A disastrous centralized bureaucratic processYou have an awful ineffective and inefficient national distribution system that took me five days to get four bags of dog food, when I could’ve driven to any four of your storage within 25 miles of my phone and gotten it within one hour. Your system is a joke, designed by someone who has no idea how to use it. You have no regard for the real life challenges of farmers. You have become a corporate structure in the sky somewhere located inside of a city.

It's a good store to get a nice assortment of tools for small projects. Lawn maintenance equipment like lawn mowers and weed whips. Sometimes they have mini bikes or go-karts. You can buy chickens or ducks. Work clothes, trailers and more. The people seem eager to help. Also sum hunting supplies plus snacks, Lawn mower's, mower belts, chainsaw bar, and chain.

I needed a discharge for a sump pump bought earlier in the day. The mgr on duty had no idea what I was looking for, said it should have been in the box, ha ha. I had to explain, my hubby texted me a picture. Finally found one, across the aisle from the sump pumps. Training needed or hire people with experience and common sense!

Just picked up for trees for 25 cents each! Great clearance prices and friendly service here. I also got some organic leafy vegetable seeds for a good discount. Friendly staff always helps us find items we can't find, and the rewards program helps us out with our dog food costs! Nice place to take my dog, too. She loves the treat aisle, where she takes careful smells to select the perfect one!

The People who work there are very helpful and the Manager is Fantastic, she is Never to busy to stop and Smile and make you feel very .welcome....The Employees are so great I was looking for a new dog food for my older dog and the young man who helped me took the time to go over different dog foods until i was sure of what I was looking for was in that specific food. I was very Greatful.....

Went in to buy a heat lamp and coats for my dogs. I was quickly directed to the heat lamps but was unable to find the dog coats. Lori began tearing through their fresh shipment and located them for me before they were even on the shelf yet! Great customer service and prices. All around great visit to TSC!

I like it a lot better than when it first opened. It wasn't so much that the store was new it's just the people that were there were very rude. The people there now are pretty helpful and friendly.

I always shop my local TSC for all my pet food. I have two K9 SAR/HRD dogs and I am very picky about what they eat. TSC has some really good brands at great prices.Have also bought two kayaks from there and have had a great time on the lake. The staff here always goes above and beyond.
