Great store for a variety of animal feed and products. Cute outdoor decor. Power tools and outdoor tools of all kinds. Helpful and friendly staff. Cheaper alternative to buying propane as they fill your tank so you aren't wasting any propane.

Called to ask for a deck belt, too old to have a model number, confirmed they carry it with another location, was told they could not help me without a SKU. Went into the store, found exactly what I was looking for, was told I didn’t give correct information (not the case). Donald and amber both have attitudes over the phone and in person. Terrible customer service. Do better.

When the store manager is telling customers they don't have time to be answering questions and to just Google it you might as well just start using Amazon for your needs. This place has absolutely gone downhill. Customer service complaints have gotten people nowhere. Us local farmers have started going out of town to rural king.

Sales team is always well informed and very pleasant and helpful. They have a nice selection of products and their accessories. There are many unique and hard to find items on their shelves. I give them 4 stars simply because their prices are higher than elsewhere in many cases.

Vendor delivery-store worers are not driver friendly. Plenty of parking behind the store, with food delivery available.I showed up last night after receiving hours, but with plenty of daylight. I was hoping to get unloaded by a manager, as I usually do in this part of the country even after hours. I spoke with the manager who was quite rude, and said id have to wait. I acknowledged and set a time promptly at 8 in the morning, with no mention of delays or other trucks. This Morning another truck was at the dock. I waited until 8:10 with no movement from the truck or store and spoke to the receiver and manager. I was sharply told the other truck was first and id still have to wait, then hung up on. At 8:50 the receiver came out and proceeded to unload the other truck. If the receiver had come out at 8 when hours started I could have been done and gone and out of their way by the time the other truck was ready to unload. Preventing either of us drivers any delay.

I get my propane tanks filled up here, it is pretty convenient for me, but would give them a 5 stsr rating if they had a bell outside that let's the clerk know that you need propane intead of having to walk into the store and verbally telling them. Good service and merchandise.

Im in here just about everyday; for commercial AG work related supplies to personal farm and feed. I usually buy bulk feed from a local mill but sometimes, with my work hours, i have to make do with TSC bagged feed. Prices okay but know youre not buying by the ton so youre not getting the best deal. Good stock of generic tractor/3point parts. The seasonal changes are always on time and always stock cool stuff. TSC can be a little pricey but keep in mind its a farm "convenience" store. My favorite part of this store is its friendly employees! If only they sold eggs over easy, coffee, and opened at 6am id be there even more chatting it up with the folks here. Id love to see tsc grow a little and carry more stuff but not too big like those trashy rural kings. Overall, awesome store!

We love TSC. They carry many of the electrical needs of farms that you can't find elsewhere, such as heavy gauge wire and ground rods. The boots, clothes, and home goods they offer are unique. They also fill propane tanks.

Google says open until 9p on Saturdays, showed up at 5 after 8 and was met at the door by an employee, and a shopper. Employees says, "guys we're closed." I said, "okay, I just need a bag of dog food, and google says you're open until 9 just so you know." To which the employee replies, "I know."Well if you know, you should probably have someone fix it so less people drive an hour round trip to get dog food and return empty handed.Also, while sitting in the parking lot writing this review, I personally witnessed another shopper rung up and walked out.

TSC is an awesome place to shop boots, clothing, pet food and supplies. All you can need as far as feeding livestock as well as a good selection of over the counter medication for livestock. A broad selection of mowers, trailers,water troughs and hay feeders. Tools ,chainsaws,wheelbarrow,mowerbelts,as well as a good selection of home products and country decor .
