I arrived a few hrs early for a 2000 appointment on GOOD FRIDAY. I figured things would be a little slow as it’s a holiday weekend. Received a call at 0205 from guard shack notifying me they were ready. Bumped the docked and waited for the unload to start. They started unload at 0325. Got the green light at 0348. They get 3 stars for overnight parking, the nice guards, and the clean restroom.

Checked in at 0830 for 0900 appointment. Had to have shipper email an extra paper they didn't provide, email was received at 0910 according to guard. 1300 and I'm still waiting for a door for them to even start unloading.

Showed up for a 10 am delivery. 4 pallets. Waited until 11am to be assigned a dock. Then waited another 30 minutes for a 3rd party carrier to move their empty trailer out of the dock. Now, another hour and a half later, still waiting to have 4 pallets unloaded. Shipping/receiving using the excuse that their employee was told to do it but is nowhere to be found.Incredibly terrible service. Do not take loads here if you value your time.

Your place of operation is a disgrace. My husband passed unexpectedly at your location unloading his trailer. His boss cam down to pick up the semi and trailer 2 days later to find that your employees never finished unloading it. He waited around to find out what you wanted done with the rest of the load. The BOL was SIGNED! He was told he could leave. He gets back home to find out you reported the load stolen. How you claim that is beyond me. He brings you the rest of the load this morning because you wanted it just to be fricken rejected. As far as I'm concerned nobody should purchase your products. I'd also like to know how long my husband sat before anyone went to check on him. It seems nobody is ever around at this place. Such a disgrace of a company!

Early arrival parking and finish break parking available.Once you arrive, park and walk to the guard shack. Check in. They will call you near your appointment time. Unloading usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours after backed into dock.This is also Blue Buffalo.

Nice staff overnight parking if anyone has to wait a long time to get loaded/unloaded there's an unforeseen problem occuring this facility doesn't mess around they get it done

I haven't even gotten a dock yet because my appointment time is tomorrow morning. However this is a brand new place and it's got a huge staging area at the gate that you're allowed to stay at overnight. That in itself rates 5 stars. After I got staged the first thing that the gate guard asked was what time my appointment was tomorrow. So that told me right there I was allowed to stay the night. Nice guy. My appointment is at 11 a.m. tomorrow and I guess they start receiving at 7 a.m. .Got docked two hours early. Nice people.Make sure to break seal in front of receiving.

Great and easy place to unload bulk hoppers! They have overnight parking whether you unload first or to wait to unload in the morning. Staff are really nice also!

I read the reviews before I came and it was accurate.Arrived at 11 50 appointment at 12. First you park outside gate walk up to theguards hack window. Told me to go around to shipping. Premier get loaded/ unloaded first.VISTORS Get loaded / unloaded last. If you are in a hurry, completely forget about It. You can take a nap,eat, watch TV and anything else your heart desire before you get a dock.THIS IS NOT AN exaggeration.These comments helped me prepare myself to not move at all.This is an ALL DAY PROCESS. I am still here it's after 3pm.still no dock yet

From 70 east take 145 exit make right, make left on gaar Jackson rd to all the way to round barn rd. Make left to all way stop sign and you’ll see the entrance in the left. Less than 2 hours process to complete the pick up.

Appt at noon arrives at 10:15. It’s 4:30 pm and still no door. No facilities either. Only positive is there is a staging area so u can finish your break. Also no facilitiesUpdate: got a door at 11:30pm and out at 00:30 fabulous.

They have overnight parking outside of the gate, our appointment was 7:30am , got called into a door at 7:15am, out with paperwork at 8am, pretty good for us.

Guard states this dock is by appt so don't arrive too early, no bathrooms. They got me unloaded in under 2 hours. Everyone working here was very professional and helpful. I took ex 145 and turned left on Gaar Jackson Rd, left on Round Barn Rd and left into plant entrance which was called Heartland, never saw Blue Buffalo sign.

.. I stopped giving dry food for my Daughter due allergy issues 👎 .. Instead homemade diet since 2018 successfully 👍.. During our regular trip at Petco store we found a bag of 4.5 lbs of Premier Blend with Chicken & Tender Meats Cuts 😎 .. And i should confess : Is working very very well and She Loves the taste and aroma 🙏 .. BULK Drivers, AVOID this place if you can. Showed up at 1230 for 1pm appointment. 15 hrs later and still here. Make sure you have water and food if you come here. There is nothing near by, and no bathroom access. I will never deliver here again.!

Delivered frozen load. Appointment was for 07:30, got herr at 06:45. Overnight parking and staging area for about 15 trucks. Must walk paperwork to guard shack to check in. Called for door about 10 minutes before Appointment. Must scale before unload and after unload. Clean bathroom at receiving office. Had me unloaded in about an hour

In and out very quick for a 3hour early pick up. Enough space to maneuver a truck, nice restroom for truckers and very nice people.

Great facility, great staff! Follow the posted signs and the Guards won't have any issues with you. Has their bad days like any other plant, sometimes you'll have to sit for a bit until they resolve whatever issue their facing. But more times than not, I've been unloaded earlier than my appt. time. Overnight parking, clean restrooms, guards give dog treats if you have one with you. You're even allowed to leave after checking in to get food or the like w/o losing your spot in line!Seriously though, the Guards are super safety oriented(especially their Supervisor). Follow the signs and their directions and you won't have any issues with them.

My gps was being dumb so I used my phone to get here once getting off the exit … anyways . Once you’re in , you’ll see all the other trucks . Park and walk to guard shack . Man told me to come thru the gate , go all the way to the other side of the building .. DONT cross the scales lol . Park some where , walk in . Sign in & get told that he will call you for a door . Once you get a door . Green light , red light , green light … go back into get paperwork . I did have to go to the loves and scale . Other then that pretty simple . Oh and they allow overnight parking .

Arrived at 1500 for a 1700 appointment time. Finally called to dock at 1900. The ONLY good thing about this place is the fact that they have over night parking. So much for my next load.

They don't pay for detention time after making me sit on the load for 2 days. Then want to be cheapskate on the fees. Never haul for them or their brokers again. Had to file against the brokers surety bond. Been waiting since April for payment

This is to management. You need to fire yourself if you can't run an operation any better than this. 6 hours to unload a trailer. You treat truckers like we have nothing better to do than sit at your facility. Basically ignoring us. I have a family I would like to get home to. You got me this time I guess but never again.

Loaded in Clarksville ar at 12 am Friday morning broker says its 24 hrs they will take it.get here told it was 8 am appointment.its bulk chicken meal Tyson was behind. Never again.....you get when you get it BULK HAULERS BEWARE

Blue Buffalo is a giant disappointment. My appointment time was 2 pm on Friday. I’m still waiting to unload at 11 am Saturday. Definitely not coming back here ever.
