This pharmacy is a joke. Every single month they run out of one of my medications and then lie about the reason. For over a month they've been spewing some line about their third party billing system being down, thus forcing us to use services like GoodRx instead of our insurance. Well, some of our meds are FREE with our insurance and not with GoodRx. We are blessed that my husband still works, I really worry about those elderly on severely limited income who don't have an extra 12 dollars or more a month to spare.

Had to fill one prescription at Meijer because it was on back order at CVS. This pharmacy is SLOW, inconvenient, and the staff is rude. I only use this pharmacy when it is absolutely necessary. Overall, don’t recommend. Go ANYWHERE else of you have a choice.

Can't speak for others,but been going here about a year now and the staff is always friendly,have went above and beyond even when my insurance wouldn't.....I fully recommend this pharmacy

Zero Stars!! Meijer Pharmacy is racist and rude! Had I saw the reviews 1st I would have never sent my prescription there! I am canceling my order. The pharmacist and the staff are rude and racist! Zero customer service skills! Then when asking a family member were they go I found out she had her prescriptions transferred from this location too because they were rude!!

Always has my dogs seizure meds in stock and cheaper than anywhere else in town. Drive thru is a little too slow, so I recommend goin inside for ur pharmacy needs

Everyone is always friendly but they never get things right. I have to call every month after I’m alerted that my prescriptions are ready to make sure they are actually ready before I go all the way there to pick them up. They usually aren’t really ready. It has sometimes taken multiple days to get a med in stock. I do appreciate the synchronized order system, they just need to make it work!

The fact that 90% of reviews are from pain pill addicts that had to wait longer than they thought is a joke in itself..never have I had a problem..dealt with anyone rude or racist...lol the lady calling them racist is mad her black privilege didn't count at meijer.10* if I could...

Medication wasn't ready when promised, in fact, it was another 24 hours b4 the medication came in. I talked to a pharmacy tech the day it was supposed to be ready. I was told I could pick it up anytime after 11. We arrived at 1. A 30 minute drive one way. I received a text while sitting at the window to get my meds that it wasn't ready. No apologies, no explanations, just excuses. Was quoted a price on second medication. When I got there, they wanted triple the quoted price. Go anywhere but here for medication needs

I love the store but HATE the pharmacy. Every time a doctor calls in a script, I have to call after them and make sure they actually are going to fill it eventually. And usually it's a prepackaged pill that just has to be thrown in their baggie. But I'm always told "tomorrow" no matter how early I call. It's ridiculous. It doesn't take that long, or at least it shouldn't.

Slooooooooow omg is it slow. Hour and a half wait for 2 pills. Throw em in the bottles/pull the cards and let's go. You'd think the calls from the in-house clinic would take some priority over the regular refills. I'm sick. I feel terrible. I want to go home. I'm typing this review at an hour in.... It took less time to drive there, be seen, diagnosed, and have a script called in. Even factoring the drive home. ZZZzzzZZZzzzUpdate: Finally! The lady at the counter apologized and made things a lot better. From 1 to 3 stars.

Negative stars if allowed. First, must wait minimum 24 hrs before prescription is filled. Second, keep getting charge a large co-pay from my OLD insurance. Once I'm told the amount I tell them the other insurance with NO co-pay is to be used, even though I've given them my new card. Third, just got home from getting my monthly meds & one is missing. Why? Because I didn't come in SOON enough to pick it up. Apparently, you have to WAIT to get it but if you don't pick it up then it gets put back.Will be finding a new pharmacy ASAP!

The worst pharmacy in town. They're always rude & the slowest I've ever seen. The place is a joke!2 years later, decided to give them another try. Nothing has changed! Clearly they hate their job or part of the job description is being as rude as possible! Zero stars, do not recommend.

Would be zero stars if it would let me. Have been fighting for 3 days including tomorrow.. I have epilepsy and need my meds.... Have had multiple seizures as of now so far 48hrs without meds in my system... They have to order... Told them I was close to being out a week ago they just told me to go to ER if anything happened, well it has, can't afford to go to ER. What am I supposed to do? No other pharmacy's in town carry what I need. It's very specific but I get thrown aside and I keep hearing it will be tomorrow. I'm sorry to say if it isn't tomorrow. I will be contacting an attorney and suing.

Doctor called in prescription at 8am waited for them to open at 9am. One lady in front of me and waited 15 minutes. Gave my name and date of birth and she asked several times cause she couldnt find it so then told me it would be 1 and 1/2 hour wait! What a joke. Prescription was for a common predisone pack. Dont waste your time here. Long waits and rude people. Go to phillips drugs. Local, fast, and great attitudes everytime.

Very unimpressed. The last 3 times I've used this pharmacy, I get a phone call stating the my scripts are ready. And when I arrive to pick them up, they actually aren't and wont be for at least another 24 hours.

Worst pharmacy ever. 9 out of 10 times your medicine isn't in stock. My monthly medicine is never in stock. Today my newborns amoxicillin wasn't in stock!?! They said it would be in tomorrow.
