I am on here because I am tired of using Tractor Supplies own review system that does nothing to ameliorate the many problems they have. I was barked at tonight, by an assistant manager named Shelly (or Shelley)? about price matching.On two previous, seperate occasions with two different employees I was given a price match by TSC. When I presented my phone to show them the product at a lower price, and asked if they would price match with that, I was told yes and it was done. This time when I asked this woman, she started barking at me about those employees being fired for doing that. [This has happened before with her just a few weeks ago when my husband and I were in to do another free trailer rental we had on our account, and she was there. The first time we rented a trailer we had it for 24 hrs. That was what was signed and agreed upon when my husband picked it up. When we thought this time we would have it for 24 hrs again, she began barking at us about it never being that way, and said those employees were fired for doing that. My husband and I were really disgusted with the way she talked at us and treated us. This was the first time I had ever seen her there].Tonight while she was going off a mile a minute about "why would I expect them to price match online, they only price match other TSCs or local companies," and I asked how I am supposed to know, being a customer, that they don't do that when I am told by their own employees that it is OK, she rudely said, "why don't you just buy it online then?" Well Shelly...I will.I will no longer be shopping at this particular TSC in Portland again. And you can tell your bosses to thank YOU for that because whether you price match online or not, you certainly could have talked to me, as your customer, with some respect. Had I been treated better about this, and not been barked at the entire time I checked out, this would have been a much less frustrating thing to deal with. If your policies are different everytime I talk to someone different in your company, and then when I'm confused and frustrated about how that is, you are brash and rude with me? YOU are the one that should be fired. As soon as I get all my stuff together and have it delivered to my farm from an online supplier, I will never spend money at another TSC again. This place was already a necessary evil for years. It's not getting any better. We spend way too much money here to be treated like this. We go through too much frustration with TSC not having products in stock for weeks, or it's compromised and taped all over because it's been sitting on the shelf dumping all over the place week after week. The rude employees, low quality of feed products because they leave them sit forever, with gaping holes in the packaging, low to no stock on the shelves, can't seem to get their policies together and be on the same page, and the high prices... Why would anyone continue to shop at a place like this? Their automated messages say they care and they'll be in touch with you, but no one ever calls, and it only gets worse. Do better Tractor Supply. At least *try* to do better.

The manger there was amazing and he greatly encouraged his staff to do well and the store was amazing and the dog wash omg… amazing!

Would be five stars if it wasn't for the parking lot. The parking has regular parking in front of each store except here. All of it is handicap parking and everything I been there not one is being used. Then have to park over in front of another store and walk over which normally wouldn't be so bad but the restaurant gets busy thur, Fri and Sat nights so parking sucks. Now customer service is great, tidyness is great, prices are on the high side of fair but could be worse. I shop there sun-wed but avoid during the restaurants busy days.

I went in looking for a something to help my dog from irritated dry skin. A sweet lady named Marty help me figure out what would be the best thing to use by reading ingredients on the shampoo bottles. I came home gave my dog a bath let her soak a little bit. All I have to say is this is the most relaxed my dog has been in weeks. All the shampoo I've used has done nothing but irritate her. I know a few hours isn't much time to tell but I sure can see what a difference it made. Thank you!! The cashier:Michael was also very nice and very friendly! Keep up the great work!! 😊

I was excited when I found out we were getting one, then I was shocked. Bedding is 8dollars a bag-it’s all I bought. Won’t ever do it again, they were light in weight and since I’ve been buying bedding for most of my life I can make that statement.The consensus from the horse women is that it’s too expensive and we will continue to leave town and get our supplier because the value is better.

They have a pet wash station in tsc in portland the cashier was very helpful and nice and told us where to go to give our dog a bath
