Although this grocery store chain is overpriced, the sale prices are worth shopping for. The only time I actually go to the store is during sales. This store is kept clean and the staff is friendly.We recently ordered chicken for a party. It wasn't ready at pick up time, we did have to wait about 20 minutes. The chicken was good and enjoyed by all at the party.

They have good sales. Some of their salad are good. I was disappointed in the broccoli salad I got. Didn't taste right. Had a sour taste to it.

The lady in the bakery made my daughter’s SpongeBob cake for her birthday party. It was beautiful, and she was kind enough to help me out. Which I truly appreciate. We were extremely happy with the cake probably the best one we have ever ordered! My child loved it as well. I wish, I got a picture of it because it was so cool. A big thank you to her and all her help. Awesome bakery, very impressed.

It's okay if you need something in a pinch. Prices are kind of high but everything is anymore. I applied for a midnight stocker spot as a income supplement to compliment my primary job. Had an interview scheduled. Showed up early for it just to be told they "forgot" to call me and tell me they hired someone else. So either they did forget or they just weren't interested to begin with even tho the same position is on their board at the entrance for open positions. Oh well. No big deal.

It was our first time shopping here and we definitely will be back! Loved the prices and deals. Very happy with so much fresh produce to choose from. We were glad we were able to get everything we needed on our lists! Along with all of that the staff members were very helpful as to the fact we had no clue where to find things since it was our first time. And was so happy they were able to help accommodate for my mom who needed a rider to be able to shop. And loved that they helped get her to the car because I had to worry about her and getting two carts out to go home.

All the employees are super nice. I've had to bag my groceries a few times but not a big deal. Then I bag them like I want. I know they can't help when stuff isn't on the shelves right now. Everything in the produce section is always well stocked. The deli people are so nice. They are always busy people.

They have gotten better over the years as far as pricing. The people are super friendly. We love their deli chicken and most the deli sides! We are coming to Rensselaer more often for their sales!

I used to like this store it is slowly declining. The produce is never fresh, their selection is not great and way overpriced along with everything else. Their management staff are all odd and never smile. When they put meat on sale for $0.50 off a lb for 5 pounds or more they never put out any 5 lb packages they are always under so the discount doesn't apply, but I do have to say their quality of meat is good when you can afford it. Unfortunately living in a small area you have no choice but to shop here.

I called to see if the store had a particular item and spoke with Christina in the Service Center. She and Linda checked to see if they had the product and the price. She asked me how many I wanted and I told her and she set them aside in a bag with my name on it in the service center. I went in on my way home from work and was helped my Beth. She found my products in the bag quickly and handed them to me. These ladies were very nice and courteous to my needs. Thank you ladies!!

This store is alright in terms of having stocked good usually. Their prices are a bit outrageous sometimes. Cashiers, and workers try to avoid people it seems or do not talk. The young workers have nasty attitudes. They do not have baggers really anymore, and they all tend to just stand around. The old general manager with the very short haircut is very unprofessional and rude. I don't think I would ever shop here again.

Not my normal stracks, but wish all of them would stop rearranging the aisles in attempt to move products. Items in fresh vegetables need to be price marked better as alot were missing or misaligned. Also, Understand the worker shortages but bagging my own wasn't something at stracks. Yes I could have waited but prefer my ice cream not melt in the process of waiting.

This is a great family grocer the only thing I wish is that they had Canyon bakery bread. I hate having to drive all the way to target to get gluten-free bread that tastes great.

Loved this store! Very refreshing in a town so small. The produce is so fresh. Homemade soups and sandwich bar. A hot bar and a full deli. The grapes and apples immediately caught my eye. Large and sweet. I had to muster every muscle I had to keep from buying a lot of fresh baked goods (but I bought my share). The fresh made dips and tortilla chips, the cheeses, fresh baked bread, cupcakes, cookies and on and on...it took me 30 minutes to get out of the bakery/deli area. The employee kept asking if I wanted to try a few different things.i could have had dinner and dessert without even cooking. I will definitely revisit this location. The employees were very helpful.

Clean store. Helpful, friendly employees. I had trouble finding something in the bakery area & an employee was quick to help me find it. Delicious fried chicken. Nice local grocery store. Has everything you'll need. Prices slightly higher, but they do have good sales from time to time.

So-so store. Like everywhere, lines are often ridiculously long. Never more than 1 or 2 cashiers around and prices are sky high. As much as I hate to say it. Walmart's everyday prices are generally cheaper than sale prices here.

I like that there is now self checkouts. Their prices are usually super high, but they do have some good deals at times. Definitely the only place in town with such a wide variety, but always check the dates on everything and check the meat and fruits, especially the grapes and strawberries. My absolute worst experience with them, was through Instacart, I recieved outdated, brown steaks, moldy grapes, and smashed bread, they bagged my two 2 liters of pop with my loaf of bread🙃🙃

I am absolutely disgusted at this store! The employees that are supposed to be bagging stand there and watch people struggling to gather their groceries. Plus they denied me purchasing pumpkins with my EBT card. When I know that you can for a fact purchase pumpkins as long as they're not decorated already!

I find that the clerks are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the floors are clean and the carts are handy. I like that they get involved with important community efforts like drives for the animal shelter. I like that they carry Quisp and my fav bottled water. Some things are on the expensive side. Not much in organic selections or better dairy products and brands. Glad they worked it out to stay open.
