This place is OBVIOUSLY fantastic for one of the reasons , the name describes ; DOLLAR general 😀😉 Everything is decently low priced . Not to mention , as time goes along , they are steadily getting nicer and NICER stuff !! Like I'm literally low key excited just to look and see all the type of new things that they've received since the last time that I was there , Everytime I go !. Also , here lately ( I'm not sure if it's of them or what ) they have been reorganizing everything and moving everything around ; yes , it's confusing for now , but it looks so much better and nicer !. And well , come on .. we all know that it won't take too long to re memorize where everything is again 😂

Cluttered and tight aisles, I stop here when I'm in Richmond because they have some things that my local dollar general does not have in Connersville.Smelled like strong skunky weed when I went in today, I'm guessing it was a customer.

They wouldn't let an old handicap lady use the bathroom. Poor lady peed all over herself before she got back to her car. Shame on you and your employees!

Could be a lot better makes this side of town feel like east Dayton. The manager told me I don’t have money on my card that’s why it’s being declined, then asked my how much I have on there’s then.. very unsettling. um ok I’m not going back. Stores Also a mess.

Small essentials store for everything from frozen an perishable food, to household an even home decor. Great for fast stops and inexpensive prices as well as an app that does coupons and even scan as you shop to keep track of your spending. They even have a dollar isle. Could be a little cleaner as in the Isles are cluttered an small to begin with. Be ready to buy a lot and spend a little.

I am in this store a couole times a week. Only complaint is when cashier gets backed up it takes to long for the second cashier to step in and when they do the person who has not been in line for 10 minutes is the one they take. Also there are tripping hazards in the aisles often as new stock is often sitting around. I do find many goid deals and the location is awesome.

They were very busy but the cashier did her best and it didn't take very long. She had a good attitude and was very friendly. This store wasn't as cluttered as some of the other DG's in Richmond.

Employees r always friendly speak hello when you enter the store. Needva bigger store hard to get thru the store when truck day is there the stuff is In the middle of the isle something is usuallly blocked that is needed by me. But service is always given with respect.

Most of the time they're out of what I need. Also, their big merchandise carts are always in the aisles in the way of everything. They just leave most of their products on the cart or in the aisle way.

I always get more things than I plan for when I go into Dollar General. Lol The staff is always helpful when I need help. The only thing negative would be how cramped or messy some of the shelves are. Some isles have things on the floor or too cramped.

You can usually find what you are looking for but sometimes it appears unorganized and cluttered. I was in the checkout and literally had the girl ringing me out on her cell phone complaining about doing the job. Apparently she got a job interview paying $12 an hour and she was going to try to get ir. Good luck girlfriend maybe somebody else will deal with your bad attitude.

The manager girl there tonight was very polite and took care of myself and my daughter. We had bought a expensive phone charger for her phone and the manager there exchanged it no questions ask...We hadn't had it but about a week...

Our Dollar General is like a small town store..you recognize faces week after week..and the other customers are your friends & neighbors..they have most everything you could want..except hazelnut powder cresmer..😑 but I enjoy my store!

Just average. Store is always in stocking disarray and just plain dirty. Prices are average as well. Cashiers are always friendly on the up side!

The dollar general on the south side is the only one I’m complaining about - I’ve stopped in there several times to get cash back and I’m always greeted by the handwritten “ no cash back “ sign - doesn’t matter if it’s day or night , sometimes the “ can’t take debit cards “ - it’s annoying and very inconvenient- I will say that this store has the nicest manager and this stuff never seems to happen when she is there !

Had to wait in line 10 minutes while one girl was outside smoking and there was lots of people waiting to check out isles are hard to get down cause of stuff blocking them

Every time i go they're out of what i need. They're shelves are empty all the time. There are always stacks & stacks of boxes blocking the isle.
