Team manager member Lilly is rude. I do not care for this location AT ALL. Workers are very rude when they have to actually help a customer. If UPS would have a different pick up location I would NOT go to this CVS. I would rather drive across town than go there. Flat out, they suck.

I know sometimes people have off days and dealing with the public can be difficult and I've given the benefit of the doubt, but I've never seen a group of more rude people than at the CVS Pharmacy on Chester Boulevard. Four or five times that I've been there they are always rude, save for one younger guy that was really helpful. I wish I knew his name. I will never return to this one. Definitely moving prescriptions to a different place. Zero stars. Don't get a job working with the public if you're an a-hole.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husbands company requires we use CVS Caremark. I am diabetic and have to go without my medication because they keep putting my medication on hold for payment. Even when I hold a statement in my hand stating I have ample money in my account. I gave them 5 different card # and my medication is on hold. I had to get angry and talk to management before ANYTHING was resolved. If you are seeking this company to use for your employees DON'T. I've waited a month for my medication that I need to live healthy.

Phone services were a joke employees in the pharmacy weren't very helpful so it's very unpleasant experience
