I brought my dog in and she was a mess. I felt bad. She required a lot of work. Jillian worked wonders and was so kind. She took her time to explain everything and was also thoughtful of Harleys patience. I think this is the prettiest Harley has ever looked. Thank you!!!

My dog and I are currently enrolled in the second phase of obedience training. The trainer knows her material quite well and conveys it very well. The practical hands-on training is done under real world circumstances. I really like that. I do believe they have a good stock of supplies.

My dog smelled great and her nails buffed nicely! She seemed so happy and energized once I picked her up. Definitely can notice the texture difference in her short coat after a nice wash. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my dog in on time. Discussed how I wanted her clipped. Finished when they said they would. I told them I might have a meeting scheduled when she is finished. They said don't worry just come when you are ready. Great haircut.

After paying nearly $100 for a top of the line cut, my puppies ears hadn't been cleaned and the foot balm hadn't been applied. His cut was uneven, and shorter than I requested. Not what I paid for.

We took our Australian shepherd in for a bath yesterday because she got dirty at the park and we arrived early to pick her up and saw the groomer shaving our pup! We said specifically we just wanted a bath. Our dogs coat is very important and now it's super short and unacceptable. Wont be bringing her back

I went there to get my dog's nails trimmed. They advertise that no appointment is needed for nails, and their groomer was gone for the day at 430pm

Went to replace aquatic plant for my beta. Was told 2x by 2 different employees- rudely, that i needed to purchase tank ,heater, setup for a beta..inquired why their betas were kept in very small containers with NO TANK SET UP? The employee went on to say that they feed betas 1(one) tiny pellet a week?And yeah, that's just the way they do things. And then when I explained that I do 1/4 water changes, and fish kept in home...i was rudely commented to that, " go ahead kill the fish then " ALLLLLL because i wouldn't purchase a tank set up? That THEY themselves don't even use!! Very rude.I was really disappointed at the employees i encountered..going to find another store to spend my money at.. wow..
