Great store. Always clean. I always find something. The prices tend to be too high but you can still find great bargains if you have the time to look. I love the half price sales and seniors always get a discount. Thanks for taking care of your seniors! The staff is great!

OVERPRICED! They claim that the tshirts are $2.99 but most, if not all, t shirts are $6.99. Even the ones that have stains and holes! Goodwill use to be a place where individuals who were tight on cash could go and purchase decent items. It’s more expensive than shopping new! They should change their name to Greedwill

Fairly clean environment. They have a smaller collection than you would find in a slightly larger city, but they do carry: clothing, luggage, home decor, jewelry, handbags, books, CDs, DVDs and very old electronics. Bathrooms are usually clean. There are four dressing rooms. Staff is seldom knowledgeable about current stock, nor are they friendly.

Overpriced. I have been to many Goodwill's this is the highest price place. I travel and I like stopping at Goodwill to find bargains. 9 dollars for pants. I can go to rural king and get new ones for 12. I will not stop at this one again!

Love this goodwill, but I can only go here on my way to visit a friend as it's on the way.

Over priced for a non profit selling dvd series used for 14.99. There was an Atari 10 genesis untested and stickers ton off for $80. If the money was going to employees and supervisor maybe. There no reason for any goodwill to double or triple there prices.Good will is supposed to be a place for everyone to come and buy at cheap prices for those who don’t have a lot of money. Who ever is doing the pricing is doing 8 balls before work.Goodwill is as nonprofit as Walmart. Don’t worry about resellers work about people with low income and help them. For a nonprofit the goodwill auction site is also noprfit too 😂😂😂Goodwill needs to reevaluate what it is and it’s purpose because it’s not for the common person.Low balling your employees and not giving them pay just to give to the suit at the top. Shame. The end

Buyer beware. Any returns are In-store credit that must be used within 30 days and can only be used in “district”. Goodwill, shame on you. Better off going to Salvation Army.

Cashiers- helpful and friendly.Prices- why are they so much more expensive in Plymouth than other Michiana Goodwill stores?! Their cheapest tag is $3.99 and that’s what they put on a bag of dollar tree brand cotton balls.Fitting rooms- no hooks to hang items. And today went I went in, someones Dexcom diabetic site was left on the fitting room bench. Also, I was yelled at across the store for touching the clothes rack because “customers aren’t allowed to do that!” SERIOUSLY?! Everyone does it and no one’s ever said differently. I won’t be back!Rochester is the superior store!!

WARNING HIGH PRICESPositives: Nice staff, well organized storeNegatives: $6.99 t shirts with stains and holes, was only able to buy a few shirts because prices were so high, why would you have a $2.99 shirt sign when not one t shirt was $2.99, talk about manipulation. No discounts or coupons, except seniors are the only special ones, no military discount, the cashiers didn’t even know how the reward program works, called the manager to explain. You get $1 for every $40 spent so a 2.5% discount, you can’t use it until next visit, their reward program credit expires every month. This Goodwill is greedy never left a thrift store so frustrated. Just head into Fort Wayne where they have daily tag sales and coupons at 20% off.I will never visit again. I’ve spent $200-$300 at other thrift stores in 1 visit. When you over price items means spenders like me will go to your competition that offer discounts and more reasonable prices.

The prices are getting to the point aside from old furniture, you are almost better off buying brand new and watching for sales. Very disappointing the last few trips.

Overly prized items. I always find clothing that's either ripped or stained and somehow it was okay to put out on the sale floor. I found a semi nice mirror with a couple deep scratches and I turned it over to look at the price. Good will priced it at $40 and he original price sticker was on it and said $50 🤦🏼‍♀️I love good will and I hope to find something good every time I go but honestly this store it so disappointing. I've worked at good will before and I know all items have to be check before going on the sales floor and I'm amazed how some of these things get the okay to get put on on the floor

I only looked at the men's clothes and the books. The books were reasonably priced but the men's clothes were priced much higher than I am used to. The clothes at my goodwill back home are around $4-$5. Prices here are around $6-$9. Staff seemed very nice though.

It was okay. They need to clean their store better. And the bathrooms I truly appreciate a restroom when they are clean but I can't stand a dirty bathroom I just want to brush the toilet bowl and clean the floors but that's not my job. So please get a cleaning person to just clean that's all they would have to do. I can't, I live in a different town and the cost of gas plus I have a job (just saying) if the store was cleaner it would bring in more customers. For example Jacob's redesign in Delphi, Indiana is very clean and they even wash and dry all of their clothes that they sell and it is a lot!

Brought 5 large boxes of nice childrens and adult clothes that didn't sell at our garage sale. Drove 25 minutes to get there, and arrived 2 hrs before closing. I was told they weren't taking any items tonight. Said they had too much already. Really? I got the feeling that they just didn't want to put in the effort to help unload a few boxes. Guess I will take it to the mission center as I should have done in the first place. Mission was already closed for the afternoon so I tried this route. NEVER AGAIN!! No shopping or donating for me from now on.

Well organized. Clean. It has things like neckties that are in short supply or nonexistent at other Goodwill stores in the area. The open shelving makes it easy to find things when its crowded. Some customers are very rude and won't leave when the store is closed. The employees handle this professionally and I'm proud of them for sticking to their schedule consistently as a real business.

It has improved a great deal. Plenty of workers, nicely organized. They need a better seat/seats to try on shoes. Also, make sure the electronics put out actually has the proper cord.. I still have a comfy foot warmer with no plug. 🤔 Their policy is No Electronic Returns. Over all it is a pretty good store..😉

why there's never anything priced under $1.49? I have gone to other Goodwills in south Bend, Mishawaka, Goshen, Rochester, and Michigan City. They all have items marked from .99 cents and up. Plymouth never does. I've never seen one item lower then $1.49. Pricing is rather high here. It's Oct. 23rd 2022 now and they have a sign on their door saying they're now closed on sundays..

Clean, large selection but not well organized. Clothes are not separated by size so have to search through racks to find size you are looking for. LaPorte goodwill is excellent sizes are separated and organized according to color, so much easier to browse.

Way too expensive. I've been all over Indiana goodwills and this one is by far the most expensive. $40.00 for a coat? You must be smoking crack. $8.99 shirts when shirts from my area are $1.99.If you all can make the drive I highly recommend the southern goodwills.

As a new resident to Indiana I am shocked at how much the prices of clothes are here.I love to travel and when I do I love to Goodwill shop and of all the other GW stores I have visited in many many different states, I can say we have the highest price in clothes. I wonder why?

This Goodwill prices items vastly different than other Goodwills to the South. This Goodwill belongs to Goodwill Michiana, while all other Goodwills South of Logansport belong to Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana. There are two Goodwills in nearby Kokomo and they both belong to the Southern branch. Nearby Rochester belongs to the Michiana branch. The Southern Goodwills use a universal pricing system for certain items, for example, all t-shirts are $1.99, all long sleeve or dress shirts are 4.29, etc. The Michiana Goodwills tend to set a base price for clothes, which goes up depending on the brand and the content. I'm not a big fan of this pricing technique, although it does lead to treasures sitting in the store for longer. I have seen some crazy pricing before, such as a $60 jersey and a $50 bobblehead. I'm not a big fan of having to pay random prices for items because the employee who tagged the item knows the actual price or looked up the price online, but it is what it is.Overall I prefer the way that the Indy area Goodwills are generally ran, but I also understand that the Central/Southern locations have MANY more locations than what the Michiana region does.

Way over priced and the store smell so bad of filth. They are now cutting out sales due to inflation...lol, more like greed! All items donated therefore why the ridiculous pricing? Will no longer shop or donate to another Goodwill.

I have been to a lot of different goodwill stores, this one is the worst. They have the highest prices of all the stores, and they up the price at the register. The manager is a joke and the employees are very rude. I will drive the extra 20 minutes just to go to a different store other than the logansport one.

Although the underpaid staff are perfectly nice, work hard, it's way overpriced on clothing; adult tanks are $4.99, tops are $4.99-$9.99 ,the nwt selection is sparse at best & random. Adult jeans typically are placed in wrong sizes, kids 16 in adult sizes for ex. Dresses are usually fairly priced @ $4.99. Men/women Jeans $4.99-$14.99, what perplexes me are the purse prices, all very random up to $89.99 for mostly fake branding, or used bags. No chance for your re-sale profits here. Kids clothing $1.99-$6.99 per piece. Shoes $4.99-up. I have found ok deals but in two yrs of regular looking/shopping here & my experience in thrifting I would call it more boutique pricing, moderate prices for what is essentially beer budget merchandise. Some sales for seniors and random 75% off certain color tags (they pull most of the sale color the day of sale so THAT selection is very limited). But, I always say if you hunt long enough, just about every thrift produces something eventually. This is mainly a clothing store, FYI. They use the blue and white GW discount card, which accumulates points for purchases, eventually after you spend $50 you can redeem GW dollars towards a purchase over $10. You must ask for the free card to get it, they also have a paid card which offers a bit more in discount program. Not sure what community programs rely on GW proceeds here, because Knowing some employees who aren't paid fairly or have benefits I find it hard to believe actual programs are supported by a company whose employees are underpaid with poor to zero benefits.

We are from Chattanooga, TN and this Goodwill is better than any of the ones that we have. The prices are here and there, but overall reasonable. We ended up buying a few prizes. The store is well-kept and staff seemed to be nice. We would check back here again, if in the area.

I appreciate the idea of people buying things here to help others, but let's be real: this place is ridiculously overpriced, they don't have the 50 percent off because "people were buying too much at half the price". A pair of pants with the tag on 30 dollars, I mean these people are ridiculously pricing some of the junk items that was given to them for nothing, this used to be a poor man's store, now some things are even more expensive than Wal-Mart. Get real Goodwill, these are items given to you for free, don't overpriced things.
