This was by far the best experience I've had at any Dollar Tree store I've ever visited. Huge craft section and tons of good books!

They have candy displayed for $1 each, although they are $1.25. When I told the cashier I didn't want the candy she proceeded to ring it up and put it in the basket. When she checked me out, I told her AGAIN, I didn't want the candy. She sighed and took only one off. When I looked at the receipt it showed she still charged me for one but took both packs of candy out of the basket. I asked for the refund and she told me she couldn't do that. I told her to get the manager and the manager said she could only do an in-store credit for it. Total lack of respect, rude and that store needs cleaned up in more ways then one.

These stores are wallet traps yes. I mean I went in for three items but got to the checkout I had 27 items in my cart. Oh my word. But hey it's a nice store. More room on the west side store

Store is fine however there is one particular employee there that is very rude and this has happened more than once and to more than just us. I will be getting her name and speaking with corporate about this as she is not giving the store a good impression! I was so happy to see a store on the west side but will gladly go to the east side to get treated better.

This store is withholding products for scalpers to make a big mark up profit. STOP SHOPPING here, corporate has been notified...This is against policy and needs to be stopped

I thought this dollar tree would be just like the one on the east side. They have all kinds of different items you can buy!! Both are awesome but this one really took me for a surprise!!

When done paying for my stuff at The new West side store in Richmond Indiana they put all my items in a box and when I asked why no bags the lady said "I dont know I just work here " Come on bags are cheap ive never had this happen EVER at any store. Needs looked into.

Now that we have two Dollar trees in Richmond one on East main Street and one on national road West when is stocked very well and has what youor the other one isn't and you have to go to the other side of town to get what you need so my suggestion to Dollar tree is stock both stores equally so you don't have to run from one side of town to the other to get what you need it's a waste of gas and takes money out of our pocket that we could be using in your store

It's a new store which I understand to be able to compete with the businesses around them they need to be that's the idea when a new store opens the business should be packed the products they're going to sell this store is still empty what's the idea of that you can't shop an empty store I was really disappointed.
