Absolutely the best pawnshop I have ever visited. They greet you when you walk in and are very helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions. I purchased a T.V that was priced way below what I expected. I would recommend this pawnshop for all your needs. They have a huge variety of merchandise. And super friendly.

I’ve visited this pawn shop 3 or 4 times now every time I’ve went in it has been horrible service for some nice items they didn’t even look at, the pawn shop needs new owners!!

This was an absolutely heart warming establishment!! They welcomed me in with open arms and helped me pull together a Christmas for my family. They were very kind. It felt more like a yard sale then a pawn shop. I could definitely tell that they have the customers best interest in mind at all times! I’ll for sure come back if for anything just to talk to the beautiful ladies working behind the counter.

We LOVE this place! I bring my son & his friend here all the time. They love coming to see what new stuff they can find. We never leave empty handed. If you need it they probably have it! The prices are great and the staff is so friendly & personable. Ive been to other Pawn shops and I never feel comfortable in them, but this one I always feel comfortable and welcomed. We are always welcomed with love from their dog Maggie as well. Love her! I highly recommend this place!!

They lie and tell you they're interested then have you come in only to be told no that it's not valuable but buying an amp that doesn't work and having it sit on you're shelf still to this day is valuable.

I am very disappointed in this pawn shop. To begin with, I bought a tv with no stand that I ended up buying a stand for. In less than a month, I tried to return it since my father had a really hard time working it for free internet channels. According to them, their policy is returns can be done in one month. I returned the tv in less than one month with the receipt, and they refused to give me the whole refund for the tv plus they kept the base I bought and did not give me any money for it. They completely disregarded their return policy and only gave me a little bit of the amount of the tv ($30 out of the $90). They have a policy of 30 days and they simply ignored it. The tv was still in the same condition that I bought it and even had a stand (did not come with it before). Now I am just tired of their lies and disregard for the policy they have. I have a phone on layaway that I asked if I could finish paying for it then return it, for a full refund without leaving the store. They are also declining this as well. If I cancel the layaway, they will take 20% off the amount that I have paid them already. They just lied to me again!!!! They have stolen over $100 from me in both refunds and cancellations. They claim that the 20% is from the final price instead of the amount I paid them. I have always went to EZ Pawn in Logansport with no problems. They were always so willing even with returns. P&N Pawnshop is a horrible place to do any business with since they cannot even follow their own policies! I will not be returning for any business at all once the phone issue is taken care of!!!! They are thieves and dishonest with their customers!!!!! Simply disappointing and angry with them!!!!

Highly reccomend stopping in and checking them out. All there products are in wonderful condition and priced the best I have seen. Susie is amazing and so is the rest of the wonderful staff here. They also carry top notch firearms new and used as well as ammo and other hunting supplies.

I had called before making the trip to Plymouth. A lady took my call and we discussed about what I had to sell. She told me that I could bring them in and shoot me an offer if they wanted to buy them. So I drove all the way there and ask them to take a look at them. A guy told me oh no thanks. I told him I had called in. He said, "oh I guess I'll look" and then told me he will pass he didn't want nothing to do with me at first sight of walking in the door.

Absolutely love this place. Went in there looking for a taser flash light in pink. They didn’t have one. So they ordered it for me. When it came in they called me, For 2 weeks I kept forgetting to go pick it up. They NEVER sold it on me, when I did finally go pick it up. They just gave me a hard time about forgetting. Because that’s what u do in a small town. U keep your word. When u say you are going to do something u do it! The staff there is great. Brandi is my girl. She is definitely my favorite one . But, when u can walk into a place and the staff knows you on a personal level that gives you a good small town feeling. I’m originally from Chicago. U don’t get that where I come from!

When you walk through the door, you notice a few things right away. It’s clean, organized, and everyone is smiling! Rare for a pawnshop. Also these guys treat each customer with the utmost respect (even those who walk that disrespect line). They always are up for wheeling and dealing of the good stuff. They always have new and unique stuff in here. Anything from little knives to guns to games to speakers to lawnmowers and tools. I have been to many different pawn shops but this one is definitely a must stop! Fair trade value, layaway(at a pawnshop??? First time seeing that but awesome that this is service they provide) and loans. They’re extremely up front. You walk in and feel how transparent they are. They really do just want to help people and have some fun making customers happy with their items. To wrap it all up, they treat you like family. You walk in to big smiles and enthusiastic greetings. Definitely not typical for a pawnshop. Definitely have to stop in and check them out even if it’s a browsing session!

Being older (50) I’ve never been in a pawn store before and was sort of unsure of what I might be in for, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was approached first by Brandi and she was so helpful, pleasant and very patient. Their prices, I feel, are very fair. I then went to the jewelry counter and Suzy helped me and ding-dang if she didn’t do the same! I will certainly be back to make additional future purchases.
