I had a pickup here and the lady in the front was super nice and cool as all get out! Got here a little early, put me in a door, and out in an hour! This was my go home load so I was very appreciative!! It is dusty but there is plenty of room to maneuver your rig!

Miserable people in here. Dirty lot, terrible organization and some really miserable people managing poor mexican people who work hard. Guy with a beard who is trying to be a big boss is a lame prick. Get a life dude. Canceled my load because he told me to wait 9 hrs because i was 15 min late for my appt.( it was not my fault, they have a road closed right next to the facility). Stay away from this place

I think they must be busy with other things. An hour later, I'm still waiting, no one has gone near my trailer.

I don’t know why they are taking live loads if they are very slow. Better make it hook and drop location only. Just wasted driver time. Very dusty yard

Pack a lunch. Do Not show up early. My dock time 15:00. Got to dock on time.2.5 hours later still being loaded. 4 trucks waiting for dock assignment.The people are nice, just Slow. Also, don't wash your truck before coming here.Very dusty.

Staff is friendly-ish. Not rude though. About 5 hours to load. Made me late for delivery. Plenty of room to move around. Scale on site. Dusty lot. 4/26/23

DriversLoading is moderate, 1.5 to 3 hrs, the key is appointment time... Don't show up early or late and it's in then out.Good luck 🤞

I don’t know what everyone’s problem is with this place. I parked overnight zero issue and has me loaded within two hours and out before my appointment time. Be kind and on time, zero issues. Don’t make one, won’t be one

You got spare hours to waste? You won't get mad if a truck comes an hour after you get on the dock and leaves fully loaded, an hour and a half before you will you? This is a nice quiet place to eat breakfast and lunch with nothing happening.

Nice staff just took like 7hours to get live loaded. And they’d finish other drivers first even if you are in a dock hrs before them.

I was late for appt at 11am, went there at 13:00pm got door right the way after talking to lady in office. They load me up an hour so. Good customer service!

Funny I was late due to road closure 7 miles away turn into a 50mile + detour so I was an hour late, Ok they said they'll work me in" 10 hours later " I almost told them Keep the load! Headache loads..

Pulled up & parked the evening before delivery of appointment time(11:00hours)the next day. Checked in 1.25hrs before appointment & was empty in 25mins! Flawless work ethic and an appreciation for the driver's time(10:30 appointment for next load in Kentland, Indiana). All other reviews were likely due to unpleasant behaviors & abhorrent attitudes of drivers who were already in an egregious disposition.

Had 1 pm appointment was early. Was put to dock at 12.55 then didn't start loading for and hour and took over an hour to load. Drivers beware your gonna be here along time and be heavy when you leave .. BTW want let dry van scale out.

Employees are there early, but shipping/recieving office done come in till 0700 and close at 1600. Once there the staff won't don't anything till 0730 or later. Not impressed. Only plus, they don't take more then a hour to unload/load you. Lots of room to menouver. No overnight parking. Watch out for employees in those personal vehicles as they love speeding through property.

DO NOT COME HERE TO PICK UP A LOADWASTE OF YOUR TIMEHave not seen more rude people and haters towards truck drivers. Been only truck picking up a load here3.5 hrs in a dock and still not one pallet loaded on. They do not care for drivers time or ELDDont come here drivers, make them suffer with loads sitting and not being taken out!!!!

Stay away 1 hr to get a door 2 hr to get red light who knows how long to load me???? I Arrived on time I did my part. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE STAFF TO FILL THE ORDER STOP TAKING ORDERS. I DONT TAKE LOADS I CANT DO.THE SAME SHOULD BE FOR YOU. STOP YOUR GREED. Arrived at 1800 have a 800 delivery 328 miles away. Thay just don't get it.

Work on appointments only. Shipping n receiving open from 7:00 am till 9:00 pm. Take sweet 3-4 hours for unloading. Have restrooms on site. Staff is friendly though.
