We have been long time customers of this location for at least 20 years. The pharmacy was always phenomenal. For the past 6 months or so, every time I'm due to refill my pain medication they are out of stock and "don't know when more will be here" or it's on "back order". Every. Single. Month! This month I called several days ahead of time, the pharmacist said he couldn't guarantee they would have it when it was due to be refilled and he can't order until it's due to be filled. This medication I have been on the same script monthly for at least the last 5 years. One would think if a customer has a script for the same med every month for years, you would automatically order it to make sure you have it in stock. I don't know what changed up there but I've had enough. As a chronic pain patient I'm already treated like a criminal having to see a doctor and do a drug test every 3 months just because I'm on a med for chronic pain. Now I have to jump through hoops with the pharmacy and run the risk of going through withdrawal every month cause they can't implement a logical ordering system or change medication providers. Moving my scripts to CVS as they have it in stock and guarantee it won't be a problem in the future. Do better, Walgreens. This location used to be the best in the area. Corporate needs to do better by this location. The staff is awesome and they go above and beyond for us but they are limited to the confines of poor corporate decisions.

Rudest pharmacy around. They canceled my meds, even thought they called and I gave them a pick up date. I have had 2 surgeries and both times I am hassled about pain meds, and it takes at least 2 days to fill. I am definitely going to a new pharmacy.

A couple weeks ago my niece had a baby and I went into Walgreens to make a picture for her. There were two female employees that noticed I was having a bit of an issue came up and saved the day! It was really refreshing to see that kind of customer service

There is an associate at this location that should not be working with people. Sharon always has a frown on her face, never greets customers and has talked disrespectfully to customers on 2 different occasions that I've witnessed while waiting in line. It's a shame because there are some really great associates that work there including in photo and the pharmacy but several people including myself no longer shop there because of Sharon's negative and unprofessional attitude.

While looking for a specific item, Marion went out of her way to help us find it, even though it seemed as if she was already done with her shift. Her customer service was above and beyond what seems to be "the norm" these days, and it is really appreciated. Though the item was not available, she offered to check another store and even gave helpful suggestions for alternatives. Exemplary employee. Thanks Marion, for being so kind!

Just encountered 3 employees at this location and each one was rude and annoyed that they had to help me. I'm sorry they are having a bad day but there is no reason to be rude to your customers.

The pharmacy is outstanding. I wish I could give it a 10 ++ This Is Why, even when my insurance will not cover a RX they will call and fight to get it covered. But it goes way past they're jobs. One time I was so sick, they brought me my RX to my home. I'm always getting little notes from the pharmacist and " The Girls" saying I hope You feel better etc... when I come in store, they always help me shop, or ask me if I need anything else? If I'm out of RX the will fax the DR for me. I really can't say enough about this staff. Except Thank You so much, Happy New Year ❤

The manager told me I needed the receipt to return an item and I told him I had it in my phone. At 1st he told me that wont-work but I told him that's the only place I get my receipts for Walgreens and then he took care of me.

Terrible customer service!!! Went there to grab some stuff around 9AM the cashier cant even say hi. She looked like she was falling asleep and when she told me the total I couldn’t even understand her. Great walgreens but terrible attitude!!!
