There are so many more items at the Plymouth Ross compared to the South Bend one or any of the surrounding ones. Every time we go the store is full of new items. The store is clean and the employees are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Definitely an asset for our town!

I don’t know if this person used to/currently works at Ross or is a random customer, but she came up and instantly started telling the cashier what to do in regards to asking customers beforehand if they were paying with cash or card. I didn’t like the fact that she was targeting the cashier in front of customers instead of pulling him aside privately. Definitely was not an enjoying experience and I feel that the cashier deserves better than to be humiliated in front of customers.
