This place is amazing! The GM Corey is very knowledgeable and is always able to order me the fish I want that’s are difficult to find. Rupert the store associate doesn’t mind taking the time to get my big orders. The rest of the staff is helpful and friendly. They usually always have a great assortment of freshwater fish!

I absolutely love this store. I go weekly! The staff are amazing! Kaidance, Macy, Rupert, and so many more I'm just so bad with names! Especially Kaidance, who even remembers my pets names!! I own The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation, a new business located in Liberty, Indiana. A few months ago, I crossed paths with Corey Williams, who has been incredibly supportive of my business. I deeply appreciated the chance to collaborate with Petland for a special Valentine's Day event, where we introduced my business to the community and created clay and ink pawprints of beloved pets. Corey went above and beyond, posting flyers for our event and ensuring we had everything necessary for its success. He even offered assistance from Petland staff to ensure we had enough support. PetLand is great. It’s easy to bring in your pets and give them a good wash. Or buy all the supplies you need, if they don’t have something they will get it for you. The staff is always pleasant. The prices are sometimes a little high it depends on what you are getting. This type of store is really for specific animal care products as well as set up for ownership.

One of my 30.00 fish died 2 days after having bought it. I was able to easily return with said dead fish and got a beautiful exchange. Staff seem knowledgeable and friendly. I am very happy with my exchange ☺️

Really love the crew that works here. I am a regular and most of them know me by name. They are hard working and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of fish and critters to chose from. Went in to find some kind of calming treats for my gf and bf's dog Buster and the sales associate was a kind young man with medium length hair (I didn't catch his name, I'm sorry) helped me find a great option and I also found great deals (BOGO) on the pet land brand dog toys! I managed to find something special treat wise for my dog Ludo and my bf and gfs doggos (Bear and Buster) as well! The treat bar seems to be working great so far! THANKS!! ALSO our son Zell really loved all the different pets that he saw!The photo included is of Bear Baker smiling over his new pet land toy 😁

Had an amazing experience! I love the atmosphere and the staff was very help. The new manager ( bigger tall guy) has done an awesome job with the store a lot cleaner and smells better too! He and his staff were so helpful with helping me get my dogs food and some new toys!

Recently my hamster passed away, I got him at a pet store in another state, the animals there were treated unwell, the animals always bit and were terrified, here the animals are very friendly and happy to have the attention. I got my new hamster from them and the only issue I had was her trying to break out of the box on her way home, she was very eager to be petted. The people helped to teach us more about female Syrian hamsters.

Nicely stocked store with knowledgeable and helpful employees.Be mindful of the loose pig ears. I picked out a few and one was rotten and stunk of dead animal when my dog started to chew it. It's not the stores fault, there was no way to tell until it got wet.

They're always so friendly from the minute you enter the store being greeted, to multiple employees asking if you need assistance. The only problem I have is pricing on a lot of items is so high, but with the condition of the world right now I understand. Other than that great selection of animals, animal food and much much more.

Super unprofessional. Manager messaged my underage niece, HR was contacted and nothing was done about this. Multiple other women have come forward saying that he is inappropriate with them as well, and corporate is apparently okay with this. Horrible way to run a business, and definitely disgusting.

Love the little critters I got and the staff assisting me was great. However, they sold me a male but the sign stated they were all females. I think the staff need to know how to gender their animals before selling.

My first time inside since it was Jack's aquarium and pets. We just went in for some live feeder worms. We loved it, lots of little critters you can see and interact with. Plus I got to hold a bird, so huge fan. Will definitely be back.
