8:15 pm. Note on door, it's very clear that the employees do not take pride in their job, or even having a job. Lack respect for the roll they CHOSE, and show clear lack of self respect, and representing dollar general. EVERYBODY has a cell phone, and the amount of incorrect spelling speaks volumes about the individuals that are employed thereThe note read..."Closed due to regosters shutting down all of a sodden, deepest apologies for the inconvenience.It was the sloppiness note I've ever seen, my 7 yr old could write better and more legibile than that. Just sad for the free and human race. This is what the world is coming to.

Didn't catch two ladys working Saturday 1/30/2021 but they was very nice & helpful. Went far and beyond with sharing information on sales and little personal conversations. Even though all going on still can get good service. Store was clean & stocked . Good job ladys & be safe 💛😷💋 Clearance extra 50%🤯👋🤑

They may want to make their hours clear instead of closing whenever they want. Their sign says they are open until 9pm, show up at 8:15 and they wrote closed on a piece of paper on the door and said they were understaffed, yet there were people in there talking. What a dump.

This is a great little store.Saves many trips to larger stores that don't always have what you need, especially seasonal smalls.The staff is cheerful and very accommodating. Great addition to our small town!

Better store layout than most northern Indiana dollar generals, better selection of better quality products, with that said the aisles are tighter. Much more genuine and friendly employees other dollar general employees. Employees here enjoy their work and working with coworkers! Keep it up!

Nice new store, it's a bit over stuffed with stuff on the floor making it harder to get down the isles with someone else in that isle. Great selection and customer service! They have a large selection of almost every item you might want or need.

It use to be pretty nice to stop in there for things we needed but since lately there’s been teenagers working there and a manager is not paying attention at all. Workers have their friends come in and sit with them BEHIND the register! The manager was rude to my husband as well!

My apologies to the Roanoke location on my previous. I had a quick but good shopping experience here. I stopped for a pair of shoes, would've expected a larger selection but that is in no error to the exact store.

Recently they been out of stalk for alot of things, the employees reek , and they close at random times they say 9 online and on there hours on the door but will close at 5 due to “low staff”

Easily seen from the highway. Big parking lot. store is neat and clean. Prices compete with walmart. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, it needs more food less knick knacks.

I love the Roanoke Dollar General. It is very large with a huge variety of products (compared to other DG I have frequented). The cashiers are very genuine, friendly, and are happily ready to help.

Christmas decoration section was tiny compared to Huntington's display. Clean store though, that was nice. Staff was super friendly!!

Great store but they have a squeaky toy as a way to get the cashier attention instead of having a permanent person there when people are in the store instead of them sitting there talk to coworkers and not doing anything.

The new Dollar General in Roanoke IN is awesome! Friendly staff! Very large grocery area. The people who planned this one hit a home run!!

Dollar General in Roanoke is my fav compared to the one in Huntington. Roanoke isn't as big as Huntington & on the selection of products, but everyone is freindly, quick to help and no wait when ya need to check out.

I love Dollar General I get my dog food cat food cat supplies snacks and sinus medication and bags of ice and I always get great service very friendly people

The person behind the register wasn't very friendly and since I was walking it would be nice if they would double bag because they are heavy to carry and harder to get home in single bag.
