All your beauty needs and more! I love that the business is a "family" business! Owner is very welcoming! Whatever they dont carry, she will do her best to get what you like! I am so happy that it's a woman owned, black owned, beauty supply store in Portage!They carry cute unique purses too!The wig selection is always changing and it's the 1st place in the region that has a WIG ROOM! YES! You can try on different styles, in private, with the lighting and mirrors to try different styles!

I shop here from time to time but their hours aren’t consistent. This is my 3rd time coming and finding that their doors are locked. I’m frustrated because I want to support black businesses but the inconsistencies are a NO for me 😒 so many people just left because you aren’t consistent with your hours!-6:20pm

I purchased the best crochet hair I have EVER bought! It’s inexpensive easy to care for. Less shedding and fallout. It stays soft and manageable longer than any brand I have used.The store is clean and organized. The sales clerk wasn’t very helpful but I really didn’t need help. But he was super nice. This is will be my go to place for all my hair products. I will tell all my friends!

I’ve shopped here multiple times and they usually have what I need. However someone is not showing up to work on time because I believe this is my second or third time they are closed during business hours and not answering the phone. It’s 9:20 on a Friday morning.

I really try to support our own. However, it becomes hard to do so when the business starts to come off as inconsistent. Yesterday was one of the few times that I needed to purchase a few things and the store was closed before closing time, not to mention the times that I have stopped by and the store was not open at the time that it was supposed to. I literally would wait around minutes upon minutes for someone to show up to open the store. We have to do better.

I just got my first wig, and at first I was uncomfortable and not sure what to do or what to look for and Tasha was a huge help! She made my experience 10 times better and just earned a new customer! Thank you!!

Had the pleasute of going today for the first time. Was greeted proptly and made to feel welcomed and the staff was very helpful. Also the product. I purchased the boss up wrap pony for 17.99 the color matched perfectly and i felt super fierce puting this on. First time ever doing what. Super easy.

I love this place! So happy to finally have a beauty supply store in my area dedicated to products for my skin tone and hair texture! Clean, neat, quality products, great selection, Black owned, awesome customer service, great prices.... I'm now a dedicated customer! I highly recommend this store. Pretty well stocked beauty supply. Owners are nice and helpful. Prices aren't too bad .They don't stalk you in the store or treat you poorly like in other beauty supplies. Nice to have a Black owned black beauty supply in this area.

Went with my daughter and their service was some of the best I've had in a long time and very professional. Checked in on us to see if we needed any help. The prices are very reasonable and if they don't sell the items you are looking for they are willing to order it for you. Honestly the best beauty supply store I've been in plus the location is great!

The staff are the most friendly and down-to-earth people I've meet at a beauty supply. The customer service was the best I've had in a long time. The staff instantly greeted me and provided me with help without me having to ask. This shop has a good range of products for various hair types, including hair for twists and braids. I am so glad I no longer have to make a trip to Merrillville just to get small items. This beauty supply was much needed in Portage. I know this place will do well! I will referring my family and friends to this beauty supply.

Walked in and was immediately helped! Getting hair extensions for my wedding was nerve wracking since I’ve never had them. It was super helpful to talk about what I was wanting and I walked out with some gorgeous extensions I know I’ll wear more than just for my wedding. So many things in the shop, I’ll be back!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO AMAZINNNNNNG ugh felt so nice being heard and helped it was such an amazing experience I got three wigs and they all are BEAUTIFUL and don’t break the bank!!!
