I sent my mother a western union and she came to your location to pick it up. She said the employee she spoke to said she had to have the app in order to pick up which I know for a fact is not true. She presented her ID and the MTCN number and was turned away for not having the app. I have tried several times to call your location and get a busy tone. I'm very disappointed with the level of service she received and would like the matter to be resolved.

Dollar General is always a fun place to go. They have so much stuff! There's always something on sale. Not just one thing,any different categories of sales. Go in with a plan and you could come out way ahead. Not the cleanest place, but it's not overly dirty either. I'm going to go ahead and give them 5 stars. I was actually thinking about going there this morning to get ice cream and anyplace that has ice cream is ok in my book.

I go to this store at least once a day and I've never had anything to complain about when it comes to the quality of their food until tonight. I had just opened a jar of clover valley pickles, and even enjoyed one of them (other than the fact they weren't crunchy). That was until I seen a bug at the bottom of the jar. I will continue shopping there but I'll never buy another jar of pickles and now I'll have to check my food before I purchase it.

This place had a good selection for a Dollar General. I was able to find everything that I came to buy. I can always count on Dollar General to have the things that I need. I like the fact that they are in so many different locations in their inventory is rather consistent.

Normally a great experience in here. Employees are always nice. However, when i asked for help today to find an item, the cashier only told me she doesn't know if they have it . After years of working in customer service, I know the best thing to do is help the costumer find the product.

I love my Dollar General the customer service is always great. They treat everyone well and help you find what you need, it's convenient for me to be on this side of town the prices are reasonable. I also highly recommend that you shop there 1st for some food items that are always priced lower then the local grocery store. The clothing items I have bought their have been good fabric don't shrink and a very comfortable the're also affordable for my family's budget

Long lines at the checkout, very high turnover rate of their employees so there's a lot of constant training. They don't take coupons as easily as you would expect. I believe that the overall management is responsible for this and not the employees themselves. They have a great stock of various things though so it is still worth a trip.

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. Their DG App is amazing. I thought I was going to be spending $25 but when i put my phone number in there were coupons i dont even remember adding... They took my total down to less than $5. Not to mention the sales that are always going on throughout the store!

Love these stores but they are vastly understaffed. Stock outrageously stacked on L carts in the aisles. Workers always extremely helpful and friendly but honestly they should provide larger stores for the amounts of inventory they sell!

02/15/21 locked my keys in my car during the winter storm. 5 mins before the store closed, they told me I couldn't wait inside in-between the outside door and inside doory( where they keep the shopping carts) while they closed for 35 mins. Needless to say that those two workers are less than humans, made it with only minor frost bite.

The store is always neat and well supplied. They offer a wide range of merchandise. Clothing, food, pet supplies, home and handyman items. A little bit of everything, really.

This store has quite a big selection. Prices are generally not great, but that is typical of this type of store. Also they are often understaffed so you might end up waiting for a while before you get checked out at the cash register.

Shelves were messy and isles in disarray but found what I was after. Could use a 2nd cashier to cut the 10 min wait down to check out but convenient location.

This one seems kind of clustered. The line is always too long. It seems that they don't ever have both of the registers open. The fella that was at the register this last time wasn't very friendly. I'm gonna have to give it a 👎

This is why I hate rude meth heads that work in retail. Don't show up to work as cashier with a nasty look on your face and a bad attitude. Not the customers fault you're going through withdrawals.

Stocker put dog food in cat food spot. I didn't catch it until i was about to feed the cat. Too many carts left sitting in aisles to be unpacked, make it crowded and chaotic.
