Its alot better now thats there new management.... Prices seem to be cheaper before i would not shop their couldnt afford too the remodel looks nice even put in a hardware section which lets you know they are thinking of the ppl of Ohio county!!!!Update: Dec. 27,2023 It's now 4 stars prices haven't gotten any better worse actually but I know that's cause of the economy but 10$ for some miracle whip🤯 I just do wish the deli would be open the hours it claims it is but due to lack of workers it's a guess on if they open or not...but employees are nice and friendly..

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out this place was open. I drive by it several times a week but thought it was closed down. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I found exactly what I needed and happily found Grippos BBQ chips, too, as a bonus! We can't get them where I live. The lady who checked me out was the sweetest lady. The store reminds me of the IGA I used to go to as a kid. I'll definitely stop in again! It has a parking lot with plenty of parking.

Price gouge like a MoFo.I'll spend the extra gas to go to Kroger, Walmart, or Aldi. Out dated stuff on the shelves all the time , jacked up price on half rotten strawberries, I only shop here when I don't have the option of leaving town.

Catered food from deli was very bland!! The baked beans taste like they had been poured from a can, no seasoning, no nothing! Services was great, offered to even take to car. Cole slaw was delicious .

One of the cashier's & even a manager were very helpful when I came in looking for razzleberry peace tea. They even offered to get more in since they could tell I like it. I also got a sub while I was there, both were good. I will be back!

If you live in a small town you know what's up with a little IGA. The hidden gem here is there hardware department. As a professional handyman I think I'm qualified to say whoever is stocking and organizing this section deserves a raise. Hands down the most efficient use of space with the huge range of things that frequently prevents the need for me to drive into Lawrenceburg.

This place has came a long way since New owners the prices having changed much but thats everywhere now. Most of the employees are nice. To get decent service at the deli u have to sneak up on them so they not hiding an say the opposite of what u want meaning if you want ur bologna sliced thick say thin if u want your ham thin sliced say thick lol im serious on that though after the 30th time of getting the opposite of what I say I like my ham shaved but I just say thin to save them time and help them out but ima say shaved next time and see if i actually get thin.

I love a good, small town IGA...and Tandy's is one. The only thing is, well, the prices are high. Like, way high. I recognize that we are in the middle of some pretty bad inflation, but man, I was a bit shocked by some of the prices. Meat and produce looked good and shelves were fully stocked. The hardware section of the store was super cool, too. Actually saved my bacon because I left my coax cable seven hours away. This would have been a 4 star review but for the prices. We needed up driving into to town to Kroger after the initial visit.

The prices are still a little steep but thats what you get in a small town but with new management/owner this atore has really came up. I love seeing money put back in to a place for the better.... Employee wise and customers. Great job!!!!

This is a really great, all around store. They serve really good hot lunches at reasonable prices. This place also has a decent selection of groceries. I almost never have to go out to a bigger chain store like Wal-Mart or Krogers which is nice.

This IGA is fine and the selection was adequate for the town. Employees are friendly. I was staying at the Rising Star Casino campground and RV park. The location to the campground is ridiculously close by. The IGA has a perfect location.

Our local IGA is under new ownership. In the last few months there have been many improvements. Produce is very nice and fresh. Definitely will shop here more.

They are small and limited and very overpriced. service is slow and they are not overly friendly either unless your a local. That being said they are the only full service grocery in Rising Sun.
