I just had to pick up a prescription but i had a cart full i always buy when i am there. I ended up leaving my cart an walking out the lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude i have never experienced that at that store before but i was kinda shocked! It's never ok to be rude to any customers even if your having a bad day why try to ruin the next persons! Hospitality goes a long way!

Had a great walk in experience receiving my Bivalent BOOSTER COVID Vaccine. Have received most of my vaccine shots here without any problems. CVS keeps me well informed on my prescriptions via text messages, supplies auto refills, notices for support and guidance.

Went to the doctor once a month, as I always do for a script refill. They sent it over (keep in mind I was going to run out of my medication the next day). I get home and open my package to realize they gave me one correct medication and another medication that I requested the refill's to be stopped on. When I looked on the app, it assured me it had been filled on that Friday 04/15, I called my Doctor and they confirmed that they did send it over. When I called, the woman I spoke to kept speaking over me and wouldn't even let me get one sentence out fully. Then she said "well he sent it to early that's not really our problem we didn't fill it on Friday, we are filling it now". Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy my insurance allows me to go through for medication, but I will be making a 20 minute drive in the other direction to avoid this store. I have also called corporate because she essentially called me a liar when I told her I paid for 3 medications and my receipt even said that. She said "there is no way that is possible". Calling Corporate today!

I've gone to this location 4 times so far, it's been pretty good. Last time I had 2 prescriptions sent over, and I thought it was odd that there was an hour gap between the times they were ready. But I wasn't to bothered by it as I was in no hurry to pick them up.

i moved to Richmond 10 months ago, and this cvs has managed to get my monthly script correct ONE time. NINE times, including today, I have been given the wrong medication. I have spoken with the technicians because I have a DAW note on my account, but they never seem to read it. I love cvs but when I have returned 8 times, 9 counting tomorrow, it just shows the laziness of the pharmacists. I understand they’re overpaid and overworked, but that shouldn’t reflect me getting my medication.

I like CVS. It's a little higher priced but a nice place with a large selection of whatever you want. The people are very friendly.I got my vacs there . I was going to get my booster but Covid got me first. Not at all a good time. Mild my ...I must have got a bad one because I was miserable. Anyway, I'm cooped up here for 7 more days then I'll be free again. I'll be seeing you, CVS , as soon as I can to get that boost!Have fun. Be safe!

I normally don't leave reviews after bad experiences with places, but this situation was entirely uncalled for. Also, I suffered severe PTSD from this incident and my therapist said talking about it would help the healing process.I've been a patron here for several years. My usual purchases are Jergens and Puffs tissues (very competitive prices!). Everyone in the store is very polite which is what made this scenario so bizarre.I was making my regular purchases and approached the checkout. The man (Darrel? Drake? Eric?) behind the counter directed me to the self-checkout. Typically, I don't like using these as they are very impersonal and since he was already behind the counter, I didn't understand why he couldn't wait on me. He huffed, obviously annoyed and opened the register for me.Sensing the tension between us, I tried to make small talk with him. He responded very curtly and sarcastically. After paying for my items, I asked for my receipt to be placed in the bag. Apparently, this would be the straw to break the camel's back.His face turned red and the vein on his forehead was throbbing. "How about I stick his receipt where the sun don't shine, you jabroni?" With that, he wadded up the paper and crammed it in his mouth and began savagely chewing it, mashing it into a juicy pulp. He removed the pasty glob and with all the finesse and style of a Major League pitcher, threw it between my eyes. The sheer force of the wad caused me to stumble backwards. But this was only the beginning.Before I could compose myself and make sense of what happened, he had scrambled onto the counter and proceeded to execute a dropkick on my person. I fell backwards and hit my head on the carpeted floor with the wind knocked out of me. The torment did not end with that; the cashier was now standing over me, a wild look in his eyes. I could not scream or hardly move to defend myself."Get ready for Skip Raddison's signature move: the Cranium Violating Slobber!" With those words, he grabbed my arms and pinned them down before planting himself squarely on my chest. I struggled in vain underneath him to no avail. My fear grew as he let out a barbaric yodel before clearing his throat and sinus cavities. The noise reverberated throughout the store, sounding like the gates of Hell were thrown open and an army of growling demons were surfacing.Suddenly, the noise stopped and I watched in horror as my assailant loosed a large globule of mucus and saliva from between his pursed lips. It hung there for what seemed like an eternity before slowly descending toward my face. It approached closer and closer like a spider dangling from a thread. It hung mere inches from me before it slithered back into his mouth. He repeated this assault several more times, each time letting it grow closer and closer.Finally, despite the weight on my chest, I managed to cry out in surrender. He slurped the sputum back like a snotty spaghetti noodle as an evil smile creeped across his deranged face. "No one can withstand my might" he uttered before releasing his grip on my arms. He slowly raised himself off my chest, allowing me to scramble away. Nearly tripping over myself, I rose to my feet and ran out of the store, my eyes clouded with tears. This man is a menace and I can only imagine the pain he has caused others such as myself...

THIS REVIEW IS GENERALLY NOT ABOUT THIS STORE LOCATION, BUT MORE ABOUT THE CORPORATE MINUTE CLINIC COVID-19 TESTING. AS OF TODAY I AM ON DAY 12 WITH NO TEST RESULTS. I AM PROBABLY NEGATIVE, BUT HAVE BEEN WAITING ON RESULTS FOR RETURNING TO WORK. I AM ALMOST FULLY QUARANTINED NOW. WHEN I TOOK THE TEST IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2-4 DAYS. GO TAKE YOU TEST SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED RELATIVELY FAST RESULTS!!! FIRST CARE I HEAR HAS SAME DAY RESULTS.
