Love coming here when I come to Indiana. Rural King have neat merchandise , tools, farm and pet food. Just found they have online ordering and shipping. The staff is friendly. Restroom clean. They also have great specials and mark downs. Love the prices.

This location never seems organized. Aisles are tight. No one was at the gun counter. The regular was on lunch. I asked if they could get someone since there were 3 people waiting for assistance. The guy that came up wasn’t knowledgeable about anything in the department. Don’t get me wrong, I like Rural King, just not this location.

Had to drive 45 miles to this store to get calf feed since my store didn't have any. Called ahead. Very nice. Put some on hold for a day so I wouldn't waste a trip!

Large store with variety of products. Large birding section, many small farm products of course. Very nice staff and helpful. Some things a bit higher priced than other stores. Some things you might find there that you have been looking for. Good supply of Carhartt products. Clean nice restrooms. Plenty of parking. Leave yourself enough time to browse.

The manager made a scene in front of his peers coworkers based off a mislabeled price tag. I will never walk back into this store to support it based off of the experience I had during this trip. The store manager told me that the one priced higher was a “newer” model. The manager went on to try and explain that fashion is a finicky part of retail and the prices are set by the manufacturer. In fact, during this visit he explained to me that Rural King does not tag their apparel, Carhartt does. Manager of Rural King, these excuses are silly and those price tags are in fact, Rural King tags... Had my husband not absolutely needed a coat, I would’ve walked out and taken my cash elsewhere. Check the prices of the next item in line!

Went in to get keys made. 2 cashiers saw me standing at the key machine and never asked if I needed help or anything. Stood there for like 10 minutes before I asked if someone could make a key.

Friendliest and most helpful staff ever. My husband and myself agreed today we will drive the extra 35 miles for the level of assistance and variety of options in Princeton's Rural King. Thank you for such a nice store!

This place has came a long way from a few years ago. My husband used to be a manager at this location and has seen a lot of faces come and go but the few original employees plus a few he worked with at other places that are here now are so friendly and helpful which makes shopping here awesome. Us our fur babies love coming also for the pig ears and their dog food. Our son and youngest daughter also loves the popcorn.

There is never anyone at the gun counter anymore. Was going to buy a shotgun. But no one there to sell it. They don't have any hunting supplies anymore. You can't hardly get around because there are pallets of stuff and stuff piled everywhere. The store is a complete mess. I'll probably start doing all my shopping at TSC from now on. I've sent emails to corporate headquarters and they never respond back. So Evidently they don't care either

I called ahead before driving an hour to this store to have my gas bottles exchanged, was told yea come on over we have it. Make the drive only to find out no one even checked. Now I'm two hours wasted on my day. If you want welding gas go to a welding supply chain don't waste your time or money with these clowns who only carry a couple bottles of each gas. And then tell you sorry about your luck try again later wouldn't even let me pay the difference to upgrade to a size bottle they carry

We love this place! They have something for everyone. If you have never had the opportunity to shop at one of these stores, you are missing out, so next time you see one stop in. They have popcorn as you enter the store for your enjoyment while you shop! Who does that? Nobody else that I know of except Rural King! Your pet is also Welcome to shop with you, did I mention I love this place! They have a great clothing line for men, women, kids. Boots, guns, hunting supplies, lawn/garden, toys, spices, cooking supplies, livestock supplies, cat/dog supplies, candy, cards... Etc. And there's a whole lot more, but you get the idea! Go check them out, they have weekly specials you don't want to miss! ☺

Worst experience ever. After waiting 30 minutes for an associate, a lady finally came to the gun counter. She immediately called her manager and was EXTREMELY RUDE to me as she proceeded to FALSELY ACCUSE ME OF THREATENING TO KILL SOMEONE on a previous visit to the store, causing a scene in front of other customers. She then informed me they called the police and filed a police report on me. I tried to explain the misunderstanding and was turned away and left the store in tears and very embarrassed , with no weapon. On the previous visit I tried to explain to the employee (who no longer works there) that I had an ex with a violent history, which is why I was looking for a small handgun for self defense in case my home was broken in to... and that I was in the process of getting an order of protection. I could not make the purchase on my first visit because the cash drawer had already been pulled. On my second visit it turned out no one was there to work the counter. After this incredibly embarrassing experience on my third visit, I immediately went to Princeton PD and they informed me no report was made and advised me on other places to take my business.

Prices are climbing faster than anywhere, and the staff is lacking. Items missing prices and 2 staff members got into a dispute about it while 7 people waited in line. One of my very favorite stores has turned into a place I dread going and it's very sad.

The Princeton location is different in an old school good way. The aisles are a little jumbled together, but there are a lot of products on them. They have a lot of stock on the floor compared to other locations. It's got a country store vibe about it. Solid retail experience.

This place is a joke!!!!! Most definitely needs a better store manager!!!!! Boxes everywhere!!! Stock needed put away!! Firearm department didn't know their right from their left! They couldn't even look up and see when my wife's gun would be in!! This place is pitiful! Ugh

They had what I needed. Staff was helpful. Prices reasonable. St. Joe Ave. Store selling wood fuel blocks at normal price, Morgan Ave. Store has the same wood fuel blocks marked up in price 40 cents higher. # Not Appreciated I no longer shop at the Morgan Ave. Continued Mark ups will result in me going to the Tractor Supply store.

2 stars because they are under staffed...15-20 minutes in check out line after the second one got there... Isles blocked with stuff that needs stocked on shelf's... Staff that was there was friendly and helpful... Found what we needed after opening the boxes ourselves I'm not new to rural king stores so I know where to look for stuff ...extra staff would really help keeping things organized and stocked

Went there to shop.Most isles were blocked with old and new product. Many shelves empty.Could not go down many isles. Dangers to pass without tripping.Very disappointed, I needed some parts and could not get to them!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Cashier was friendly it's the manager that lacks customer service skills. Would not let me return an item, it was purchased the same day as the day I tried to return it. I had the receipt and tags were still on the item. I was told returns need management approval and my return was not approved. I gave them the item anyway and told them to just give it to charity. I have shopped here for years ,but I will now do my shopping at a different Rural King. Unfortunately this store just has a very rude, unfriendly, and arrogant manager.
