I had a great experience overall at the Pilot Gas Station and Taco Bell. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which is always a plus when on the road. Marcy, the Taco Bell worker, was on point and extremely polite. Her friendly service made my visit even better. I highly recommend stopping by this location for a clean and pleasant experience.

This truck stop has a variety of eating options. There is plenty of parking for cars and trucks. The pumps are always full, but the design of the complex makes it an easy in easy out. There are competitors in the area close by. This is your first option coming off the hyway, but not your only option. The competition make the prices competitive so we all win.

The manager (who I assume is the manager) the small Caucasian guy with the shaved head is so courteous he always gives a warm welcome when you walk thru the door and I can always expect to see him there. Please give this man a raise$$. 😂 So serious he makes my day every time. I love ppl who are bringing good energy at work. Great job this location is always clean as well

One of the cleanest shower on the interstate if not the top. It's a little bit tight to back in and park for the night. I had to go out 2 times and look just in case.

Nice place to stop to grab gas and food. We stopped to grab lunch from subway and girls at subway counter were very helpful and friendly. The Cinnabon counter had the whole store smelling amazing. The restrooms were clean. Love the selection of Christian books: we got several kids books and devotional for my sons. The Pilot gas attendant was helpful as well. It is also a nice place to stop with your pets. We saw lots of furry friends stretching their legs with their owners in the grassy section of the property.

This Pilot gas station is amongst the cleanest and most organized gas stations that I have ever seen.They have very modern coffee machines. They cook fresh cookies in front of your eyes and even sell books and toys for kids.Hats off to the management of workers of this gas station.

The subway was nice too and good service,a man come and forgot his cookie from yesterday..the lady from Subway took care of him. I'm black and felt some places in Indiana can show bigotry well not at this subway and thx Pilot

Can someone please tell me why this Pilot in the Central Time Zone works off of the Eastern Time Zone? They don’t serve ANY breakfast at 9:00am CENTRAL TIME because it’s 10:00am Eastern time therefore it is lunchtime. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. If you want breakfast you better get up at dark because you’re out of luck once it’s actually time for breakfast! PS they were gonna make a breakfast pizza at our request but oops. They don’t have any gravy thawed out. Absolutely ridiculous how their timing works out. We will bypass this place from now on.

Great customer service. The truck parking is pretty limited though there is a Petro right next to it. The showers seemed really clean and spacious enough for a little mobility. The food choices from taco Bell Subway and their own food. No complaints.

Let me start by saying WOW! This place was so clean. Very nice store and the staff everyone of them would greet you. And as you where leaving all 5 of them would say have a good day. All of the travel centers should follow their lead. And they also have a Taco bell and the staff their was supper friendly and fast. The parking lot was a nice size. Not like TA's where half the lot is paid parking. GET THIS THEY ONLY HAVE 5 PAY TO PARK! And the lot is easy to get in and out of. With that being said great job pilot I will be back. My only complaint is taco bell does not charge the same as on line advertising

This is a great place to stop and get snacks or whatever you need for the road. It's clean and organized from the looks of it I think it's kinda new either way it's worth a stop!

Worse service ever.. this place gets worse and worse year after year . Now 3 self checkouts and one register. A line to the door for the register because all three self checkouts are down.. less and less selection.. Taco Bell is the only redeeming quality here.. definitely off my chi-indy list of places to stop

25$ for a shower…….. $25 for a shower….25 mf dollars for a shower.. I’ll NEVER pay that again. They don’t even offer enough stuff in the showers to charge that much…PLUS the rewards system is TRASH! 1000 gallons to get a shower power?? And you don’t know when it run out.!?! At least LOVES tell you how many showers you have left and when you’ll lose em. I’ll NEVER get gas at here again, I’ll never shower here a again.. this place is just a parking spot to me now… a trash one…

Went to taco bell: place was clean. Ordered 3 potatoe taco. Waited forever. And when i say forevernext to it is a subway. I wants a line 12 people back, finish all 12 and more before 1 person in front of me, got his food order. Now you would think large food order. He ordered 1 item. Now I got my food Walked to car open and old cold potatoes is what I got with almost no cheese.. very sad.

I had to change from 5 star to 1. The past 9 months I haven't had a single reasonable experience here. The last time I got two slices of pizza and they had no cheese and were dried out to the point that they were hours old. Workers are no longer nice and the drink fountain is broken. Its been really bad since Last December. (2023)

4.2 stars for the greatest gas station in Indiana? 😂 Has a Taco Bell with a value meal menu a 24-hour subway, a cinnamon as well as other amenities. The person in front of you hold the door for you. It's a great vibe.

I waited 70 minutes for a shower. when I asked the service how much longer to wait, they mockingly told me to wait for my turn, although 3 bathrooms were free, the staff is simply not doing their job. I did not wait my turn and went to sleep. the cleaner was just standing there smoking, and the cashier was laughing with her friends. service =0
