Great customer service! Their system makes them scan your ID when purchasing tobacco products, so always be sure to have that ID ready or get denied service. The owner is also super nice, and they have tasty milkshakes!

Taste just like mom’s. You wouldn’t think a smoke shop would have milkshakes let alone great ones. This is a hidden gym for those who need a speedy pick-me-up at an affordable price. I can not speak for anything else they sell or the entrust of the store as I went through the drive-thru and only ordered 2 small chocolate shakes. I’ll be back soon to try the mixed flavors.

I love their selection of glass and they always have lower prices than other smoke shops. Always clean. Usually fast. Once and a while you'll get an attitude from one of their employees which is why I rated them 4 stars.

I'm a frequent customer here and I absolutely love the staff. I buy my e-liquid and my Wings Menthol 100's here. I've never had a problem with any of the staff, and on the days where I'm half asleep I always manage to get a good laugh out of them. They'll have my business for as long as I'm in plymouth.

actually they were a little bit higher than our smoke shop at home but as far as variety goes they in fact have quite a selection of other smoking devices and accessories. staff was friendly and helpful.

I bought 2 butain torches. One was $4 for a rolling stoned little black one. Other was $3 for a little hot pink one and the little pink one never will light on its own. And the black one won't stay on that long. I called the store and told them. They will not refund or exchange them out. Any other store would

This shop is a mom and pop shop that was close to the hotel I was staying at so I decided to stop by to get some Vape juice for my vape pen, because I just started vaping so I can stop smoking cigarettes. The people in the shop was very friendly and helpful. If I ever breeze through this town again and I need anything I'll probably end up stopping by because the customer service was great.

I do like the owner, employment is HORRIBLE, Low Bobs is a tobacco shop, these people are rude and have no idea details about most products. The most common response when asking simple questions was" I don't know" or I have no clue, they even gave me an empty box and when I tried to return 4 minutes later they tried to give me a hard time. I will be contacting the store owner in hopes to teach the people the fundamentals of a tobacco shop,
