Truckers don't come here. No truck entrance, no truck parking. There are no signs restricting the entry of trucks. but when you get there, you will see a sign prohibiting entry. I was lucky and was able to somehow get out. What should others do when there is no experience and no opportunity to get out? There are no signs at all for the tractor. The parking area is overflowing with various pallets and materials. The service staff is very friendly (5 stars) I wanted to buy DEF but they don't have it.

Paid cash for a New Toro lawnmower. Have it delivered an first thing the driver busted the plywood it was sitting on for carrying, so he puts the forks under the blades and holds it up by the deck claims he didn’t know he had picked it up like that, then leaves me with no key. Call 2x talk to Tom ( store manager) informed him I will be there in 20 minutes to get the key. I arrive around 1 he’s at lunch and never told Anyone I was coming, customer service give me a universal key that doesn’t work. Following day Tom ( after complaint department calls him) asks how to make it right) I said fill it up due to the fact I had filled up the first one, loosen the bolts on the skim wheels has I couldn’t get them loose, be sure everything was put together ( first one wasn’t) he agrees mower is delivered empty of gas, had to take it a mile away to Bobcat to get bolts loosened, an blades were dull. Bought on Monday ( last week) 6 days before I got to use it. Tom’s Excuses 1) drivers fault they aren’t our employees ( so they are driving Lowe’s truck deliveries your product and yet they don’t represent Lowe’s) then it’s was my fault he left an never said that I was coming for a key. I paid Bobcat to do what Tom didn’t, and Lowe’s Headquarters says that they don’t do that service. So when Tom agreed to what I asked for knowing that they wasn’t going to do that again Lied to a customer. He is not fit to run the store let alone run any business. I have reached out to Toro because I don’t appreciate paying for something an be screwed. No apologies no reimbursement for the time I have spent trying to get what I paid for.#FYI read all of the Reviews an you will find (Store manager) seems to have a pattern of this kind of how he treats customers

I had to cancel my order. The delivery date was changed four times. 🙉After the fourth time I canceled the order. It was a mattress. I got tired of sleeping on my couch. 😡I don’t blame Lowe’s for the delay. That was a carrier issue. But I blame Lowe’s for the lack of communication.My money was tied up for almost two weeks before it was released in my account.I always give good reviews. But in this case I can’t. 🤷

Staff is very helpful. They will take the time to share knowledge about the products and even your project when you have questions. During planting season they have a wonderful garden center. They also welcome our two pups to come in with us.

Getting help at this store is impossible at times. I was looking at buying some modular tool boxes and only a couple of the different sized boxes were on display. I asked if they had the others and they said they did but they were unsure of their location as the location in the computer was wrong. We did manage to find one of the boxes in the lighting department but couldn't find the other two. I ended up leaving and ordering online.

Several weeks ago, a business partner and I were in this store. We needed help, so I flagged down a young lady named Alex and asked for assistance. Her response was to roll her eyes and say "what do you need?" We pointed out the product we needed, which was in top stock. At that point, she simply walked away from us without saying anything and never came back. I saw her later somewhere else in the store, so I knew she had just blown us off. I mentioned my experience to another employee and they made it clear that this Alex is always that way. It's really sad when someone who is so customer service challenged is allowed to continue to set such a poor example for a store. I wasn't going to leave this review, but instead bring up my experience with an ASM or manager during my recent visit several days so. But, when I asked another young employee if an ASM or store manager was available, she said "Why?" What kind of response is that? Pathetic. Below is the response. I wasn't really sure why Lowe's wanted me to call the 800 number, but I tried and got a complicated series of prompts, which culminated in a recording telling me I would have to wait an hour to talk to someone. Wow

It is difficult to find what you need in this Lowes location but they many times will have something you need. The garden center is great during the summer months.

Worthless! Paying two employees to stand by the self scan and chuck it up cackling while people are checking themselves out!!! This is where we are at now I guess... Bunch of people standing around (more than the two I mentioned!) while customers check themselves out..

Always enjoy going to this store. Give 5 stars but hate self check out. I will have to downgrade the store unless they open cashier positions. Self check out is a nightmare for retired people!!!!!

Last couple of times I've been, a lot of aisles have been cluttered. It didn't just look like inventory that was being put on the shelves. All of the flat carts in the lumber department were taken up byy these items.Im hoping things will be back to normal. It never used to be this way.

Stopped in to get keys made, wow did the cost for one of them go up. Asked multiple associates where to get key and got different answers. One of them called in so I stood there and picked out my own 2 out of 3 key blanks, Pretty standard kwickset and schlage. Took awhile but the associate was nice and knew what he was doing. They didn’t have one of the keys I needed which is understandable. Recommend the self help kiosk by the registers. Top but 2 then they will offer you a discounted price for more if you need more.

Lowe's has such a wide variety of items, building supplies, appliances, lawn equipment, wood splitters, paint, household cleaners, lights, ceiling fans, fresh plants, and so much more. Restrooms available. Handicap parking and handicapped accessible. The parking lot and interior of the store are neat and clean. This is a great store!

I have had 4 contracts botched up and I am still waiting for 2 of them to be completed by their contractors. Customer service/ getting your money’s worth no longer applies. Totally out the window. And especially when you are ignored by the store manager, I am not definitely getting my money’s worth when I am constantly being ignored and put on a shelf.and I am still awaiting 2 of my installations to be completed since 4/16/2023. And I still continually give them a chance to redeem themselves since 4/16/2023 ,but it has yet to happen.installation of a toilet, vanity, light fixture,sink, Ect. Don’t hire Michael & David Richard’s. They commit themselves to a contract and then bail out!!!!

We bought an electric stove on Wednesday the 10th. and they schedule to delivery on Thursday, because they offer next day delivery. I went Thursday evening and the guy from appliances told me that I need to reschedule because at the warehouse they do not load the stove on the truck, I called de 1800 number and after 20 minutes waiting and jumping between service representatives, transferring my call to different extensions and the call dropped , I got noting. On Friday twice because on the system show that was on transit and suppose to get it that day. Saturday evening I went again and I spoke to the store manager and hopefully we can get our stove today.I don't want to hear "sorry" I want results, because whit sorry you don fix anything.UPDATE about my complain.Thanks to the Store Manager Jorge Arauz, who helped me out, they finally resolve the issue, and I'm really happy with that

I bought an Aircare brand humidifier here last year that requires filters each month right? Last year they had them. This year no go in November. Walmart has 1 that should work but not the right brand. Now its February & Lowes still has NO filters because they don't carry them anymore. But they have 5 of the same Aircare humidifiers for sale. PLEASE DON'T BUY 1 BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARRY THE FILTERS DUH😨

Seems like stores are getting more lenient these days in regards to dogs being allowed in stores. Dogs should not be allowed in stores unless they are service animals. Service animals are TRAINED and they know there job and patrons SHOULD know that the animal is working and that you are not supposed to touch/distract them. There are people who are terrified of dogs, allergic, or just don't like them. Customers who have their animals with them need to make sure their animals mind and sit right beside them and DON'T go near other customers. When I was in the store I was checking out and this other customer had a dog, allowed that dog to smell me and my son. I don't appreciate that and I am sure I am not the only person who feels that way. Stores need to go back to service animals only because pet owners seem to have no respect for other customers. Please keep this in mind when you allow animals in your stores. When animals are in the store, the store employees and the customers are distracted because everyone wants to pet the animal.I know that animal owners think that their dogs are harmless and won't hurt anyone but it only takes just once for that animal to turn on someone in the store. Stores need to be considerate of ALL customers.Also wanted to add that I posted these same comments for others to be aware of on Facebook but within less than a minute my post was removed. Please pass these comments onto others.

They have almost everything. Usually a great place to shop. This visit I didn't think much of the service. 20 people that worked there walked by me . Not one asked me anything,like do you need some help? I am 63 a disabled veteran. I got a cart put 30. 8' 2×4s. On it pushed it to check out then went outside got my truck pulled it up and loaded it. Not one employee said a word to me but the cashier. And she told me the price and that I couldn't have a military discount because I was not registered. So I asked to register and she says she doesn't have time now come back later. She had time to take my money. And the 2 guys behind the counter chatting with her had time to help load my truck. Kids these days have no respect for there elders and even less for veterans. I don't think it was just me either. Stores are not as friendly as they used to be.

We called ahead because we're out of town, needed gas hot water heater, tall. Was told had one for 489.00 A.O. Smith. Drove up to pick up, oh all they had in that price range was electric. Spent 609.00 for next one up, offered no compensation. And vasily said this is what we have!! Not very happy!!

Great store friendly workers. Only problem is they leave steps to reach high shelves in aisle invariably next to box displays so you can't push a cart through. Really bothers me that I have to turn around and go back up the aisle to go down the next one to get where I need to go.

In October, 2019 we contacted Lowe's to purchase carpeting and have Lowe's install the carpeting. The carpeting was installed in our bedroom which is not a high traffic area. You can see from the pictures what it looks like after a little less than three years.Just a very poor job. Possibly the carpet was not stretched properly. What ever the problem this should not have occurred in this short time frame.
