I love Jimmy John's. Sure, I have a few favorites on the menu, but there is so much to choose from, I can always find something new if i feel like it. I have never been disappointed with any sub i have tried there. Service is efficient and friendly. Yes, the drive through is quick if i am an in a hurry, but oftentimes i prefer to come into the store so i can take my time to peruse the menu. Inside is spacious and clean. And they have huge pickles! Don't forget your pickle!

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR!First off I would like to start by saying I like Jimmy John's sandwich! But unfortunately I will NEVER EAT at this location again! It has taken me some time to cool down from the horrible experience I had this morning at this location! We live in Knox..my husband placed an order at 11:01 am so you can say he was first in line..The sandwiches were made very poorly when he got home he put the sandwich in fridge I got up and got my sandwich it had no cucumbers and was made so sloppy! When I called they showed no concern just offered new sandwich..so I drove all the way back and showed the staff and Manager and actual owner...was pretty much called a liar so I just wanted my money back and I was not refunded! This is a short part of the whole story ! I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO DISCUSS THE WHOLE STORY ! THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE COUSTMERS! DO NOT EAT OR SUPPORT THIS JIMMY JOHN'S LOCATION!

I have visited MANY Jimmy John locations with great service, but the Plymouth Indiana location has been the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!I ordered a 30 piece catering box to take to a work meeting and a PLAIN Ham and provolone cheese (slim 1)I reiterated that I wanted nothing on the sandwich except for the ham and cheeseI was planning on bringing this sandwich home for my son to enjoy after my office meeting.When I got home I discovered he PLAIN sandwich that I ordered was NOT PLAINI called the store to inform them of their mistake, Mr. Andrew Horn answered the phone and said that the person taking the order must not have heard the order correctly. I said that I understood that this was a mistake, I just wanted to be compensated for the sandwich that I paid for. I was told that I would have to drive the sandwich back to them. (We live about 2 hours away from this location)I let the manager Mr. Horn know how far I live, and told him that I could face time him to show him the sandwich. I asked him if I could stop in the next time I was in town for a replacement. He said NO! Their facility is not in the habit of giving out free sandwiches. I explained to him that I was not asking for a free sandwich, I was just asking for the sandwich that I ordered and paid for. I then asked him how he would be able to compensate me. He said that I would have to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back with the sandwich that THEIR STORE did not make correctly. I asked if he would credit my account He said that he was NOT going to credit my account.I asked him if he was going to compensate me for my 4 hours of time and 4 hours of gas to remedy their mistake. He also said NO!He would not provide me with the contact info for the store owners and said that he did not even know their last name???SHAME ON YOU JIMMY JOHNS PLYMOUTH LOCATION!!!Poor customer serviceRUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!

Tuna slim was very, very scanty on the tuna salad. The amount of onion and the strong flavor of the onions took over the flavor of the tuna the sandwich. This store is convenient to grab food during work break and I had decided the toppings weren’t usually fresh on the sandwhich I used to like but this was definitely not a good substitute.

This was nowhere near freaky fast....we were hoping for a quick stop while on a road trip and it took 12 mins to get 4 slim subs!! (There were 2 other patrons waiting in the store, and one waiting in drive through with 5 employees). When the slim subs came out, none of them had mayo and 2 of them had hard bread that seemed more than a day old. This is not the jimmy John's standard, based on my years of past experience.Vegetarian options: #6 the veggie

I have patronized Jimmy John’s in many locations, and the Plymouth, Indiana location provided the worst experience. The person who took my order was unfriendly, seemed like she would be anywhere else, and took a long time to ring up a simple order (one combo). Waiting for my one sandwich took longer than in any other Jimmy John’s. While I waited, and waited, I looked for a clean table at which to sit. Every single table was dirty with crumbs, oil, etc. In a word, it was gross. And it is not as if the dining room was busy-only one table had patrons. And yet, there was at least one employee behind the counter not doing anything, as far as I could tell. This was a really surprisingly bad experience at a Jimmy John’s. Where was the manager? Does he or she really think a dirty dining room is acceptable? When I see a dining room that dirty, it makes me wonder what it is like in the kitchen area. Cleanliness clearly was not a priority. I was planning to eat lunch inside, but opted to eat in my car instead. I do not plan to return to this restaurant any time soon.

Came thru drive thru. Got home-order was wrong. Called and was told to bring it back to have it corrected.Brought it back. They remade it (kinda correctly) and offered no apologies. Or a bag of chips. Or a cookie. And I was told to contact “Jimmy” .EFFF this place and franchise owner.Y’all need a jersey mikes! 😂🤙

I got shorted a sandwich that I paid for. I called and talk to somebody and they noted that I didn’t get the sandwich. So I asked if it could be delivered but they said I was out of the area. The drive to my house is about 10 minutes one way. I asked if they could make an exception since they shorted me the sandwich. He said that they couldn’t. But they could give me a credit the next time I came in. So I told him I would be in to pick the sandwich up. When I got in there I got my sandwich but they said they couldn’t give me a credit since I picked up the sandwich. He didn’t specify this over the phone. So in the end they did nothing to fix their error.

The number of times they can mess up an order is honestly amazing. Sometimes they are perfect and they arrive on times, but other times you get the wrong order and it takes 30-40 minutes long for the order to arrive after it shows in the tracker that its out for delivery. They just got another order wrong. Astounding. Makes me wonder if they have ever heard of quality control. I get that mistakes happen, but mistakes only happen this often when you don't care about the accuracy of your orders or the end customer.

Ive been a fan for years, but Plymouth, In location has some serious issues. This is now the 2nd time in a month I've ordered and it either doesn't show up or HOURS later! Last time I refused the order. I realize we all have human shortages, but good grief update your website and times or ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!. I had already gone and picked up something else because I couldn't even get anyone on the phone. Its off the ringer. I yet again wanted to give them a try.. its now an hour later, no one can call and no food. This is really sad.

It’s pretty bad when you’re only ordering for yourself and a two year old, and they can’t get it right or take over an hour. The first time they messed up , I had waited over 40 min and called to see where our food was. They said they had some drivers call off, I said no big deal. They made my kid the complete wrong sandwich. Called them again, they said they’d be happy to replace it. Waited another 50 min. This time the delivery was super fast, but yet again the wrong sandwich for my son, who is 2, and HUNGRY. This place needs better management.

So disappointed with this Jimmy john's! I order delivery from here every time I work my 12-hour shift as a nurse. Today when I called, I was told they no longer deliver in my area (even though this has never been the case). I asked for an exception since I now have no lunch for a 14 hour shift and no exception was made.

If you love subs, Jimmy John's is the place to be. Their bread is superior to others & I enjoy their Italian sub with their signature mustard. Everything is always very fresh and tasty. I tried the gigundo or gargantuan sub (not sure of exact name), but it was way too much meat for me. Regular size is perfect. One of my favorite toppings is their very finely shredded lettuce. Adds the perfect texture. I'm glad this place is an option in Plymouth!

Drove a half an hour to get jimmy johns. We got there at 8 o’clock which is an hour before their website, google, AND their sign says that they close. There were multiple workers inside just talking as we were waiting at the drive thru for five minutes. Waste of gas and time for the workers to not even acknowledge us and just talk when they are supposed to be open and serving us.
