This store is the worst, I would rather go to the dollar general all the way on 8 over this one. They are never at the register, they are inconsiderate and in your way when stocking shelves and when they aren’t stocking shelves they are no where to be seen and the aisles are a mess. Super crowded store and they only rely on their self checkout that sucks at working almost all the time. This store needs new management and an overall revamp

They need help. One person running the whole store. It is always so crowded with product not put away and shelves lacking. We were so excited to get the store on this side of town but it is not nice to go into it. I sometimes just go to Culver to avoid dealing with the mess.

Went to store and searched the store for an employee for a question and the entire staff was outside on side of store on their phone smoking cigarettes and watching customers go inside but not caring to go inside since it's all self checkout anyways. And i think the next time I go there when they leave all there stock in the isles and I have to try to navigate around it I'm just going to go ahead and move it wherever it's out of the way since they are too busy.

Aside from the stock carts all over the store and making it impossible to get down aisles most of the time (reasoning behind the 4 stars), the rest of the store is great. The staff is awesome, especially the gentleman with the beard. He is beyond friendly and has amazing customer service skills.

My favorite store... I haven't been to Walmart since March of 2020. I can get everything I need here. I gave four-star review because the store used to be really organized and clean. From my understanding they don't have enough help to keep the store stocked and organized, so I understand.

This Dollar General is pretty new & looks nice, although it is in a constant state of clutter. It either needs much more staff or more space. It's hard to get between rows or grab things off shelves with rolling carts everywhere, taking up space. I also had to wait behind 6 people in line today for a little while longer than usual. The staff is ok - some are great, but some don't know much about their digital coupons, deals, or items on sale. Great deals here, though, especially on Saturdays.

The aisles were littered with boxes of stock that workers refuses to put away. Don't plan on using a cart. You will not be able to get through store.I couldn't find what I was looking for. The worker Julie I disturbed clearly doesn't understand the meaning of customer or service. She does understand entitlement. Show up a check comes with little effort. Dollar Store corporate clearly cannot train managers because they refuse to pay the money to attain quality workers. She looked like she just got off smoking weed on a break. I will not be back. If negative stars were an option I would give -5.

This store is very sad. I was in there this evening. There were rolltainers in 4 different areas in the store, no one working on them. Empty carts through out the store. You could hardly get a cart through the aisles because of everything. The shelves empty. Display falling down and blocking the aisle. For the newest store of the 3 here in town, it is by far the worst. If this store had stocked shelves it would be so great. It is on a main pathway for so many people and it would do a far more better business. This store is close to where I live, so it is very convenient, but I rarely go there because of the store's condition.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I only wish things were easier to find. This stores aisles, like most dollar generals, are straight lined from the door and the clothes are all crammed together instead of being on a rack that you can sort through easily.

Clerks are friendly and helpfull. The day I was there they were trying to stock shelves, but they were extremely busy. One Cashier and he kept apologizing, but what could he do, but his best!

Very disappointed. The aisles in this store are narrow when they are empty. Today, the aisles were full of rolling stock carts making it hard to get by let alone shop for items. Many of the gray totes also littered the aisle some virtually empty but taking up space. This is not a safe condition.

This is the newer dollar general in town and its a nice one, not to degrade the others, but this one is closest to my home, they have a great selection as well as a well orginized isle setup, the staff are always busy cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining stock, great place to do short order shopping. Thank you.

It's a great store and needed addition on that side of town. Some of the clerks could use better training but it is new. Only reason I only gave 4 stars is that a couple of the clerks are rude.

besides the fact that the exact items i needed/wanted were out of stock, i was able to compromise with similar products, and the cashier was SUPER friendly! love love love this specific store :)

They are always so nice, happy and willing to help you no mater what is going on. The young man that works there is so awesome. It's the only dollar general I will go to now. They keep that store so clean...

It's posted on the door to wear mask, but when half the employees are not wearing masks it upset the few of us who do wear them. Just saying...so you decide if you want to put yourself in that situation, but i for one will not

Yes. I neeed orange juicePaperplates . bounty . bleach . fabric softner , new marcara as my cheap one for $1 runs quickly , and new disposable blue masks as i was told by staffmark my new job.monday in warsaw Lsc. Does not supply.them .. Bought package of 10 for $5 .. this dollar general is close to home.

Hardly any of the customers there were wearing masks, and same thing goes for the staff. They have signs up saying they require face coverings, but dont enforce it at all when a customer walks in without a mask on

It's a decent place to stop real quick if you live south of town on the way home and need a few things. Sometimes it's kinda messy but overall not bad.

They say they close at 10pm but guess tonight nobody wanted to do anything. Got there at 7:52 pm and they come out and say they are closed. I’m sorry what either update your hours or stay open till 10pm like your supposed too

Aisles were full of pallets and racks of items to be shelved. You could not even get to the products on the shelves, I walked out with no purchase.

Had to stand in line to pay for 20 mins..i had 1 item..thought I could go in get my 1 item and get out so I didnt have to go to Walmart wrong!! Next time I will shop else where
