People will find just about anything negative to say about a place. The few times that I've picked up here it's always been a seamless process, with a computer where you check in and if your load is ready, it prints out your bills and your location of where to drop your empty, if you have one and where you're loaded trailer is at. I definitely don't mind coming here, as there is plenty of room to do your work and get done and leave. Pretty efficient place, and there's the Love's right around the corner to weigh and get everything you need to get on your way.

Came to unload been sitting here for 4hrs. Something ever time. Just poorly ran operation. They don't care about the other customers you have commitments with. The other customers should start charging Hill Pet Food for not getting the product they need.Update 8hrs still no communication I called to make sure they hadn't lost my paper work they said they would check into it that was 2hrs ago.

Any experience or exercise of business should always be treated with the highest regards . Everyone is a customer with intent to communicate the guards are extremely rude especially when it comes to transportation arrangers /brokers and such. We are also part of what makes business flow needed or not .. Generally no matter what the issue is everyone is everyone should be treated respectfully if you’re and employe handling business for a company.

The few people you meet are nice but the wait is ridiculous. Several hours to get in and a couple more to get unloaded. This is every time I come here. Eat and use restroom before you get here bc they have no facilities for drivers.

The inability to unload trucks on time makes me wonder how they get anything done.Tuesday is maintenance day, sometimes. Won't open until 4. Won't let you in the gate. However it's wildly inconsistent and you won't know until you arrive.

Very nice and helpful staff! The plant is ridiculously big! I guess that’s why it’s called a plant. It was a pleasure performing heat treatments for years. Definitely my go-to dog food for my pets. Very clean pet food plant.

If you have the 1394 or 1398 rose city blvd load on paperwork your going to a unmarked warehouse. Its actually on Enterprise st. Go north on rose city turn left on enterprise end of building on right. The numbers on the buildings make no sense. I got there and quick unload.

They make pet food. It would be nice if their employees didn't come to the Cardinal Greenway trail parking and throw out their cigarette butts while on their smoke break. 🚬

Would like to give zero stars. Wait all day to unload. Give drivers no info. Just sit n wait. Never coming back here or any other Hills facilities.

Simple drop and hook but it was loaded too heavy up front. Containers are not allowed to use the scale on their property which is irritating...

Deliver here often. No restroom. Tend to make drivers wait. Require a bunch of unnecessary safety gear. Nice people though
