I find Dollar General to be incredibly frustrating. I have NEVER shopped there and received all of my sale or clearance items at the correct price. Never. And half the time, their own digital coupons don’t work either, even when you read through the fine print and buy exactly what they say is included. Been to multiple locations and the employees either argue or say they can’t do anything about it. I have worked in retail and I understand it’s not the employees’ fault, and it’s just a dollar or two so I usually let it go. But when you advertise a certain price or some special deal to draw me in, and then you don’t give it to me, REPEATEDLY, it’s infuriating! And then the employees tell you they can’t override the prices? That’s either a problem with training or a problem with the checkout software. Dollar General, please fix this!

Very busy place since this is really the only store like that in area. There was a line at checkout and in no time they had another checker at front to keep it moving which was very nice. Definitely one of THE nicest Dollar General I have been to. It was few months since here and it was still kept nice and clean. Kudos to the staff on that and store well stocked of items in every department. I was very pleased overall experience. Great plenty of parking as well. Right off Hwy 64 so this is prime spot to go to for so many. They even have small cold grocery items and frozen section.

Great value for your money. Can always find what I need and never a long wait in line. Super nice employees. The only complaint about DG is that they clearance their merchandise super slow. But once it hits a good % off, there's usually a ton of stuff still to choose from.

This was the cleanest and well organized Dollar store I have ever been to prior to Aug/Sept 2020.....the old manager left and the new manager has let the whole place gone to h##l.....shelves are bare..the merchandise sits in boxes on carts throughout the store...seasonal merchandise is left in boxes throughout the season...i was in twice in one week and the folliwing week and there were no storage bags or garbage bags....the entire stockroom full of loaded carts of boxed merchandise....hopefully they will get someone in there to manage and bring the standards up

Too bad their isn't a no star or minus star option. Prepare to wait in line. The management and staff are terrible and could use either retraining or a different job. There are too many Dollar Stores in this area to even consider being a patron of this one.

This store is AMAZING!! It is the cleanest and best organized Dollar General there is. All the employees are helpful and friendly. Other stores could learn from these employees

This store is horrible. The shelves are rarely full as everything is sitting in the stocking carts at the end of each aisle. That makes it hard to navigate the aisles if you have a cart.
