Connie to the best of my knowledge said the showers were down from a Nationwide program upgrade. She said she didn't have keys to get in. She said she didn't have a way of processing points manually to issue showers. I caught a different loves and they said they could do it. I told the person from The other Love they're just lazy here don't want to work. She has to have the keys to get in because if there was a fire she has to have a way of getting inside the shower to let the other person out in the event they couldn't get out from the inside. Connie you suck I hope you get fired.

If you buy anything you better save your receipts I purchased a drink for $4.03 cash and after I paid for my item I started drinking it on my way out of the store and a lady with glasses came up to me and started asking me “sir did you already pay for that?” Of course I did I replied and she said do you have the receipt? I said no He asked me if I would like my receipt and I said that’s okay I didn’t know I needed to save receipts here. I said would you like to ask the cashier? She really started asking the cashier if he cashed out a man for a iced coffee… I started thinking to myself gee a cashier sees 500+ people a day I sure hope he remembers cashing me out I could see a cashier or easily forgetting, considering how many people they see a day. What happens if he forgets? Luckily THIS CASHIER HAD A GOOD MEMORY AND DID CONFIRM HE CASHED ME OUT! I cannot imagine what would have happened if he didn’t have the best memory in the world seeing 500+ customers a day! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen I will be paying card only at any loves location I stop at from now on and COLLECTING ALL RECEIPTS! Apparently your guilty if you don’t. I have NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BEEN ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING AFTER PAYING FOR MY ITEMS FAIR AND SQUARE! This was APPALLING!

The employee was not following one safety food protocol. Heavier set blonde woman was using same gloves to open cabinets, drawers and place food on roller grill. That's nasty considering how many germs are on those handles and then transferring food.... Nasty

Don’t waste your time here! Cheapest Trailer Tire $475 Chinese Tire. Same price you buy Firestone Trailer Tire. They said they don’t carry CAT filters or other brand that cross the part number. Restrooms dirty as hell! Only good thing dog park!

Employees are friendly. Store had a good selection of products available (it didn't look like there were many, if any, out of stock items. And it looked clean.The shower room was clean. Water got hot.

This seems to be a good place to stop aside from what appears to be Love’s employees parking their vehicles long term in parking designated for RVs. This appears to be a common problem at other Love’s locations as well. Most of these locations advertise for what they call RV Friendly Parking which is a great feature and the number one reason we use Love’s as our primary fueling station.

Not the best gas station on the planet but definitely not the worst. The whole place just needs updated. The restrooms could use a little better cleaning but I didn't feel like I was gonna get a virus from sitting on the toilet. Store area was nice. A little inconvenient to get to from I-70 eastbound, but worth it. Staff were friendly.

Tiffany. Night manager,shouldn't represent LOVES ❤️ Truck stop. She has no compassion when it come to truckers who have been on the road for hours. Instead of discriminating she should be greeting. Other than that clean hot showers and plenty of parking.

Have always been able to find parking no matter what time I come morning noon night overnight parking is awesome on he other hand getting a clean shower is the hard part it's kinda like they just toss the towels in there and mark it clean if they fix that this place would be everything especially to female drivers like myself who like to use clean showers

Clean store and restrooms. Hot and cold food and drinks. Plenty of semi truck and trailer parking, along with parking for cars and vans, etc.Theres a Hardee’s restaurant too!

I lost 20 minutes over a button ( pump 21) that won't activate the diesel. These companies need to fix their equipment asap. It's obvious hasn't been fixed for a long time. Stop wasting our time!

Really loves?!? Corporate needs to pay a visit. The parking lot smells like hot pee so badly I was getting sick and had to move my truck but once you go into the bathroom you can tell they do not clean those either. Showers look like they have never been cleaned. Soap dispensers are empty. Toilets and floors have a layer of filth on them. I love loves! I'm a platinum card holder monthly but I will pass this one next time we are in the area.

$20.63 for 2 Medium size Combo's, Was asked to pull over to spot #1 while we wait for fries to get done...🤣 Ha! We live Like 2 mins away and I'm here to tell you those fries were neither Hot, fresh nor crispy. When fries are soft and drooped over like a wilted flower, Pretty sure they suck! Of course my expectations are not to high for fast food, I do however want what I pay for and what you say I'm waiting on to get done. It's about time for restaurants to get it together with food prep and finished product.

Dirty lot, but a reasonable amount of truck parking. No trash cans anywhere because they moved them all into groups together so it'd be easier for them to clear them, except they obviously aren't because they were overflowing with garbage.My shower had no fan but seemed clean. Despite water dripping from the ceiling vents. They're using the shower hallway as a backroom to store stuff. Looks like they added a couple laundry machines in at some point.

Clean outside. Some of the pumps were not working but the lot was clean. Has Hardee's attached so that is convenient. Gas prices were ten cents higher than in town so if you can wait you can save some money. Employees were out cleaning the lot so that was nice to see.

RV dump station for $10, Hardees has charging plugs at both tables, bathroom need more water pressure in sink but staff was friendly and welcoming and store is well stocked

Always find parking even by the pond. Everyone is nice. Semi drivers will drive down the side you go out so watch out

This is our regular stop when we travel to WV or PA to visit family. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Same for fountain drink and coffee station. Outside trash bins are never overflowing. Staff is friendly and efficient. They understand that their travelers want a cheerful greeting, but not a long conversation at the register. I wish every travel stop was like this one.

This is one of the dirtiest/grungiest Loves ever been to. Manager needs to take better pride in this facility. Floors need deeper cleaned, bathrooms need a good cleaning

Two stars only because of the shop, slow, like watching turtles make love slow,but inside store was clean, everyone was nice. Basically the slowest people I have ever had the pleasure of having a tire changed for me. 🤔. So I just needed to clarify, their lack of communication or even listening about what I said shows the lack of intelligence. Unfortunately a lack of listening cost me money today, but from the majority or loves shops I guess I couldn't of expected anything more from these people.

My company has us using loves primarily for our truck and this one here has broken pumps so you have to go in to start the pump not a big deal. But no washer buckets to clean windshield or they have filthy water in them. Never have condiments for the hotdogs never have everything at the soda machine or ice for that matter. And if you gonna have tire pass do it. Not say it’s broken every loves has the same excuse for tire pass if you don’t want to do the job get rid of tire pass

The whole facility is inviting and doesn't have the usual feel of a truck stop, while still offering showers and other amenities for long haul drivers. Bathrooms are clean. The gift shop holds a variety of choices, including decently priced everyday items for little kids. There are plenty of drinks and snacks, as well.

Horrible service at the shop..checked in with them early evening for a 10 min truck only DOT annual inspection and I was told they will get me in first thing in the morning..I asked what time is that and they said 8. After waiting for over 12 hours I walked in at 8:45 and 3 so called technicians were doing nothing, told me that the mechanic just left for a road call..but I am next when he returns.. Shame on Love's for hiring worthless people and offering this type of service to costumers..

June 2022. There’s a fenced in dog park. Needs to be better maintained. The trash cans are so filled, that there’s garbage on the floor and on top. Walking in, it smells like the smoke area of cheap hotel. Area/ people that stopped by seem shady. Not a good location.
