I arrived for my 8a appt at 736a. Parked in the staging area and walked bills to guardbooth. The young lady at the desk was nice. She advised that they would call me with a door when ready for me. She stated that once I get that call, I will get on the scale that's located immediately behind the guardbooth and then proceed to the door. They called me for my door at 921a. The truck started rocking at 952a. They come out and bring you your bills (9:57a) before they finish unloading. That way, once you get the green light, you are good to go. I was done by 1032a. Once done, drive to the guardbooth, get on the scale again, wait for the green light and then proceed to the window to complete your checkout.Overall, it is an easy peesy process.Ty for a good first-time experience.

Door nine will damage your tires. Be careful. Don't understand. how I had a good angle, they had the automatic wheel lock, took a chunk of tire, and a big gouge down side wall. Other then that security friendly overnight parking

I don’t know why people putted bad reviews. If you are ontime for delivery then they will unload you in 30 min .Nice security person and service also .

Dry van delivery 🛑 appt was 2 pm checked in 12 pm now its 315pm no door .whats the point of giving the Appointment time.they have sign at guard check saying if u r late for appointment u will be last in line u to get unloaded
