Visited boutique for the first time with my shepherd to pick up some treats. Very nice woman stepped out from the back to greet my pup and noticed how long her nails were. She offered to clip them for me. I told her thank you but wasn’t working at the time. She clipped them for me anyway. What a sweetie! Ever since I continue to stop in to see the unique dog toys they have. Staff always so friendly!

Awesome and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and our pup got better treatment here than anywhere else. We have a mini golden doodle who requires regular grooming and this is where we will be taking her from now on!

This is the most wonderful place for your fur babies grooming and needs. I have had them going there for two years now, every six weeks. To me their family. My two Mini Schnauzers always come out happy and looking great.I have send new clients to them and they also are very happy. I'm proud of my dogs on the way they are, and the way they look, and very much the way their taken care of while their there.Mike, Mary and Crew Big Thank you for all you do for our babies.

They are the most wonderful people. My dog baby girl just loves them. She was shaking while there because of new surrondings.. but baby girl loves being pampered. I will continue to take her there. She got her nails clipped, teeth brushed and a nice bath. She looked so pretty. Even got her pinkBandana .

We finally found our groomer! Such nice people and my Boo looks adorable. Clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. They even showed me the grooming area before I left my fur baby. Definitely going back in 6 weeks. 🐶 ❤

Our dogs never once put up a fuss while they were being bathed, or groomed. In fact, when my dogs got home they were each quite relaxed. Lol Anyway, the bath they received last Thursday is the best they've received in a while. The owners, and staff are patient, friendly, and very professional. So, from my experience, I have to give these people a solid five out of five. When my dogs need to be bathed, and groomed again, which won't be until spring of next year, I'll be seeing you folks again! 👍👌✌

This is the best place around for grooming, hands down! I bring my golden doodle and wheaten terrier all the way from Lake Station to come here. The haircuts are great, but more importantly, the owners are animal lovers, and it shows. This place has a small business feel, where you feel welcomed and invited every time you come here. They also have a nice little boutique up front, to buy some goodies for your pet!

They didn't even know what breed of dog my samoyed was and they clipped his double coat which won't grow back correctly for at least a year or two. We took him here because our regular groomer didn't have any open appointments and we regret taking him here. When they were done with him it didn't even feel like they combed him out, they washed him and dried him with a cheap blow dryer. I combed my dog out when we got home because his hair was still tangled. Before taking your dog here to get groomed, try grooming your dog yourself because I guarantee you'll do a better job than they can.

This is the only place I will take my dogs! I love that I can bring my pitbull in to try clothes on. The staff is super friendly and treats all three of my dogs like they are their own. And the grooming speaks for itself. I've never been disappointed. Thank you Mike, Mary, and crew. You're the best!

My bulldog kyla goes in 1 time per month for her spa session. They do so much for not much money. The owners are wonderful. If you are a pet lover you must take them here.

The couple that own and operate this place are the best and friendliest people. If something comes up and I have to cancel it is no big deal at all and they always wish us well and make another appointment for my Chico. God bless them.

Poor customer care. The man at the front desk Plainly turned me away “we’re so full” and didn’t even offer an appointment. Money is money. I’m on the road and desperately looking for somewhere to go to bathe my dog because he’s got an allergy flare up. All i wanted was a wash and rinse. nothing fancy. You can’t stay an extra 30min to take my dog? that’s bull
