We were traveling to ohio and it was really dark out. we stopped for the night, clean beautiful rooms, staff were great. On the way home, it was also dark out and if you have been on IN 24 you have to know the road. This time we had a puppy with us and they let us bring him in . Simply wonderful. I am pleased to stay here anytime.

Staff was very Friendly and accommodated ourUnexpected delays on our Job project with a room on short notice W/pet on a Busy weekend schedule of guests for a 5+ day stay. Room are clean. Housekeeping staff are very Friendly/Respectful and Prompt to make sure you have clean Bedding, Towels, and supplies. The "grounds" is lighted well during night hours and trash is kept/picked up for a Clean yard/parking lot (though people should be responsible and take care of their own trash.) Pricing is legit with competitors. The area is a "Small town" with limited access to "Big Stores/Services," but it's Peaceful.

I just did a service questionnaire and I really don’t want to dive to much into the issues again. I will say that Michelle was a pleasant staffer and the overall experience wasn’t the best. The linen didn’t seems as clean, the air system wasn’t working properly, there was a staffer that walked into my room while we were getting dressed and seemed to not believe they had did something wrong.

The lady (I think Michelle) that checked us in on Friday evening was very pleasant and informative.Unfortunately, we were not happy with the rest of our experience at this hotel. The room itself was outdated and although relatively clean, there were some obvious stains on the carpet, a missing grab bar in the shower, and the worst part was a terrible odor. We noticed the odor as we walked down the hall and it only got worse once we were in our room. It smelled of old, stale smoke but worse. We got in late and should have addressed this with the front desk, but didn't want to start moving rooms late at night. I carry Lysol with me when I travel and used that to freshen the room up, but it was only a temporary fix. I would have liked to sleep with the window open for some fresh air but didn't feel safe being that our room was right next to the walkway on the first floor.I was also unimpressed with the morning breakfast and want to note that there was a leaky roof the night we stayed which was dripping right into the breakfast area. The hotel used a towel on the floor to absorb the falling water, but there was no caution sign to warn guests to avoid the area.It's also important to note that Remington, Indiana is officially in the Central Time Zone, however, unofficially Remington observes the Eastern Time Zone. (This is due to Remington's school district being located in White County which is in the Eastern Time Zone).  We were informed of this at check-in, but it is rather confusing and worth noting to be sure the room clock is set to Eastern Time since that is the time the hotel uses for check-in/out as well as breakfast hours.  Our phones never changed out of Central time, so we had to depend on the hotel clock to be sure we were on the correct local time.Overall, not a great experience. I don't expect a budget hotel to have the same quality as a 4-star hotel, but they should be clean, odor free, and safe. I chose this hotel because I knew we would literally only be sleeping there and would be in/out in less than 10 hours, but the $96 I paid would have been better applied to the cost of the hotel next door.

It's a hotel. A little ways NW of Indi and at a fair rate. Everything worked. My only issue was the water pressure seemed a bit light, but still okay for a shower. Sink had plenty of pressure and gave the reason as high mineral content. Otherwise, no problems. Friendly staff, decent parking, and a separate lot for the trucks us out of each other's way. Great place.

Room was pretty clean and nice despite the reviews. Good breakfast. Giving a low review because of the fact that the hotel resides in a central time zone and made us leave at 10am local time instead of our scheduled 11am departure. Then the staff made snarky comments to both of my parties about us 'finally getting up and leaving' . Other than that the hotel was nice and good for a late night stay

We stopped due to the weather and chose this hotel based on other reviews that it was clean had good staff etc. The room and bedding, sheets etc were clean and in good condition. I am not a breakfast eater, but I did see that, although there are changes due to COVID, there was a decent selection of things for breakfast like yogurt, coffee, some fruit cups and other breakfast items.I also got the feeling that the hotel staff actually cared about their jobs and the guest's well being!Thanks for a reasonably priced clean comfortable stay in the ❄️🌨️

We traveled from out of state for a wedding. We checked in late, no big deal, one to find out that the hotel runs of of eastern time. No big deal. The parking lot not only had a broken down van that clear had someone working on the brakes and rotors in it, but had absolutely not lighting at all. As a female that made me feel super unsafe. Did not help that I was being leered at. I checked in and went to go get food as my family was hungry. Came back to get into the room, to not once but three times had to tell front desk that my door key would not work. Was first told that cell phone deactivate it, than to be told to do it slowly. Finally on the third time, it worked only to find out that it wasn’t for our room. We opened someone else’s room. Told the front desk to be told oops, sorry my mistake, I gave you the wrong room number. This was super scary as anything could have happened. The actually room was extremely disappointing. The pillows are the size of a decorative pillow I would buy for my couch. I am just more upset about the lack of detail and service that was received. I will honestly never recommend this hotel and just pay someone and stay somewhere better.

Super customer service at check in. Very convenient right off the highway. Room and common area were both very clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and care. The suggestion we drive 10 minutes for dinner at the Royal Oak restaurant was spot on. The reviews for the near by restaurants were not good. Royal Oaks was great. A huge thank you to the Super 8 staff!

Aside from my friend putting down the wrong date for the stay, the service was great at the desk and during check out. The room was clean and comfortable, and small enough for just the both of us.Three issues though. One being the water had this almost slimy like feeling to it. Wasn’t a fan of that. Thought it was just the soap for us until I used the shower, confirming the water was slimy. Another issue being the shower’s water not going down the drain, instead kind of overflowing.One more issue being the time zone change, which is not the hotel’s fault, but I wish the clocks would’ve stayed at Indiana’s main time. We were told online that check out was at 11 but then forced to check out at 10. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I will come back here again.

First, u get what u pay for. One employee at the desk was great. He was super helpful. Gave good restaurant recommendations etc. while an older lady seemed put out just by our presence. In the room our hairdryer didn’t work or maybe it was the outlet. And also no iron in room. Regardless when brought to the hotels attention they offered no solution. Also the breakfast was blah. Only standard acceptable items were yogurt and waffle maker which is a standard is continental breakfast anyway.

There were not nearly enough machines in their laundry facilities to accommodate their entire motel, and the refrigerator in my room didn't work. There was no way to stop the bathtub in my room, so I had to use a wash cloth to do so. Also, when I unfold the non slip mat for the tub, their were pubic hairs inside it. So apparently housekeeping isn't doing their job very well either. Also, their vending machine ate my money and their was no clerk at the desk to deal with it. But the bed was extremely clean and comfortable.

The ladies that work here are mean disrespectful and all they do is complain about their customers There was a lady here here name Ashley she was great nice and friendly There was a lady here here name Ashley she was great nice and friendly This establishment is owned by the same person we stayed at the comfort suites same thing the lady at night all she did was complain about my one year old yelling I've stayed there before there was a lady named Ashley same lady that works at super 8 Wyndham she was great at her job very nice very polite but these hotels are going to s*** with hiring people that don't wanna work Hope that this gets resolved because I will not be staying at these hotels ever again not even at Holiday Inn because they're owned by the same owner. I do not recommend holiday Inn In Remington comfort suites in Rensselaer super 8 in Remington. I never had a experience like this at two hotels. Not even when Ashley demoss work there She was a great general manager to care for customers Always had a smile on her face very polite very respectful.

Pulled in late because I was too tired to continue to drive. Check-in was quick, staff very friendly. The clock issue tho; that's a real pain in the butt for anyone traveling east. You're not quite in eastern time, but the hotel insists that you are. The TV tells you one time, the news program your watching on it tells you another time, the clock in the room says something different as your cell phone and it's really annoying. It will be confusing for you, but it will be ok. No one was snooty when we left 5 minutes after check out, but we did make an effort to follow the timeframe given. Would happily stay there again if needed!

Just want to say I give this place absolutely 0 stars never even actually stayed there called to ask availability and price and as soon as the receptionist answered the phone was absolutely one of the rudest people I have delt with in the hospitality industry and never ever answered my questions if you no people skills or just miserable person probably should find different job I would not recommend staying at all!!!!

Front desk ladies are incredibly nice but housekeepers are rude! Rooms are okay but not clean.. saw raid on the housekeeping cart so my guess is there are bugs!
