Due to medical issues. I have been using the home delivery. And they are very, very good what they do.. From picking the food on my list to actually bringing it to the door. I was very pleased with their services and actually called the manager out there to let her know.I have a problem with steps. So they actually put it right inside the door for me so I don't have to go out and get it off the steps.

I will be honest, I've become a little disappointed with the service for a while now. Some of the people working here are the nicest people you could ever meet, but there's also several rude people working here. In the past, it was easy to get a carryout being elderly or disabled, but Walmart doesn't seem to commit itself to it's customers.

Had new tires put on my car and a oil change. Everyone in the Auto Center was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely keep going back there.

Rude employees and never stock anything. Especially the kids toys. My kids can't ever find anything new cause they never stock or just buy old stock. So if you're looking for a Walmart with inventory do not choose this store! Not shopping for toys again until the can get some kinda management to get people in that section to actually stock. Always bare shelves and pegs. It used to be a great store and the toy section was always stocked with new stuff and if it wasn't out they actually looked in the back for more and brought it to you. Fix your toy section please!!!!

Would leave a 0 if I could first of all the pharmacy technicians lie like every other time you call them I've heard my friend on the phone with them for the last four days they made up a new lie everything my friend talked to them which not only took every penny out of my friends pocket because they were too lazy to break a prescription down but they just really don't care about the people they've filled the prescriptions for my friend needed this certain medication and they delayed it for four days with at least five times of giving different stories as to why my friend is sick and one doctor down now smh DO BETTER! Also they're the worst at answering their phones and not all dilemmas can be handled when speaking to a recorded message or sometimes it's just easier to talk to the pharmacist themselves but I have been witness to my friend having to let the phone ring for an hour one time and they had to call the front desk just to get answered she had a friend at Walmart at the time there was no one in line so I do not understand their attitude towards the people who make sure there's a reason to have a pharmacy in the first place. I hope my friend can find better care in the future because this is unacceptable!

I shop here more than once a week and the customer service is ok. Today I went to the bakery looking for a birthday cake for my daughter. They did not have one available. One of the gentlemen asked if I could wait a little bit and I said yes. He has the cake, put it together, frosted it and decorated it with my daughter's name! Great customer service is rare. The whole bakery area was fantastic and they had fun!

Fairly good Walmart. Store was clean and the shelves were stocked. Prices were expected and there were multiple lanes for self checkout. Layout is typical, I was able to find what I need fairly quickly.

Greet products but whoever designed the checkouts during the remodel needs to be reprimanded...the shelving switcheroo has made items even more farther apart and also....did we really need more alcohol? There are also way way way too many self checkouts, even the manned checkouts were empty today except for two, it was an absolute mess because there were A LOT of elderly people that needed assistance but were forced into a situation that they shouldn't have, many were left having to wait in long lines for the two manned checkouts while, it's just an absolute mess of a store now compared to how it was for ten plus years.

This Walmart has the WORST grocery pickup that I have ever used. Don't order fresh veggies or fruit online, because it's anything BUT fresh! They also gave me damaged and expired groceries! I expect a personal shopper to shop for me as though they're shopping for themselves! I also frequently have missing items from my orders. Vincennes Walmart is much better!!

Walmart can't be beat when it comes to prices, but lacks in other areas. I do most of my shopping at Walmart, including groceries. They've recently rearranged the store, so it's somewhat difficult to find what you're looking for.Grocery prices are much cheaper than the competition. However there are times that the shelves aren't well stocked and certain items are blocked by pallets. Why isn't this done overnight while the store is closed?It's mostly self checkout at least in the evening. I don't particularly enjoy shopping at Walmart, but I get the most bang for my buck there.

Not very friendly here. Everyone up front watches you mad suspiciously with scowls on their faces. Except in the pharmacy, the pharmacy people are usually very nice.

Tired of self checkout! Why build a store with lanes for cashiers and not have people doing the job? People were waiting in fairly long lines and it's just ridiculous. Stop having the public do the job you are to cheap to pay someone else to do. If I wanted to check groceries...I'd be employed as a cashier!

Walmart in Princeton is awesome.. if for any reason you need assistance they are more than happy to help however the Walmart in Evansville... Now that's another thing! They treat you horribly take your cart cancel your purchases before you can even ring everything up... Then the store manager does nothing to fix the problem.. so sad

I have no issue with self checkouts if they're done right, but they are so badly designed and awkwardly laid out they're almost impossible to use for bulk shopping at this Walmart. They've gotten rid of their checkout lanes with cashiers (I read there's some left, but I couldn't find them) and seem to be pushing everyone to use self checkouts. Today the plastic bags were defective and the handles just ripped off when you tried to use them (even with the lightest of items). Apparently they don't want people to shop here anymore! Interesting business strategy, I won't be going back.

Walmart is always a frustrating experience. Personal shoppers blocking isles, not enough checkout lanes open, oblivious people socializing in front of the thing you need, etc. Sometimes if I had to choose between taking a beating and going to Walmart I'd choose the beating.

If you are doing pick up it’s fine. But going in there is rough. I had to go in to make a return. It was 10:08when I walked in the store (I just looked at my phone). I walked up to the service desk and no lights on. The man working service was huddled chit chatting with another worker and then tells me service is closed. Said he closes it down at 10:15 every night. Got back to my car and it was 10:15 just then. I had checked hours online to make sure I wasn’t making a trip for nothing. Update your hours or quit closing early every night. They just don’t care there.

The store itself is fine but the employees. Boy let me tell you what. They are rude and so hateful. Especially to my son. We came there like we always do hunting for new cars together. Well we asked a lady that looked like she has worked there long enough to help that works in toys and was stocking. Asked her if there was this certain series we was looking for and she said yes we have it but no I'm not bringing it out until the others sell. I said those have been there the last 5 weeks. Nobody is buying so why not switch. She said that's not how I do it. I ask them could I buy the case of them so nobody has to stock and you sold inventory. She said absolutely not! All rude and stormed off. As we was looking through cars, a guy comes up to me. He said you won't find any good hot wheels here cause the lady saves them and backdoor sells to her clients. I was like wow 😲 I will definitely not be shopping that section again and will contact Mattel about this lady's doings. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend not shopping for toys or certain toys cause they keep them put up to sell for a profit. Sick 🤢

They always have what I'm looking for. It's clean and the employees are really friendly. They are remodeling the store and it appears as if they may be downsizing the selection of brands of products. I noticed this in the cat litter section, toilet paper and paper towels.

The cashier took the time to pack keeping the bags nit to heavy,she didn't put glass together, asked us if we wanted our milk in a bag, ran all groceries through in a timely nanner. The store was very well stocked with no piles in aisles. It was nice to have a good cashier where I didn't have to do it myself.

The new checkout system is smoother in many ways, but not with WIC! Not one Wal-Mart I've been to has all the kinks worked out for it. If you don't know the trick(s) for it, please ASK an Employee before you start scanning. It'll save you time and frustration. Not ONE of these surrounding Wal-Marts has the same technique/"trick" of getting your card to work in their new systems🙄 so just ASK.
