Nice n pleasant employees, a great place to shop. This place is starting to get even better than before. The store manager was very helpful and courteous. Nice friendly staff. They made the store more accessible in a orderly way. I mean it's set up to find more things more quickly n easier. But of course that is my opinion. You'll just have to see for yourself. The way the store was b4 it was remodeled I finally got to remember the whole setup of the store. I could just walk in and remember. Now have to remember all over again. But you know what, it'll be worth it because it seems bigger but yet easier to find things once you learn the layout of the store.

They had all that I needed and then some. The sun was so bright that I had to get some CHEAP SUNGLASSES! $7, We'll see. Cashier was nice the first time but I forgot something and she seemed a little perturbed about it. Oh well, all in all, a good experience. I recommend it!

The newer store on the west side was absolutely awful my last visit..my anxiety and my patience were wrecked when I left the store poor poor store conditions stock carts in every aisle in the way people moving around trying to find things any extra help I seen was basically in the way being more problems than help..not enough workers to get stock put up and left the condition of the store absolutely awful

They had completely rearranged the store what a goat-rope can't find anything now and the floors looked terrible guess it'll be closed for 6 months huh? Chage is not necessarily a good thing

Family Dollar was terrific this time because I ran all over the city trying to find an item that should be carried and in stock at every moment of every day but for some reason this item is constantly out is never ordered enough but Family Dollarit's not important what the item is is just it seems that the other stores don't seem to keep other stuff in stock as it did before the issue that we're dealing with now and that's a shame

The check outs were politely asking if you found what you were looking for.There was no more then 2 or 3 customers per line. Store was very clean. Definitely has made a lot of improvements.

The employee was friendly He held conversation and was very helpful... I asked him to help me with an item on the top shelf; he immediately came to help... I wish I would've gotten his name I really appreciate good customer service with a smile...Thank you!!!

We was there the last half hour before closing, and the lady was telling ppl how long before closing, but she was the kindest, most sweet, woman. I wish I knew her name, cause she was so calm, and in control, even tho they was closing, and she had people that was being rude, and she just smiled, and did her job. She had at least 10 people that wouldnt wear a mask in the store, and she told them as they entered that it's the law, and they just ignored her, and she still did her job, and was as professional as ever!!!! I hope she gets commented on some way, because she absolutely deserves it!! Her store was family dollar,, of , Richmond In. 47374 and she was the closer the night of Friday August 7th. She needs recognized!!!!!!!!! Our names are Demia, and James Bryant 414 South 6th street.

Dollar store is a staple to aot of people, I'm one of them. But I do have a problem with something I'm seeing going on. The store workers are standing outside smoking and when they come back in, they are not washing there hands or using sanitizer. I dont need that nasty cigarette smell or the Corona virus. Please get it together or I have to be done shopping there. FR

Always out of frozen foods and lots of other items when I go there and I have to walk it is close to home though so I go often and can always know that they won't have at least 1 thing I have on my list...every time

Bought a bluetooth speaker and asked the cashier if we bought it can we return it and she said yes can return with in 30 days. Got it home and it was not what we thought it was. Took it back the next day and they said you can only exchange can not get your money back. Looked online and per corporate there is a 30 day return policy. There is a handwritten letter that is hard to read that states that you can not return electronics in the store. Leason learnered, I will no longer be shopping here.
