I asked if I could have two of the boxes they sell chicks in to help me transport some of my chicks and they said no. I wanted to rent a trailer and they told me it's broken. I decided to just buy my 10 bags of chick starter grower for my 100 chicks at the knox tsc instead, mostly because Plymouth refused to give me just two boxes for no reason when I could see they had tons stacked up. The knox tsc is worth the 5 minute extra drive to buy feed for my horses, cats, dog, and 150 chickens just because they're so nice. And they gave me a few boxes to help me transport my chicks (:

Had a good experience at this Tractor Supply Store. I'm from out of state and was visiting fam. Stopped by the store to get a few items, but didn't know the store layout for this location. I ran into Daniel and he provided Phenomenal customer service. I would come back again for his help and to know more about the products and things he recommended to me. Super friendly and knows what he is talking about and showed how passionate he is with his job, since he knew where everything was, and I had a little bit of time to spend in here and he was fast and efficient when he helped me. Thank you Daniel! Keep up the good work. Can't thank you enough and appreciate you!

Did you know that tractor supply has a program where you will receive 5% back on all purchases in the store, and receive more bonus points, well I didn't either. Thanks to Daniel Gregg, who works at the Plymouth store, now I know. When you stop in ask for Daniel and he'll explain how easy it is to take advantage of that. I actually met him at the St John Indiana tractor supply, where he was training to become a team leader, and it was evident by his personality that he is a great asset for the company.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! I was able to find the pet food I need for my dog but was out of stock for the cats found a new brand a house TSC brand for half the price and the cats love it!! Also found canned dog food house brand for .50 cents a can lower then what I usually buy so I found food and savings!! Will continue to purchase our pet supplies here.****updated..still enjoying the pet food and use their cat liter now as well. Prices are fair and so far they have kept their in-stock steady which is important because I don't like switching pet food often

I had to return an order and they accepted it willingly with no hassles. They even gave me a hand getting the product out of my vehicle and wheeled it in for me. Its unfortunate that I wasn't able to use my item. It just wasn't exactly what I needed to get the job done. I wasn't sure if I actually believed the website when it said hassle free returns but to my surprise and delight it is true. I only wish all the other places I shop would be this nice and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great experience. You definitely made a fan out of me.

Fun store to visit. I get my large bag of cat food for the 3 outdoor cats that hang around my house. I enjoy looking at the unique outdoor yard items they carry. They also carry nice clothing for the whole family. It's just a fun, unique store with friendly service!

The people that work here are great. The products are decent even tho a little higher priced than competitors. My issue is with the rewards program farce. I signed up 3+ years ago and they botched up the signup. TSC phone support blamed the cashier/manager for not registering my account so I got no credit for the first year of purchases. Then when they finally straightened things out and I could finally get in online I went into my account online I had purchases I never made. According to support they entered my info wrong and two accounts were pointing at my info. To this day it is not fixed. So huge trust factor when your personal info and CC info is stored and they can't keep things straight.

Great people. Dropped wallet in parking lot a shopper picked it up turned it in at register. It was returned intact not all store personal or shoppers would do the same.

TSC always head a good selection of items and fair prices. I gave this a 4 star review because it seems it is hard to find available staff and the only one that's working is at the cash register with a large line. I've noticed this just about anytime that I've gone in the store. And maybe it's just my luck to walk in during those moments, or they are actually under staffed. This is only for the Plymouth store and is my opinion.

TSC is a place you think of for farming supplies even though they offer many different items, like dog food, chain saws, etc.. Handicap parking and handicapped accessible. The parking lot and interior are neat and clean. The employees are quick to help, very friendly, and are willing to help load your vehicle. Restrooms available. I would definitely recommend.

This here is a very nice farm store, they have a great selection of boots and pretty much any tool or gardening tool you might need but they are lacking when it comes to any real fishing or hunting gear. Employees are all very nice and friendly but second shift has a very very professional and extremely interested young man looking to broaden the farm stores horizon and bring up sales!

We took a part we needed into the store to make sure we got the right part. The part was for a Cub Cadet mower that I purchased about September 2018 from this same store. Well of course they don't stock the part but they would be happy to order it for us. So they used the item number that was on the part to order it. About 3 weeks later we get a package and we're excited to be able to use our mower. BUT the part was no where near what we needed. So back to TSC we go only to be told they can't get that part. And if we wanted a refund for the part they ordered we would have to contact Cub Cadet.???????😵

I shop at tractor Supply Co. Once a week. Your greeted at the door with a smile and a hello. If your looking for seed, they've got it. If your ready to garden, they have everything you need to get you started, including the attire. It' the only local place that sells the dog food for my dogs.

Friendly and helpful people. They also help animal groups when they can. Only complaint....clothes section is spaced so tight you cannot get a cart thru...so if you're wheelchair bound, good luck.

If you need feed for your animals, parts for your tractor, tools, hard-wearing work clothes or other farm items you should stop by. They have a little bit of everything here.I tend to stop by for the selection of nuts, bolts and other hard to find hardware that other stores don't typically have.

The gentleman at service desk that just helped me was very appreciated . He said if new deals dont work bring ot back cause I am using existing p-trap.Just new nuts and washers
