Came here specifically because things were listed in stock on the website. It is very difficult to find things, including employees. I used the Ace website to build my list. NONE of the SKU numbers mayched. Found ONE employee go out of her way to help. Discovered one of the items I needed had been discontinued but still showed available and in stock on the website. Really??? I will NOT be back. I will order things through my local store and wait a few days. I'd much rather do that than waste my time and gas.

This hardware store has the best customer service in town. If you need personal attention with something, this is the place to go. Forget about the chain store. If you need rock salt, they will load it in to your vehicle kindly. Same as they do with chicken layer feed and other kinds of animal feed. This store's staff goes above and beyond. It is much appreciated by this customer who could never life the bird layer feed or the huge number of rock salt bags we need.

Came here for some machine bolts. They don't always have what we need but it is a good place to have keys made and the owner is always helpful if he is in that day.

For a small hardware store, they have plenty of items for your home repair or DIY projects. Prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful (if you ask). Plenty of plumbing supplies, tools, nuts, bolts, chains, bricks, and landscaping supplies. The only negative is that they do not carry lumber. Clean isles, neat and organized store.

I was greated with a smile, So I asked for help and the young gentleman ask someone to help me. The answer was How hard is it to fine a bolt! He showed me to the bolts and left. Not much help at all. You should not have employees that do not like to help people. I will not be back to the Ace in Plymouth.

Was nice to know they care about knowing what your limit for cost of repairs and upfront about maybe to high of cost. Also so much was in there! Carhartt, kids snow boots, all kinds of winter apparel, toys,so many tools, I can't list them all. Might be a small often overlooked store. Check them out.

I only go to Ace for special fasteners and snow shovels. I rarely buy other product because of their prices. Sale items are ok.Occasionally I will check Ace for an item I need now or if I don't think the big box stores will have it.Inventory varies widely from store to store. I am sure that many are franchises and the owners order product selection.

Good. I got a chip key made for my 2008 gold Buick lacern , a door keyA key ring , and new battery for my key phob . The guy doing keys was awesome. I asked about my automatic start . He tried with new battery it worked.. now it does not again .

I love to boop in there get what I need and get out. We always get our hardware there their selection of nuts, bolts etc is plentiful and in stock. I always purchase my furnance filters there too.Staff is friendly and helpful. A pleasant shopping experience and not a big box atmosphere which is a nice change of pace.

We get chicken supplies here. Have everything we need. Good clean straw, feed, treats, water and food dishes, etc. Plus, the workers always hold the door open for you. I call it respect. ♥

I do a lot of work on mowers, farm work, and all sorts of odds and ends in the house. These guys rarely disappoint. Been in there dozens of times, and only once, I think they didn't have one of the odds and ends I needed. So a big five stars for these guys for sure.

Love this hardware store. Everyone is so helpfully.They handle sthl products and we find them to be very good. They start them and fill them when you buy them there to check and make sure you will not have a problem.

Took my chain saw in for repairs and I needed 1 chain sharpen and they did it on the spot for 6.00 dollars I also had them work on my other chainsaws and they do a good job at a fair price

They've got a good selection of items and some hard to find items. Very much geared towards farm items, but they also have hard to find nuts and bolts and home improvement items. They cut keys for home and auto.

I arrived at 10 min till closing the door was Locked. I was needing a spark plug, the 4 people at the register area said "we are closed" I left ace drove to TSC got there as they were locking the door, they let me in I got my plug. Both stirs closed at 8. I will never return to this Store.
