I eat at this Dairy Queen it least 2 to 3 times a week. I was in there today order my usual chicken strip basket got out to my car I was given a number one. Which I never order i went back in said this to cashier I didn’t order this she said yes you did she never offered to replace it or anything said I was wrong. I own business’s and if I have a customer especially a customer that comes there a lot I would have made it right. So as I walked out I tossed the bag of food in the trash and cashier saw me do that. I feel this is the wrong way to deal with that situation. So I guess by Plymouth DairyQueen standards the customer is always wrong. I spend it least $45 to $50 a week at this Dairy Queen. But I will not be going back unless I get a response back making this right. Until then I will be going to eat most my lunches at Culver’s instead sure they will appreciate a customer who frequents there establishment a lot. I am sure I will get the same generic response you give to the other negative reviews not saying hey come in next time and we will correct this for you. Instead you will say we’re sorry to hear this and hope you will give us another chance next time you crave Dairy Queen. It least make your responses more personal to the complaint not some pre-written script.

Perfect spot to get dry white toast even if you asked for buttered. That is all.I have given Dairy Queen another try with the new ownership and remodel. I am now currently sitting inside sweating, I believe I will move outside to finish eating where it is currently 83°. Also, to touch on the buttered toast again which now seems closer to warmed bread, the gentleman stated that buttering cannot be done. Thank you!

You can't go wrong with a blizzard - you certainly expect long drive thru lines, get out of your car and go inside, usually faster. Enjoy the patio during warmer weather

Really good food and dessert. This location is always slammed and has at least seven to eight cars in the drive thru. They do work pretty quickly and get everybody through rather smoothly. Their food is pretty high quality and especially their cheese curds. They are better than Culver's or anywhere else that claims to do good cheese curds

By far the best Dairy Queen in the region. The food is always fresh and accurate. Fast turnaround. This restaurant's location is always busy or has traffic, which shows they continue to do something right. Wonderful team gives great service. I love the Orange Julius counter and products they offer.Interior is well maintained and clean. The train motif gives kids something to gaze and ponder on.

Order chicken strip value meals multiple times during the week each time something was cold when I brought it to their attention and asked to make sure that everything was warm I get home strips and no fries when I call they say come back to remake the order so I got to drive all the way back across town nothing for my gas nothing for my time just to fix their mistake
