One of the better dollar stores to shop at. Very decent selection of quality items. Honestly I was surprised at how much brand name stuff there was. Understaffed tho, there's only 1 register and the self checkout machine is hit or miss whether it's working or not.

Store needs to be organized better. Items get scattered and not replaced to its spot. Isles are a little narrow. Staff is friendly and helpful. Like the variety of items available. Parking lot parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Enjoyable experience. Able to quickly go into store, select what I'm looking for, check out, and leave. Store is very clean, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Store Manager at this particular location is THEE BEST!

The employees are very friendly and helpful atleast at the west side location where I frequent the most. Great management. They really do a great job in making the store look nice and placing merchandise where it belongs when it's out of place. Clean store.

I am super annoyed right now. I spoke with Manager Nate in an aisle about a discount. Someone in the aisle stole my cell. Know where to be found. I asked him to play back the camera and he refused. But helped me look in the aisle (where I knew it wasn't) and told me what aisle I walked down. I just feel like I already knew what aisles I went down, he should have helped me to see what happened with my phone after that. In the aisle.

Friendly staff. The people that work there are always kind, & being kind goes a long way. One of my favorite DGs to make pit stops at, simply because of how nice people are there. Keep it up guys! I appreciate this store & it's people!

Was a quick trip just to get a few things. I actually had a great cashier this time,and was in and out in a matter of minutes. I don't go to that particular Dollar general store usually, because I've had alot of trouble with one of their cashier's not doing her job... Actually I think she is some kind of manager!

The cashier was so sweet. The customer before me gave her a hard time and the cashier did nothing wrong. Sometimes you just run into unhappy people that want to make sure you are as unhappy. I felt bad for the cashier. People when you shop leave your attitude at the door, no one is impressed with you.

This is honestly my least favorite Dollar General we have in Richmond. It's all the same product, but I feel that the store is always** crowded with products not yet put away on the shelves, and some of the staff could be a little more friendly. Not all are bad, though! I would just rather go to a different Dollar General if I had an option.

This Dollar General is more cluttered and it makes it seem messy. If you are closterphobic then I wouldn't suggest going inside. The staff has always been nice. It's just hard to find what you're looking for in this particular store it seems.

The store o National Rd. West in Richmond Indiana is a well kept secret. I've been to all DG's in this town and this store by far has the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered. My go to store always.

To me Dollar general is just like any other storeit would be more inventive if it lived up to his name as a dollar store because it actually isn't a dollar store it is a store that's no different than Walmart Meijer he pretty much paid for the same prices as you would ask your majormaybe a nickel or dime less but if it didn't take Dollar general on the outside you wouldn't know it from Meijer or Walmart

Was treated poorly by Tommy the cashier at the register by the door. He was rude and slamming down my can goods, then he proceeded to bag my frozen boxed foods as slow as possible. I was kind and curtious but I won't be next time.

When u go in around 6:30 p.m. till one there is ALWAYS A LONG LINE! The store is never put together! They are building a new store, I hope they do better !

Love the dollar general and go there way more than I should. I always go there for one item cost of a dollar and end up buying way more sometimes spending 80 to 100 dollars.
