When this hardware went from true value brand to Do It Best, the clerks who worked the floor in the store try to get everyone to sign up for what’s called a rewards program. Of course you have to give them your email address when you do, which everyone knows nowadays if you give anyone your email address you’ll get 10 million emails from somebody because they sell your information. And after that you start getting what’s called rewards coupons in the mail that say you have five dollars off you’re on your next visit or $10 off on your next visit when I signed up for the rewards program no one ever explained to me that I could not use, the rewards coupons at the gun shop there at the store when I tried to buy something recently in the gun shop and use my rewards coupon, I was told it was no good. I tried to explain to the person behind the counter, that no one ever explained to me that it wasn’t any good there’s nothing on the card that says it’s not good in the gun section of the store, but I was told that I couldn’t use it to buy anythingin the firearm department. So I guess I’ll shop somewhere else.

With big box DIY stores so prevalent, it is nice to encounter a relatively small hardware store that has knowledgeable staff that truly take an interest in helping a customer find what they are looking for. I was able to come in, engage the staff to find my items, and was on my way in a very efficient amount of time. Thank you for that.

Tom did a great job of mounting my rifle scopes,just a good guy. Ammo is not the cheapest but they have about a every cal.that you could think of.Like .218 bee hard to find.

I had a great experience getting mulch and flowers a few weeks ago. The gentlemen helped me setup a new rewards account, load up the mulch, and when I came back for the second time they lended another helping hand. I love how genuine, hardworking, and kind the employees are at this location in Plymouth. I wish I could remember their names, but I know the two men that helped me have been there for quite awhile. You know who you are, thank you for making my day.

My review is more for one of their master gunsmiths Tom Langdon. This man is a true professional, and any work that I’ve ever had him do for me has been fantastic. If you need work done and Tom is available, have him do it!

I always enjoy coming to the store. As soon as I walk in, my focus is drawn to the right, where all the beautiful charcoal and gas grills are. My favorite brand is Weber. They have all different types of Weber grills, from small benchtop models, to the large restaurant style kettles. You need a specialty tool or Hardware? They'll probably have it. In addition to all the tool and hardware needs you ever want, they also have your 2A hardware. I have to bring some sort of tissue or cloth because I tend to drool from looking at all the beautiful firearms they have. I only wish that I were a millionaire so that I can buy all of them.The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to be around. This is definitely a place that's I will continue to give my business.

They have a pretty impressive amount of accessories & necessities. Their prices aren't bad in fact they do transfers for less than anyone else around. Friendly staff with a good supply of good quality guns.

I went in there with every intention of buying a new 9mm. What I found was a hardware store where people weren't wearing masks at the gun counter none of those employees and one I think was the owner had masks on and there must have been 10 people at the counters with no masks on. Places like this never cease to amaze me. I would have been happy to purchase my gun there today but much like the gun exchange I visited yesterday the owners don't seem to be interested in protecting customers. So I won't be back. The unfortunate thing is they had a really nice selection it looks like a place that I would have traveled to to pick some items up. Shop there if wearing a mask is not important to you.

Great local store. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to help. An amazing firearms section with numerous brands and accessories. Everything is competitively priced. Would recommend over Lowe’s any day.

Hello, first off I'd rate zero stars if that was an option. I know there is an ammo shortage right now, I understand the person to person sales being inflated and people price gouging that's to be expected because people are people. what gets me us this is a brick and mortar buisness that gets the same shells they always have for the same price they have always paid and now they want to take advantage of people....40.00 dollars plus tax for a box of 9mm blazer ammo....that is double what it is worth, and the want 1.00 doller a round for 556 and 223 ammo. they are taking advantage of anyone that will let them. I hope the people that they take advantage of remember this, and when ammo comes back around and more abundant that people shop else where because this store took advantage of people in a time of need. you can still find ammo at 14.99 a box at Dunhams and other bix stores if your lucky enough to be there when it comes in. the way for us to stop the price gouging is for all of us to not buy ammo at inflated prices. so all in all in my opinion this store will never get my buisness and I hope it wont get anyone elses either.
