rescue pup.. My search lead me to Zachs! First phone call with Zach was helpful with wonderful suggestions that have made a huge difference! Meet and greet went amazingly well and Zara warmed up quickly to Zach and his staff…. Her two day stays worked to acclimate her to this new environment! She came home being able to say she has new human friends!!! …. In a nutshell the facilities are SUPER CLEAN! tons of room for the pets, various services and amenities to meet a variety of needs for pets, and their owners, Staff are professional, reliable caring, supportive and super helpful! Although we had some personal glitches just prior to drop off; Zach accommodating!!! Her 5 day extended stay was wildly successful!!Thank you Zach and team!!

I can’t recommend Zach’s enough. My dog, Rocky, goes twice a week and loves it so much. Amazing value for how great of care they take of the dogs. He loves expending his energy in a safe, fun environment surrounded by fun doggos.

I contacted Zach to board our 3 dogs, per our vets recommendation. When I spoke with Zach the first time he fully explained the entirety of his packages, options we had, and was very reasonably priced. We were apprehensive as we had never left our dogs with anyone before, but Zach reassured us, was patient, kind, and took care of our pets as if they were his own. We will be back, and I will recommend to anyone who asks!

No other kennel compares to Zach's. When I picked up my dogs, they were calm and happy being there. I could tell they enjoyed their stay and were well taken care of. They even had baths that morning. My dogs came back more happy and well behaved than when I dropped them off. There were no behavioral signs that they were nervous or uncomfortable during their stay. The staff there was super nice, cheerful, and seemed to actually love their jobs (unlike other kennels I've used). The facility is clean, modern, and in the country with plenty of room for doggos. I will never use another kennel again.

Zach’s truly deserves more than 5 stars. All of their staff is great. You can be at ease knowing your pup (or cat) is in good hands. They treat each one as if they are their own. My pup is so excited to go and literally can’t contain himself when we pull up. This is a great place and couldn't ask for better people that are taking care of your pet!

My girlfriend and I needed someone to watch our precious Beau while we were away on vacation and her mother recommended Zach’s to us. She dropped beau off since we were already away on vacation and we were really nervous about how it would go but the staff was very reassuring and supportive. Unfortunately boarding is just not the way to go for our particular pup and beau left early which is no one’s fault. But this 5 star review is for how the staff handled our situation. The entire staff definitely did their best to try and make beau comfortable with them but he was just too scared in the unfamiliar environment. They were very professional and reached out to us in the morning when they realized beau wasn’t going to improve. We were able to have a backup plan and get someone to pick him up. I am just so thankful that the staff communicated so well and treated beau with so much love (even when he was not loving towards them).

My parents use their services quite often so we thought we would give them a try, although bc of last minute planning we were unable to make the schedule but the whole time they tried as much as they could and seemed patient and willing to work with our dogs needs. We will definitely use them for future boarding and maybe even other services. They have a great layout for the animals for boarding and activities with a spa/cleaning facility, they have a great staff I feel comfortable watching my pet, wouldn't think twice or worry once. Keep up the good work!

Zach's had our two GSDs while we were on vacation. This was our first time ever boarding them and I was so nervous. Zach and his staff were so good to our babies. We got updates while we were away and it helped me to not worry about them. When we picked them up they were both clean and happy. We could not be more thrilled with our choice and will be happy to board our furry kids with Zach's in the future.
