They won’t let me give a ZERO star review which is what this store deserves. Charged me $80 for 5 cases of pop because they did 2 substitutions AND then charged me double for them WITHOUT a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT recommend there pickup.

Is there anyway NOT to get Berl or Burl for the grocery pickup??. He’s always so mad that we come and he is always so unpleasant. He shakes his head as he’s loading the groceries and mumbles under his breath. He thinks people can’t hear or he doesn’t care. Does anyone know if you can request not to get him. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt nuts he’s so unpleasant everytime. It’s sad people can treat customers like this.

Shopped on Saturday the 15th in the afternoon.We spoke with a young lady working in the bakery.Short with dark hair.She wants to know how The Patriotic Pie she made is.Not only did it look great, it was so delicious.She did a great job.Better treat her right Kroger, she has a gift and other stores would love to have her.Such a nice person, unlike your rude cashiers😉

Wound up getting some items that were very close to the expiration date. Store is overpriced, but does have a lot of variety. Better take your Kroger Card or you will be paying extra! (Updated) store needs improvement but does have a few hard to items versus other stores.

It’s not too big for a grocery store but that doesn’t mean it’s not good! This Kroger was noticeably clean and had a decent selection of produce. I was able to find all the products I wanted easily and in a timely fashion.

35 mins outside to pick up. Let customers know what is going on instead of having us sit outside. I go in to get my stuff & I'm told it’s not even ready to be picked up yet!Update* an hour later I finally had to go in & shop for my stuff!

Nice store, never too busy, if you want to use any coupons or sales though, you have to fill out an application and download the app and do a bunch of steps and headaches that meijer doesn't have, just a phone number and code there...

Recently did an online delivery. I authorized my order of just five items for around $80 total. It took around an hour, but I eventually got someone that started shopping. They marked two things as being out-of-stock and didn't even try to replace it. Whatever. They then checked out. Shortly after it said it was out for delivery. After waiting until 10 minutes after the expected delivery time, it marked as completed. I never received any of the items. Checked the receipt; a ton of other items were there and none of mine. It's like the person doing the delivery just did their own shopping, went home, and I got charged $197 for their own groceries. Trying to get help over the phone took 4 phone calls and their own chat basically tried to gaslight me into thinking I DID get my order and eventually stopped the chat. Stay far and away from Kroger if you're needing some sort of delivery service.Update: Still no resolution despite having in writing that they would resolve this. They aren't interesting in making things right when something goes wrong and will charge you 2-3x your actual order total and hold onto that money. They've done it in my case and they will do it in yours.

The prices can be competitive on most items but you have to your Kroger card and hunt online coupons. The self checkout lanes is always crowded but moves fairly quickly.

I love our local kroger the staff there are always very friendly even tho it can be extremely busy. The girls in the deli are always so kind and if you ask for a cookie for your little one they're more than happy to oblige!! Which makes shopping a whole lot easier with your little ones.

I personally think Kroger as a company is headed in the right direction. Clean stores and cost efficient prices mean little if the employee doesn't feel appreciated and support the brand, because at the end of the day who actually performs the services the company provides?

I loved coming to Kroger for groceries for years and the last year, the store has lost quality all over. Every time I get produce in my pickup order, it's bad or bad the next day. If I picked my own, it would have been able to last a few days to the few weeks when properly stored. I don't understand it at all. The bathroom looks nicer with the remodel, but the walls are still filthy with everyone's germy hand prints. I have given chance and chance again for the last several months and it's not getting any better. Walmart has been way more reliable in all these categories. I hope to see the store improve.

The morning gang's the best! Ready to help, lots of friendly greetings, and the sales & perks are outstanding! I want to pop a zillion plus signs next to the five stars. They're that good. Please don't hesitate to ask any employee, from floor sweeper to manager, for assistance. They'll drop all for you!Issues with a receipt or coupon? Take it to customer service. They bend over backward to try & make things right. (For me, a few times they couldn't, but only because I misread the flyer or online.) If it's their error, they WILL fix it, and often far more generously than need be.I you're disabled, they'll be happy to bring an electric cart out to you, load your car, & return the cart. Call the store before you leave home or when you get in the parking lot. Or, if you see an employee returning carts, you can ask for assistance.Online coupons and weekly specials are the best around. I can't find any other store with better overall savings.I love every soul there! ♥♥♥A note to those who find the new configurations confusing; this is to coincide with all Kroger's & affiliates. Now, when you enter any Kroger or affiliate, the layout will be similar to others. Better for inventory and traffic within stores.I know a woman who shops in three different Kroger's/Owens stores. Now she's more comfortable finding what she needs.Laundry, household, & pets are no longer in the middle of the store. but closer to dairy & deli.Most stores keep maps or aisle info available upon request. Please don'thesitate to ask!

Most employees are great. But Roxi in the deli had to cut two orders of honey ham, one for myself and one for the person in front of us.She insisted there was honey ham in the grab and go but there wasn't and got an attitude when we asked her if she'd cut some for us.

Have a good selection of organic food, but the produce goes bad very quickly. Seems to be a lower grade quality of produce. The organic frozen is pretty decent. I don't like giving bad reviews, but i have been burnt to many times with their junky produce. I have found Aldis to be a much better choice on price and quality.

The new manager has put new life into the cashiers and the people who stock. There seem to be much happier and are more willing to help people. The store is clean and people asked me several times if I needed any help and then did help me when I did.

The produce department was not appealing. Produce was not kept up throughout the day. Restrooms were left unclean and no paper towels in dispensers. Customer Service was great and made us feel welcome back. Cleanliness was our main concern.

I like the simple truth brand products. Good value for the money. However the isles are cluttered with displays and not wide enough for two lanes of traffic. With all the Kroger Check list shoppers and any other carts it's impossible to naviage the store efficently. Often times they are out of stock and out of date on products.

Friendly associates, didn't have to wait to be checked out on a Saturday! !! I forgot my rewards card and staff still allowed to me receive my rewards by taking my number. Quick in and out with 2 young children...my visit was successful! !

Good sales on fresh meat. You can mix and match items on the 10 for $10.00 sale, and also carries products that you can't find in other stores. My only complaint is that at times prices, especially produce lean more to the higher side and the quality isn't always the best for prices.

This Kroger is one of the smaller stores (even though it's still pretty big) and because of that, there have been numerous times in the past 5 years that I've been shopping here that they didn't have the products I was looking for. When I would ask the staff about the items, I'd usually get a blank stare. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, great produce selection, large dairy and bakery section, and the other departments are pretty good, too.

We were shopping for our local food bank and bought for 15 families. Carol and Olivia were so helpful in ringing up and bagging each family separately. They made our work so much easier and were cheerful doing it. Thanks Kroger.

Krogers has a lot of great sales and I like shopping there. Usually all the check out ladies are friendly. Need to always check the bag area for bags missed. That has happened a couple of times. But it is as much my fault as theirs.
